Wonderful! The nutmeg, vetiver and mint layered over amber makes this stimulating and brisk. Bought it for my husband but stole it immediately. Wear it to the office but splash more on before you go out. (If you'd like your sweetie to upgrade from Old Spice, get him a bottle of this. He'll like the comfort, you'll love the sophistication.)

I like it a lot. Wonderful, deep, with amazing power. IMO this is brother of Costes No.1, may be a little bit stronger and have more cloves but the idea is the same. Still this is very beautiful and very special fragrance. More for fall or early spring but I can’t imagine using it during hot weather.

For me above all is a “nutmeg fragrance”, with his spicy aspect; i detect a hint of bay (the grass of pepper) with a pungent aspect; at least I detect the woody notes, with a little hint of rose; the final effect is, in my opinion, a mix of “poudrè (woody notes like Tam Dao, Diptyque) and spicy (nutmeg, like L’Eau Diptyque )”. However the spicy aspect is not very pungent, but soft and "creamy". Below the perfume pyramid on the site of "Il Profumo": Top notes: lavender, desert melon (citrullus); Middle notes: bay (the grass of pepper) and nutmeg; Base notes: Woody notes and yellow rose. It is different from the pyramid on Fragrantica: why??? I think should be reliable the perfume pyramid of the company..... However a fragrance suitable for the cold times, fall and winter; it could be too strong for hottest months; for me it' isn't suitable for teenagers or very young people. A interesting fragrance

The pyramid of notes that dictates fragantica is wrong. When I try it, I detect a spicy nutmeg entry with a soft, fresh note that immediately moves to the background until it disappears during the middle notes, this fresh note is neither lavender nor mint. More like a fruity note. A powerful musk (not amber) with powdered dyes carries a note of wood that looks like cedar (and not patchouli and much less vetiver) and above all a prominent pink note that in the pyramid of fragrance does not appear. This musk lasts long enough until the final drying with a soft wake with soapy tints. To understand us, it reminds me of a kind of mixture between Teint de Neige and Coriandre. The mixture is curious, with a predominance of synthetic, well made, it is portable, in my opinion with a feminine inclination, but it does not bring any new or original idea to the perfumery panorama, rather it is like a deja vu, Because it looks like many others. If you like the fragrances powdered with dejes of toilet soap is another option more where to submerge. Rating: 5
