Janan Platinum

After purchasing Imagination last year, I had to decide if I wanted to refill or not. I found a video on the Janan house and decided to give Platinum a try to see if it was any better than so many others using the same DNA. Turns out that this one is so incredibly close, the only things I can fault it for are the slightly darker opening and the missing orange note but the dry down is 1-1 identical. It checks all the other boxes with the tea, ambroxan, ginger and bergamot. So far the longevity is very close but the way fragrances react with our skin is different so each person will have a different experience. If spending $350 is out of your budget but you want the same DNA with a magnetic cap, pressurized atomizer and amazing price point than this one is for you.

Bottle is very nice. Magnetic cap Opening is sharp, metallic, floral After sometime its tea plus floral leaning towards jasmine like. Dry down is musky, floral and clean laundry like. You get a good sillage and projection if you spray it well, thanks to the pressurized atomizer which is lovely. Projection like 2 to 3 feet for 1 to 2 hrs Longevity upto 6-8 hours on skin and upto 12 or more hours on clothes. Mine's performance got noticeable improvement over a year so yes it needs maceration. More for men but can be worn by ladies. Good for summers, day and spring. Not for winter. You get a good value for money 200ml bottle is worth the price in summers.

Never thought I of all people would write a positive review about a J. Fragrance. But you gotta be honest here. This is a liquid asset if you're on a budget. Get the original one from their outlet and it will surprise you. The funny thing is it's dry down on the strip is so fresh and citrusy. And it's decent on the longevity and all. Loved this one. Their only good fragrance so far.

One of the best spicy-soapy fragrances you can find at this price point. Perfect for the summers, has a light sweet dry down and is a great compliment getter. I made sure it got its spot on Fragrantica, and honestly it deserves every bit of the praise.

Classic imagination dupe, magnetic cap and amazing atomizer. The juice initially is very sharp and synthetic reminds me of those green tea packets my mom used to use. Lasts ok on my skin about 4ish hours, the projection is amazing. The dry down is much better and more imagination like than the opening. If you're not in Pakistan and this is turning out to be more than 30$, just go with Marwa or Amber oud aqua Dubai
