Paris Bleu

EDT. Smells very clean and refreshing. Smells almost “juicy” and a little sweet. This is a safe scent but its also not very original. Nonetheless the notes work well together. I have not tried bleu de chanel so i cant compare. I do have Versace man eau fraiche. Side by side the Versace smells more natural, and more “expensive.” The paris bleu smells a tid bit synthetic by comparison. Amazing value, got a huge bottle for 15 bucks at TJMaxx. Decent projection for the first 2 to 3 hours. But thats with 12 sprays. After that my gf can only smell it when she hugs me. Overall this is one of my favorite scent profiles in my collection. However longevity is where it seems to fall short. But thats kind of expected with a fresh fragrance like this.

Reminds me of Bleu de Chanel 2010 EDT. You get that citrusy aquatic scent. I don't really smell most of the claimed notes other than bergamot. The longevity is the main problem. I get around 30 minutes of strong projection, and then it sits close to the skin. Fades after about 4 hours (I would say standard for EDT). My friend did say he could smell a "fruity waft" after 5 hours, though, so maybe the projection is better, idk (he is a fragrance guy, though). Overall, 6/10 fragrance. Way better options in this price point.

I already have two flankers of this, so when I came across a 200ml for $20 of course I'm going to pick up the original to see where it all spawned from. Spicy ginger rhubarb with lighter bergamot opening is very fresh and invigorating. In the heart the spiciness continues, as the ginger gives way to a peppery lavender. For the base we have a subtle musky ambery leather - the base is purposefully light, but still lasts around 3 hours on my skin as a late dry down of primarily musk. It's a perfect gym fragrance.

Nice fresh blue fragrance that's kinda juicy, I think because of the rhubarb. Really nice.

Awesome scent BUT the longevity is 👎

There's nothing unique about this, but it's a good smooth, well balanced citrus aquatic scent. I smell mostly bergamot smoothed out with warm amber, plus a subtle watery note. I smell no leather or spicy notes in this. It's a tasteful, classy fragrance that doesn't smell synthetic, which is rare for aquatics. Paris Bleu works because it is subtle, which reminds me of an ocean breeze. I overspray it for longevity purposes, not for projection, and I get about 7 or 8 hours with 12 sprays. I would definitely buy this again when my bottle is used up.
