Lost in Vanillatopia

I have not been wowed by a vanilla perfume in a long time, and this one did it for me! It has aspects of some of my favorite other vanilla fragrances, but a unique thing is happening with the amber here, it doesn’t go boozey, it’s just warm and musky in a sunny way—gorgeous. Very happy vanilla scent.

Love it from first spray. It definitely reminds me of sth I have tried before, but can't put my finger on it. It makes so happy! It's a creamy warm musky vanilla. I need to test the longevity and projection still, at first it was low projection, after drying it starts to project more.

The opening smells like vanilla cake, as it dries down you get more of the musk. Like warm skin mixed with delicious vanilla. If you enjoy most musks and vanilla then you’ll probably enjoy this too. Is it groundbreaking? No. But I love it.

Ah, it’s the rose which I’m not enjoying in this scent. I generally prefer a bakery vanilla or a clean vanilla, the musk is lovely, I think flormands often rub me the wrong way and this might be an example of that. It’s a Like, not a Love.

Very similar to 7 Minutes from Kheir, but with a lighter musk

Definitely similar to 7 minutes by Kheir which I had bought when it first came out and decluttered immediately because it was very reminiscent of a perfume I had a looooong time ago called Midnight Shimmer by Michael Kors and this goes in that direction as well. Not a bad fragrance but for me it’s been there, done that and I feel it doesn’t improve on the scent profile, it’s too perfumey for my taste. Not the best option imo for this category.

Ah, this one is not for me. There's something sharp and "perfumey" about this that does not suit me. It opens with a distinctly peppery and almost-bitter grapefruit and a relatively gentle floral impression. The musk is powdery and intense. As it settles, a slight warmth comes out along with a smoky type of vanilla and some herbal qualities. It makes me think of a hippy lady's car - a little bit like old car upholstery that has seen a lot of folks home from the headshop.

It’s giving dupe of Tihota by Indult but make it look hipster. It’s slightly sour in the opening then settles into an intimate Tihota but lighter. It doesn’t last on skin. Not for me.

Automatically this smells very familiar. What is that? Looking at the reminds me of section - yes ok this is kinda like the better smoother version of 7 Minutes but without the heavy ambro-style musk. It also reminds me of Encore Une Fois. Not exact but same category. If you like one you'll probably like the other... This isn't a gourmand vanilla. Instead it's a sophisticated vanilla with a light-ambery body & florals that goes in a boozey-vanilla direction on the dry down (vanilla extract?). It starts out more "perfumey" (with florals) but loses that as it dries down, as it gets smoother and creamier. This is done really well for this kind of fragrance. Also reminds me of HOUBIGANT Mon Budoir but this is less ambery and more vanillac. Feels more serious and evening. Made for someone who has an appreciation for raw materials, vanillas that aren't your typical gourmand-vanillas, and vintage fragrances - but without the heavy vintage-musk -- there is some of that but it's made slightly more modern here, sweeter and less musky than other renditions of this type of fragrance. I may need a bottle.

Airy vanilla with a beautiful honeysuckle note. At first, I tought it doesn't worth the money, but now... Its so conforting and hugging! I just wish it last a lottle longer! I really love it!

Smell is very faint...light vanilla and some musks. I’m not picking up any of the other notes. Very skin hugging. Not full bottle worthy IMO
