Cashmere

It is very cashmere-like. Soft, a touch fluffy, clean and smooth. The woods are powdered and white. Tiny bit of vanilla comes through and gives it warmth, but it is not a bakery vanilla. Beautiful everyday scent that is appropriate for most daily activities where a prominent trail is not preferable. Sits close to the skin. Longevity average, sillage soft-intimate. Feminine leaning. Could be a signature scent because of its versatility and soft composition.

I was lucky enough to get this beauty in a generous swap with a dear member of Fragrantica. However, I have the pure perfume version and to be honest, what I smell is rather different from what I've read here as notes. What I smell is a beautiful, silky-soft woody vanilla with fresh herbal notes in the opening. I don't find this really unisex, however, I can imagine that the right man could pull this off, of course. There is one fragrance that I find very close and it is Mon Guerlain, but the fresh herbal notes of lavender are way more prominent in Mon Guerlain than the green herbal notes in Cashmere. Mon Guerlain is also more floral in the heart and there are obvious differences in the vanilla accord, but still, the overall impression is rather similar, let's say, they are in the same vain. Now I would be curious to try the spray version if it is any different from the pure perfume.
