Cuir 404

This is great for me, from the opening to the dry down it made me smile. Its very similar to Musc ravegeur with a few differences, so much so that I put them side by side to let my wife decide. For daily wear I preferred the Cuir 404. But if its a cold winter day Musc R every time. Definitely worth a try, lasted 7 to 8 hours for me but it was a skin scent after 5 hours.

An unusual but captivating perfume. A fresh leather...who knew it could be done? Citrus and smooth leather lite...with big pops of black pepper in the opening and early middle..very sexy in a clean way. Not heavy, uplifting for a leather. A summer leather..again, who knew? I do find it masculine leaning but still unisex for the right woman. I'm crazy about it, because I haven't smelled too many like this one. This one gets better, the longer it's on. It becomes soooo good. NOTE- you must appreciate cedar & black pepper..nothing femme going on here, nothing sweet. It does have good performance and it's a big win for sillage. Men should deffo give this a try. I got a sample from Ministry of Scent. You should sample it before you buy, just because of the price. You will smell heavenly and embraceable. While I find this to be more of a summer leather, you can wear this all year because the performance is so good. If you can afford it, I believe it's worth the money. I would be melting in a puddle for the man wearing this.

Very nice! Dont get much leather, but i do get lots and lots of cloves and a good dose of vanilla. Reminds me of an old school aftershave, perhaps something like old spice or something similar, but done in a modern way. However the longivity and sillage is not really that impressive. Its quite soft and fleeting. So abit dissapointing in that department.

5/10 Carrément réaliste le clou de girofle

Unfortunately the scent disappeared onto of my body oil. It reminded me of a male cologne from way back when but I just cannot recalll thr scent. When I sprayed again I picked up a spice like ginger. Was not a bad scent but crazy how it vanished in a matter of minutes.
