Classique Limited Edition 2003

Sex in the office.... Dirty expensive and rare. It's hard to describe what I smell. It's very different from the original one which is full with white florals. It's a syrupy, soft rosey, ambery - very feminine comfort fragrance. Longevity and Sillage is average but it's a great experience.

It's a rosy soapier version of Classique, closer to the EDT than the EDP in terms of notes. It's OK, but not nearly as good as the EDT or EDP. The opening almost comes off like nail polish remover. That may be due to the bottles age. I bought it on ebay in 2022, so my bottle is vintage. There are many other sellers currently selling this one. After the initial nail polish remover burst, this clears up into a dry rosy powder scent. Some of the same spice as the original, but not enough in my opinion. It isn't as sweet as the originals either. Not even as sweet as the EDT, which is much less sweet than the EDP. I usually don't care much for rose scent as it often reads as either soapy or "mature" to me but recently fell in love with the Classique EDP and was impressed with a couple of Lancome scents, so I hoped this would be a sexy sweet vanilla rose hybrid of Classique EDP and Tressor Nude, but this is nothing like that. It's nice, I will use my bottle and it's great for after an evening shower when I'm looking for something soft and clean, but I wouldn't repurchase. It doesn't last as long on my skin as the EDP or EDT either. I would have loved to try this 20 years ago to see if my bottle was just old.

This is warm and inviting. The warm, vanilla, softly spicy fragrance envelopes you in a cloud of yumminess. I've already hoarded two back up bottles as I know this will become impossible to find as it first came out in 2003. Not sure when they discontinued it but it was a limited edition. Just beautiful. Warmer and richer than the Classique EDP lace bottle and longer lasting.

Which classic if the closest to this one? I tried it years ago and fell in love. It is completely different from the original. I cannot find this limited edition online. If you sell it, PM me.

I'm confused. This can't have been released in 2003, because I got this lace and roses bottle in 2002. Does anybody know when that was released?
