White Rabbit

This is beautiful. It's a gourmand floral. No singular note stands out to me. This is really well blended. It's sweeeet! It's white florals (nothing indolic) and vanilla. This was a blind buy because the house doesn't offer samples (I wish they would). I think it's a safe blind buy if you love sweet white florals and vanilla. And I just found out that Perfumology in Philly carries Dreamhouse fragrances. I'm 15 mins away from that store. Also, I hope Fragrantica can add some of the newer releases from this house. I also blind bought Rose Of Venus and if I may tell you how freaking beautiful that perfume is, I can't because my words would do it no justice. That one might be making its way onto a 20 for life list, if I were to make a list. If you love dark incensy yet sweet roses with no oud, no heavy woody notes, no leather and no saffron (common ingredients paired with Rose and I just can't stand any of them), it is GORGEOUS. Oh and the performance on both of these is excellent. Long lasting and high sillage.

Very strong on the florals. I do not get a floral-gourmand from this at all. It does not dry down to a gourmand. It smells like something Lush would make (think in the realm of Vanillary but not as vanilla/gourmand as that one even). It does smell like it is made of quality ingredients but I expected something different.

Hmm very interesting note in addition to the ones listed, I feel like it is styrax or asphalt, I guess the "animalic" that some describe. Even rubber maybe? Otherwise very white floral gourmand. I smell almond and cinnamon. That rubbery note I think some may find overpowering, but it does give it that edge that I think anyone with a passion for novelty will find intriguing. It does also dissappear in the drydown.

White Rabbit is such a surprising fragrance. Just when you think you have it all figured out, it morphs into something else. I'm not a notes or particularly floral person, but this is a complex beauty. Its not too sweet and not overpowering. The dry down is warm and contains something which kept me sniffing my arm. I could still smell it twelve hours later, so the longevity is great. I really really liked this.
