I have to agree with drakonia on this. This is lovely creamy anise & myrrh on a base of soft vanilla... Initial spray had me nervous - I can see the comparison with a room spray for the first couple minutes but it quickly dries down and loses that load of sweetness it opened up with - thank God because even though I'm a gourmand-lover I've been wanting fragrances that are less sweet lately. There's also a nutty (almost sesame?) quality that was too much for even me at first that has died down too. This is an oriental gourmand. Unisex, maybe leaning feminine. I can only see myself wanting to wear this during cooler weather. Personally I'm glad this isn't a beast - I also don't think it's a skin scent though either. I will gladly play around with this and see how it wears but so far I am intrigued and glad it's more unique. If you are a fan of This is Her! style fragrances you may really enjoy this. Have to be ok with an anise note, but luckily it does not smell like black licorice (I hate that stuff). This is more of an herbal creamy anise and it's lovely. I'm not feeling any of the fruits or really the woods either but everything else is there. :)

I don't know why the rating is so low?! This perfume is wonderful, good for wintertime, perfect for summer. Light and soft and intense simultaneously. One of my favorite perfumes, though, for me there is no raspberry, just a big cup of whipped cream with anise and myrrh. Lovely, 9/10

To me, this smells like a room spray. It does not smell like a perfume. Any gripes that I have with the scent are short lived, as the scent immediately becomes a skin scent and vanishes fully in under an hour.

On paper — Raspberry & lemon ice cream. Fruity, tropical, lactonic, but missing something to round it out. Just comes off a tad juvenile. On (my) skin — a weird & woody mess. Sweetness disappears.

Theres somethimg lactonic popping up all the time, which is ruining all other notes. Pass.

the perfect unisex fragrance. i love this, but i can see people hating this. i smell like i'm an extra in the series 'peaky blinders'. the packaging of this confirms i'm an extra in the series 'peaky blinders'. this perfume matches none of my clothes. i was expecting something sweeter, but now i'm glad it isn't. another review said this smells like room spray. agreed. i smell like a cozy bookstore. 🌇 this is a pub with those cute little flameless candles, basement level. sweet, but not girly whatsoever, not a feminine fragrance. it's smooth, creamy, a tad lactonic, and something i don't know the scent of but it smells really nice. honestly, this is what i imagined zadig & voltaire 'this is her!' [another unisex perfume that's not at all feminine despite its name... edit, just wore it again for the 4th time and find it feminine now] to smell like. so if you know the vibes of that perfume, this is sort of like in the same genre but that one is a bright, incensy, sharp, cloudy, smoky, lactonic iceberg and this one is a warm, soothing, vanillic, creamy, herbal, dirty, lactonic blanket of a similar style of fragrance. they're both kinda gritty but also smooth. i would go so far as recommending one if you like the other. ['this is her' does lean more feminine but it has somewhat of a cologne smell, whereas this remains unisex leaning masculine] not a safe blind buy! the notes seem much sweeter than the perfume itself. i love this perfume. recommend more if you're a guy. 🌙🌇 i will be repurchasing when this bottle is empty.

I bought this perfume in February 2021 after a long day of shooting, it was an instant love for me. People told me I smelled like chocolate and whiskey. I tried wearing it in summer time of 2021 and I didn't like it as much it felt too cloying. Now 3 years later I'm starting to fall in love again, definitely not an everyday-day perfume for me, it needs its own time and vibe: imagine wearing this perfume and walking in the streets of Milan on a rainy day, visiting the Duomo then going to drink a glass of wine in a local pub.

For me, this is a fragrance for summer nights. It’s a fruity lactonic that dries down into something more spicy and resinous. Despite lemon being quite noticeable in the initial spray, it quickly develops into that whipped cream scent. The two combine to make a lemon meringue. Raspberry and anise then make their appearance. The anise is prominent in this fragrance but is blended well. Dries down completely to a soft spicy vanilla. A sweet and sexy intimate scent.

Reminds me Alexandre.J Zafeer Oud Vanille, just without strong leather notes, but same creamy yummy vanilla. Come on, of course it's gourmand fragrance, in base I can smell lemon, but also- very creamy, agree that no sign of raspberries. I think it will open fully in summertime.. let wait! Very worthy fragrance for sweet tooth

CREAMY DREAMY MYRRH! it's indeed a whipped cream myrrh with some naughty anise and sour woods. No sign of raspberries! I can use this as a sun tan with that beautiful sun lotion texture like blend! It's not gourmand but almost. This one was the first the i liked from this brand so far. Beautiful.

what the.. the redesign took this look from warm and comforting and slightly gritty to a beach vibe and it doesn't match the scent at all (at least regarding appearance.. hopefully the formulation is still the same because it was really balmy goodness)

Ohhh my God, this was a love at very first sniff, so heavenly ; so creamy, so rich ,so good .slightly gourmand with an oriental vibe.such a creative job.this is my best by far from this house ❤️❤️
