Musk Therapy Hair Perfume

Amazing scent. When i first smelled Musk Therapy (the EDP), I was unsure as the citrus note is quite forward but the more I smelled it, the more I loved it. Then I found out the price. However, when i got to the Initio counter, I saw they had a hair mist for less than half the price. Sometimes hair mists are a disappointment compared to their EDP or EDT counterparts but this one is really good. If you like Musk Therapy EDP, you'll like this. I can't smell much of a difference other than longevity and projection. Eventually, I'll save up for the EDP, but for now, the hair mist is doing fine. Now, as to the scent itself, it's a lovely clean girl, citrusy white musk scent that sometimes almost smells creamy. Though it doesn't really smell like it, its vibe reminds me of orange creamsicles. Something sunny and citrusy and happiness-inducing. I haven't noticed the effect on my hair when I use it other than it makes it smell amazing.

honestly a super interesting concept to me, ive never heard of anything like this. as the other review had mentioned though, it is pretty gentle on the hair! i think it even makes it more fluffy, or that may not be the right term but im sure you get what i mean! layered this with bond #9 wall street and mancera cinque terre on my skin, then the musk therapy in my hair! they seriously all compliment eachother in different ways, and im glad this bottle doesnt cost too much either!

The smell was very similar to musk therapy but it smelt a little different at initial spray but eventually smelt like the fragrance, sprayed in my hair at 12pm and could still smell it on my hair at 4pm by the time I went to bed (11pm) I could smell it very faintly. Love the hair perfumes and I will be purchasing the Oud For Greatness hair perfume.

I think it has an ambiance reminiscent of Nivea cream, old round Guerlain blushes, and Chanel lipsticks, little bit chemical/plastic/synthetic powdery smell. Like a makeup bag but not in a bad way. I’d call it a clean girl skin scent but not “wow”. As someone whose favorite perfumes are La Vie Est Belle and Portrait of a Lady, Givenchy l’interdit etc. I don’t think I’ll buy it again. Overall, it’s not worth the price. It doesn’t last very long at all. I think Gisou hair perfumes last longer, but their scent was strange. Update: 3 hours later, the scent became very very light and barely noticeable, but the scent profile changed. The magnolia is now the dominant note, along with musk and sandalwood.

Initio Musk Therapy hair mist smells just like the fragrance but with less citrus soapy musk. The musk is still clean but smoother with a more apparent magnolia and sandalwood. The citruses are dialed back but still there. The smell compliments and doesn't overpower if you are wearing a fragrance. Doesn't dry the hair or sting my scalp, if there are other sensitive-skin people like me especially when it comes to hair perfumes. Love the frosted white bottle too.

Gorgeous, fresh and clean sand that uplifts your mood and is gentle on the hair. It is supposedly makes it more glossy. I personally haven’t noticed that but I enjoy using it. It’s gentle enough like to use any time of day and there is not annoying.
