I Love You

Its candy sweet! I think the orris, sandalwood, and vanilla notes make so good and wearable anytime. Its a fragrance that deep, rich, and wearable every day of the year!

Honestly, I originally bought this for the bottles because I got it in a bundle for like $30 for both the red one (I love you, Cherry Crush) & this one. I kind of have mixed feelings about this one, and the cherry one is much better imo, but it does have a pleasant nostalgic smell to it for some reason. At first, it kind of gives off a fruity, fizzy candy smell with a bit of a floral undertone, which I actually didn't mind. After sitting on my skin it kind of turns weird... there's a very sharp sour/tart & musky note that sometimes comes out that I'm not a fan of. Like, honestly, it's almost stinky? I'm assuming it's the orris and star jasmine combination that's not really working with my skin chemistry. It's so odd. However, I can admit this is a unique fragrance, and I still appreciate it for what it is; it just doesn't work on me. It does seem to get better the longer it sits so maybe this can be layered with something else to smooth out the sharp notes. It's almost giving tart, sour apple mixed with grandma that smokes a little too many cigarettes and uses this to cover up the smell.

Santal 33 had a baby with Baccarat Rouge. Has that artificial Sandalwood note but surprisingly it's not as pickled as usual, or I am growing accustomed to smelling newer synthetics in perfume. This is fairly fruity but the fruits are indistinct and they don't really smell like citrus fruits to me. On the Jean Marc Paris website, it lists raspberry too but I don't think it really smells like raspberry either. The hideous hyper-pink bowed bottle makes it look like a fruity floral or something harmless and sweet but it's not. It is adult and musky. Great longevity trail and price if you're into that kind of scent profile.

decided to buy a 2nd bottle since i first bought this like 3 years ago and i felt some nostalgia for the scent, plus it's very affordable at marshalls. i usually get scared of a singular citrus top note but this is one of the few perfumes like that that i actually enjoy. the mandarin seems subdued by the orris and jasmine which i like. it feels very sexy and grounded, like pure bubblegum pink goodness ♡⸜(˶˃ ᴗ ˂˶)⸝♡

I got this perfume for $20 at Marshall's!! very affordable and a very sweet scent, the fruity notes are incredibly strong. if you enjoy fruity sweet perfumes, this could be very nice for you <3
