I.Mirage 11

Not sure why jasmine is ranked so high here, sure, its there but it isn't the star of the show. This is an interesting take on a modern chypre. It smells modernized but with a vintage feel to it. I mostly get green pepper, incense, vetiver, labdanum, soft florals and woods. There is definitely moss here also. Something about this one smells like Homme de Gres. So if you're familiar with that one, you'll notice the resemblance right away. An interesting one.

I agree with the previous reviewer that the votes are over-playing the jasmine, but no doubt people are voting on that because this fragrance has an indolic quality that gives a bit of "skank." It's the way the jasmine, bell pepper, ylang, ginger and vetiver combine. Wish I got more incense. Overall this isn't my style.

#1804 in my “Tour de Fragrance” Got this decant from scentsplit.com. This scent is not that different from Olfatology’s “Itenez” which is double the cost per ml and has a 4.29 rating compared to this at 3.50. Experiencing this for the first time was like my first sniff of Memo Paris “Italian Leather” where there really is a hint of pasta sauce in the scent which in the dry down was just unattractive. Definitely do not blind buy this. If you lean more floral, or more amber vanilla this is definitely not going to be your style. While this scent has impressive performance it just means you’ll smell like the grocery store fresh vegetable aisle longer. Initially it seems to hit all the right notes. All the citrus balances the bell pepper at first. But as that citrus dissipates the bell pepper dominates and you’ve got what smells like a Denver Omelette or leftover veggie pizza. It’s not repellant per se, but it’s not attractive either So it’s a ’no’ for me. Good Luck and Good Hunting!

I get more white florals more than anything, I-Mirage 11 is a fragrance that I would love to smell it on a woman, I wouldn't class it as unisex, very feminine IMO. It's an interesting blend of florals and spices and very well put together, good longevity and projection.
