Millennium Star

Tried this one last years at Expo in Milan. During scorching days and it was heavenly fruity. Very smooth and softly boozy, just like fine liqueur in the opening. Back then it was also one of the most photorealistic starfruit scents I've met.Juicy, tart with soft crispy edge to it. Now with chilly weather it opens as reviewer below very leathery and irisy, which is an interesting motion. So posh. Can't wait for the sun to shine to meet the fruity side of it again.

Unique leather fruity scent, in my opinion its has a slight touch of Erpa pura but with strong leather note, after some minutes i smell amazing poozy note of Cognac witch also reminds me of Angels’ share from kilian, over all I really love it and my rate is 9.2/10

A quinoline leather sledgehammer of a fragrance. While other fragrances like Encelade make use of quinoline materials and cleverly hide them within the formula, Millenium Star is unapologetically putting it in the spotlight. From top to base notes it‘s there, growling with all of it‘s sharpness and brutal strength. Fruity, boozy, spicy and floral nuances give life and somewhat of a balance to the fragrance, yet it remains a leather force to be reckoned with. Not a very pleasant experience.

Forget about all of the notes you see listed for this one. This has the same screechy "leather" accord found in Shadi Samra's PM for Fragrance du Bois. It is completely overbearing. I don't know what this molecule is that he is working with but I hope he never uses it again. It is such a smoky, ash tray-like aroma that it will eventually get to the most tolerant of noses. What a shame.
