Bodacious

I've been collecting Jean Marc Paris fragrances and it's a shame so many of their scents aren't on this site. However, Bodacious isn't the typical Jean Marc Paris parfum. Most of their scents have a Vanilla base that announces itself when the initial notes dissipates but Bodacious is different. Definitely sweet and not a scent that's unique or even stand out against the basic of basics. Reminds me of something Britney Spears would come out with considering I haven't smelled ANY of her perfume. On my skin there is longevity as it is with most Marc Jean Paris but this is definitely getting lost in my collection. (I'm working on my in-depth note reviews so please forgive the vague and not so helpful review 😭) The notes listed seem to be pretty accurate.

Spicy and Strong. This perfume is sexy. You can smell the pear and honey flowers, but in a spicy way. There is a hint of wood. It is a night fragrance. Only a few sprays are needed. It is not a normal feminine fragrance, this is picant and croquant at the same time. It is not powdery like baby powder. I will not say it is for everyone. If you are looking for a scent with a different vibe this is a picant choice. As an astrological sign , I will describe this one like an Aquarius or Sagittarius. Bodacious has a feminine sexy, adventurous but exquisite soul like your queer bbf.

I thought I was going to love this based on the notes, but it's sort of... bland to me. It's a light, fresh floral with a touch of soft spiciness, muskiness and a slight sweetness. Normally, I love these types of fresh, floral scents, but wow, is this just so flat and boring! It doesn't smell bad, but it's a very forgettable fragrance with poor performance. There's nothing bodacious about it.

Anytime I see a release by this designer I purchase it, however Bodacious just never resonated with me. I had given it a chance, but ultimately it just kinda fell flat.

a pretty scent for everyday use. very versatile, but boring.
