Caramella D'Amore

Such a delightful happy scent! On my skin I get wonderful projection and great longevity! I am so thankful I can smell this delicate beauty! It’s fluffy, nutty, and sweet! The candied Violette is there sugared with vanilla scented powdered sugar! Next to the fluffy cotton candy note grounded by the nutty neaunces! Some sort of fluffy yummy musky base! I looove love this as it’s not cloying one bit! It’s satisfying!

I bought this one solely for the realistic cotton candy note... And the scent is sweet gourmand for me, like candy for kids. The problem is the concentration though, for an edp this doesn't last very long, 6 hours top, and it doesn't project that much. But i really love the scent, it's different and yummy... Well, you win some, you lose some.

A delicate, tender, very reassuring fragrance. Despite its markedly gourmand olfactory pyramid, this magical and alchemical combination is absolutely ne pas manger. I find it absolutely delicious, faint fragrance of porcelain dolls, innocent, childish. Adorable

Love the smell, but I have to sniff very hard to smell something.

It's rare to find a scent on Fragrantica with more dislikes than likes or loves, and I wasn't expecting it for this less than serious but very nice and surprisingly light pink sugary cloud of a gourmand. But on reflection it makes sense - it must be the very high price of Caramella d'Amore in combination with its category: as a fragrance it's so innocently sweet and pink it's a match made in heaven for a typical young girl... but definitely not for her budget! There are other pink sugary gourmands out there that cost a fraction of this one, and as a result offer a much better price/quality ratio, even though this is without a doubt among the best of its kind I've tried - more balanced and less overwhelming than most of its cousins. Still, "sweet, sweet and more sweet" is very much the main aspect of it, and sugar is the only note I can positively discern. So you can see I'm a little conflicted about this: one one hand I can't deny I like it very much, probably a lot more than I should admit at 32, and I'd very much like at least a decant so I could indulge in it behind closed doors from time to time, especially in the colder seasons. On the other hand, I don't think it's really worth the asking price. I don't know - for now I'll just call it a "like", and time will have to tell which of these hands is the upper one...

I get very sweet violet rather than nutty or caramel. I see this as a youthful but pleasant scent.

Femminile?si Dolce?ovvio, ma non stucchevole. Apertura calma e ariosa accompagnata da un bel pistacchio che dura appena 1 minuto. I 5 minuti che seguono mi ricorda malizia uomo deodorante anni '90 con la scritta rossa. Mi aspettavo un aroma gourmant bruciato di zucchero filato invece al mio naso una nuvola di caramella gusto fior di fragola.Da goloso avrei sostituito lo zucchero filato rosa con quello bianco!...vabbe'...Dopotutto si chiama Caramella D'amore! La violetta che segue e'abbastanza sintetica tipo bath-gel. ma nemmeno troppo young. Al mio naso niente popcorn,noci o nocciole ma qualcosa di salato c'è'. Apre simpatica e delicata ma poi la fragranza vira aspra vivace e fragolosa,..ma tutto sommato rimane abbastanza versatile. Piu adatta di giorno,in estate. Personalmente amo mangiare il gelato Algida fior di fragola quindi non posso dire che non mi piace. Non capisco i dislike...in giro c'è molto,molto molto di peggio. Dopotutto i rapporti madre e figlia non sono tutti rosa e fiori o zucchero e miele! Il flacone??naaaaaaaah aborro.

Totally not what I expected from the notes. Caramella d'Amore starts out fruity fresh with a note that makes me think of green apples. It's quite sweet, but not in a gourmand way, more in a fruity-floral way with a creamy note that reminds me of bodylotion or, and that sounds worse than it is, nice floral scented all purpose wipes. A lactonic clean scent. Maybe it's some kind of musky fixative that gives me this impression. I get the violet note in this, it's a bit like violet pastilles, and a hint of cotton candy or some other caramelized sugar treat, but the overall floral apple shampoo impression is stronger than the sweetness. I absolutely don't smell any nuts at all, and no popcorn either. I sprayed a tester bottle on a blotter in a department store and it smelled the same as my sample does on my skin, so I guess this is just what Caramella d'Amore smells like to my nose. It's an okay tender fruity-floral with a creamy sweet edge, but a bit disappointing to me and not worth the niche price tag in my opinion.

I owned this a few years ago, received through a blind swap. It was so watered down and smelled of nothingness on my skin that I felt terrible to swap it onwards with some poor Fragrantican and included it as a freebie in a swap with a member here. As far as the perfume goes, it just smelled faintly of violets. No caramel, and certainly nothing amorous to my nose. It was so light and undetectable after half an hour that I thought I had received a factice, yet it was a proper legitimate bottle. They should have named this ‘The Emperor’s new clothes’ as that’s what this is; a joke on us!

Into the ebay pile. I was hoping to notice the cotton candy, hazelnut, and popcorn. All I get is Iris and Walnut. Not my favorite. It's nice just too floral for me. Looking to swap in USA (even for multiple decants). I definitely see this as a 'wedding' perfume because it's not offensive. It has projection but it has a lightness to it that makes it safe if your in a crowded place. Good for the office too. Update a year later. Still available for swap/sale. Practically brand new.

Reviewer SailorV did a great job liking this perfume to scented wet wipes. That's very much what this is. No nutty notes to be found. The cotton candy is quite bright and artificial in this one, not very fluffy at all.

I love my auntie. She's the sweetest woman ever, but this smells exactly like her room and it's haunting me.

This fragrance is simply wonderful, sour sweetness wrapped in cotton candy with some soft Popcorn, nutty creamy trails. Its SOOOOO GOOD! Bought 100 ml for € 130,- Wish it would be more intense!! Candy of love

Such a weak juice I can hardly detect anything. However, candyfloss note is the most realistic I've ever tried and nutty background is light (from what I've been able to sniff).

So many people "disliked" it! Wow!
