Severo's crowning achievement is a light and sparkly Coca-Cola accord done to perfection. It dominates the opening and sets the tone for a mid where the musky vanilla and slightly smoky birch become more noticeable. Interestingly enough, the smokiness of the birch is quite thematic and creates the illusion of cigar smoke in a laid-back bar; this compliments nicely the "rum and coke" feel of Severo. In the base, a faint musk with some spices sits close to the skin. Although carried by sparkly musks and aldehydes, the Coca-Cola accord of the open isn't overly fresh and comes off slightly "syrupy". This accord is quite fleeting and disappears after about 1hr to 1.5hrs. Once it's gone, the fragrance sits extremely close to the skin for the remainder of the ~6hrs of longevity. All in all, an excellent blend of notes that can be applied generously, best suited for summer nights and the fall; my only wish is that it performed better. As for gender, it's unisex, leaning slightly masculine from the smoky birch. This stuff is an absolutely amazing little unknown gem. I had to pay more than I would like (AKA retail prices), but for me it was worth it after wearing the sample. They masterfully balanced the playful semi-sweet rum, cola, and citrus notes in the opening. Smells just like a cocktail. The cola accord in particular is very well made. The cola effect softens but stays for the entire fragrance. And performance is actually pretty good for me — slightly above average, just where I like it. It dries with the complement of slightly bitter green/woody aromatic herbs. There is something dry and smoky within the birch wood accord that comes across like incense and musk with a refreshing and still sweet undertone. This is a big part of why I love this fragrance — it isn’t a one trick pony with a realistic cocktail opening, it has a very pleasant drydown. 100% masculine (to my nose), quite attractive, versatile, and fun. Supremely appealing to my own taste. 9.5/10

Took a chance on this frag and decided to cop. Really wanted a coke fragrance. The opening delivers, whatever u think in your head this shit smells like, it really does smell like that and prolly a bit better. The dry down is cool, but its get a little 2 cigarette/ cigar smoke + spices for me. I can see myself fuckin with that in the fall or winter tho when the vibes right, definitely not now. I actually wore this on a date the day I got it and she said I smell like "a sexy ash tray". Not the ideal compliment but shit she fucked with it so it worked i guess. Performance and longevity kinda mid, but u buyin this for the first 30 minutes mostly anyway. Right now id give it a 6/10 but i can genuinley see this bein a 8-9/10 one day for me. The vibes and temp gotta be right tho. Nightime at a bar, club, or on a date in the fall or early winter, thats the vibe this fragrance was made for.

This is one of the most treasured fragrances in my collection. It oozes wealth, sophistication, and manliness in the best way. It is a sparkling, effervescent coca cola / cuba libre with juicy lime that has a woody drydown. I don't gate keep many frags, but this one is special. While it hasn't gotten me the most compliments in my collection, the people that love cola type scent profiles just love it. 10X better than Tonka Cola and a bit more tobacco & dry woods than Kilian Born to be Unforgettable. If you're expecting a gummy Haribo cola bottle type candy scent, it is not as sweet but dare i say more realistic as a cola scent.

This has been one of my favorite discoveries this year! The Coca Cola note is realistic, but it is not childish or overly sweet. There is something smoky and somewhat leathery (the birch I suppose) that perfectly balances it out. The description by the brand gives me the impression that this was targeted at men, but as a woman I also find this totally wearable. Really unisex imo. Unfortunately it doesn't last that long on my skin, but on clothes it lasts the whole day. Since it is a unique scent and the price is pretty good compared to most niche fragrances, I would consider this full bottle worthy.
