L'Eau d'Issey Summer 2015

Very light and airy summer fragrance. It has the lightness of a body mist. There's some similarity to the original L'eau de Issey, but that's no big surprize, because all of those perfumes smell alike in my opinion. I wouldn't say it's that much tropical. Just lightly floral and a little citrusy. Nice, but nothing amazing or outstanding.

I will start off by saying that l'eau d'issey is my favourite perfume! I only learned of them two years ago when I came across the 2013 summer fragrance. It was love at first sniff, and I was so sad when the customer service gal told me they were limited editions!!! So I paid retail for it, which is something I NEVER do, I refuse to pay retail for my perfumes....but this beauty was different! Anywho, I bought the 2013 and then I bought the original and then the 2014 Edition! So what I love about this line is that they really do stick to their roots, and each new edition has something added to it, say a green note or a fruity note a floral....you get the drift! Since the 2013 and 2014 were identical, I expected this one would be different. I gotta say....it's not different at all! Don't get me wrong, I love this stuff it's my fav but I was really hoping to see something different...like the lotus one-that one is incredible! Anywho, if you like the original, and also like fruity florals than give this one a try! I found this for 35 dollars! Woo freaking hoo!!

I was looking forward to this new fragrance, but I am very disappointed. The longevity is very very poor.
