Terre d'Evasion

This is sweet-spicy goodness! I get the boozy cognac vibe and also pick up on a certain fruitiness mixed with the cinnamon, to my nose this stuff is really well blended considering the low price! Alas, as expected this scent didn't last too long on my skin although still better than many ultra-budget scents. After 2.5/3 hours it's a very soft skin scent although I can still detect it now almost 5 hours later if I put my nose to my arm where i sprayed it. Not brilliant but for the price I think it is acceptable, I may well buy a bottle and just double-spray and on clothing too, as it's such a nice fragrance. Scent: 9/10 (my subjective rating) Longevity: 5 - moderate (lower end) skin scent after a couple of hours on my skin, just about detectable 5 hours later, if you have the nose of a bloodhound. Sillage/projection: 5/10 - roughly between 60 to 90 mins of projection at arms length I'd say. Value: 8/10 - 9 euros for 100ml, not bad, wouldn't really want to pay much more though.

I keep finding myself going back to this fragrance, it has really come into it's own in the colder weather WOW!!! Don't let the low price point deter you, if this had a big designer name or even a luxury car brand name attached it would be well and truly on the hype train. Don't sleep on this one people, if you can find it and you like the look of the notes it is very much worthy of a blind buy imo! Boozy, fruity, warming, spicy and sexy. I find it to be a modern scent yet it has depth, slightly sweet at times but in a deep resinous way. I would use the expression budget masterpiece, might even drop the the word budget from that. Performance may not be the best (it's just ok) but the scent more than makes up for it, and the cost allows you to do some extra sprays anyway. I just bought a back-up bottle (with a free shower gel to boot), fantastique!

I've owned this for a few years now, wore it recently for the first time in quite a while and it really seems to last well now too with a great scent bubble. I don't know how close this is to expensive fragrances such as Ambré Narguillé and Angel's Share (never tried them) but this ultra cheapie* even puts regular supposedly 'affordable' fragrances to shame and clearly shows how most fragrances out there are a rip off and involve a lot of snobbery! *I paid less than 8€ for 100ml from a supermarket.

Rich, boozy, sweet. At the price this goes for (often under 10 euros for 100ml) this is a banger. Despite the sweetness I don't find it particularly feminine, anyone can wear it but for me it leans a little more masculine. This is a good cold weather, outdoors scent, I can imagine it being nice to wear in the British or Irish countryside fighting the cold wind & rain and taking shelter in a cosy pub to drink a hot mulled cider. Lasts well on clothing.

So I just treated myself to a bottle, only just sprayed it but yes it's still a very nice (boozy cinnamon) scent indeed. At 8,90€ for 100ml I think it's worth it even if performance isn't the best. I'll update on that at some point after several proper wearings.

I never smelled Angels Share or Oajan but i bought a decant of Ambre Narguilé and yes, this smells really similar to it, what a nice and pleasant surprise. Of course quality it's not as good as Ambre Narguilé but the smell is equally beautiful, the only downside is the extremely alcoholic opening, but that goes away quickly. In this you can immediatly smell an apple pie with some cognan plum added, it's surely a charming gourmand scent. Performances are acceptable, it lasts 4 hours on my skin but i payed 5 euros for it so i don't complain. For gourmand lovers this is a no brainer, just blind buy it, you won't regret it. Edit: finally tried Angels Share and no, this is only 25% similar i would say, Ambre Narguilé is definitely closer to Terre D'evasion. 7,5/10

Yes it’s VERY close to Ambre Narguilé. The price is amazing and it’s unisex maybe a little more masculine if you compare it to the OG. It’s spicier but anybody can wear it. I’m pleased with it because for the price I can spray it everywhere. It’s a true gourmand. Hot apple pie fresh of the oven with a little bit of cognac. Yummy. Go for it.

for € 20 you have this excellent copy of Ambre Narguilé d'Hermès. No one has any excuse to smell bad from now!

Hummmm...so the box looks like Terre d'Hermès, the bottle too, and even the name "Terre d'Evasion"...this shoud be a TDH clone, right ? WRONG. This is a sweet synthetic fragrance, kind in the realm of the Stronger With You line, and maybe with a BIT of that Angel Share vibe (or more like Khamrah actually). Doesn't smell bad, but not really good either, and most importantly : why the f*ck is that marketed for men ? This is clearly unisex, even leading feminine quite a bit. So, for the 7 euros that I paid, I can't be too mad, but I really don't see any situations where I would reach for this one because of that very feminine undertone. Longevity and projection is ok at least. I'll let it sit for a while, and maybie one day I'll like it.

The fragrance is almost all about the heavy plum. Imagine a plum jam jar opened, just that the content is in the liquid form. I was hoping to smell more of the apple, cinnamon, bergamot, tobacco but they are here either in a very small amount or the plum completely overshadows them. The whift of benzoin comes here and there. This is just dominant plum fragrance- and it is not only in the opening but thru the whole development. Longevity is about 4 hours. The fragrance leans slightly to the feminine side. The price is very good. It is not bad, repulsive scent but I am kind of disappointed.

A nice oriental-cinnamony inexpensive fragrance. The dominant accord of Terre d'Evasion is a resinous cinnamon that smells like a fruit infusion, like jammed cherries. It also has a feel-good hidden alcoholic note. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on fragrances like Hermes and By Kilian, get this. نت های غالب این عطر یه دارچین صمغی شده‌ست که بویی شبیه دم کرده ای از میوه داره، انگار آلبالوئه که مربا شده. یه رایحه مخفی اما حال خوب کنِ الکلی هم توش وجود داره. اگه نمیخواید هزینه گزافی رو صرف خرید عطرهای مثل هرمس و بای کیلیان کنید این رو تهیه کنید.
