Miele Amaro

Profumo gourmand dolce amaro. E' il profumo degli amaretti di Sassello (composti da mandorle dolci, armelline, vaniglia), aspersi di spezie (fiore di noce moscata e cannella), spruzzati da qualche goccia di rhum e abbondantemente ricoperti di miele. La nota alcolica dl rhum, zuccheroso, ammorbidisce il miele e lo rende, appunto, amaro. Nome fedelissimo al contenuto. La vaniglia si fa corposa e densa, il suo cuore ha un battito alcolico. Accostabile a Dolcelisir Erbolario, sicuramente apprezzabile da chi colleziona profumi al miele. Interessante e monolitico.

Bitter honey ”was given to me two Christmases ago. It was certainly a precious gift, even if risky considering that I don't particularly like gourmands. In reality we are dealing with an oriental musk which is only partially "gustatory". As we know, "the Perfumer" does not reveal the notes contained in the pyramid even if the name could be explanatory. So Honey. Honey that yes, it is certainly present but also and above all almond and Amaretto, so much so that in its evolution the composition lets perceive some boozy notes that remind me of "Amaretto di Saronno"(a typically Italian liqueur) and then again resinous notes, spices and Tonka. The image he invokes at the beginning is precisely that of a very fragrant, warm, golden, fluid and transparent honey while it is poured onto a black bread. Then the honey subsides and a macaroon cake appears with liqueur and then royal jelly, a resinous base and just hinted at musks. I consider it an absolutely winter fragrance, capable of giving comfort and warming on particularly cold days. It belongs to the “Barrique” line made using the highest quality raw materials, which are macerated in oak barrels. All the bottles are contained in a precious wooden packaging, which evokes the maceration. The bottle recalls those of an ancient herbalist with handwritten labels. By commercial choice of the perfumer, his creations cannot be sold online and samples are not produced, those in circulation are considered illegal. The only way to feel Torti's lines is to go to a physical perfumery that treats the brand. The persistence is remarkable reaching 24 hours easily, the Sillage is also important so much that in the pre-mask era it was able to anticipate my arrival. Unisex with reserve but above all great quality for an elegantly sensual and warm result.

PerfumeEmpress, I don't know where you can find this perfume from where you are... But I suggest you to try Loukhoum Keiko Mecheri or, for a lower budget, Byzantium Tesori d'Oriente: they all are almost the same honeyed and powdery scent!

Oh, please. Where can I get this divine-sounding perfume? Anyone out there willing to send me a sample? It sounds too marvelous and just my cup of tea.
