Classique Parfum

It’s hard to put into words the most beautiful things—like the way sunlight filters softly through the clouds, or the feeling of that very first kiss with someone you’ve loved from afar for so long, and finally get to hold close. Art has the rare ability to capture these fleeting moments, to recreate emotions, memories, and sensations. This perfume is art. Today, the weather is unusually warm and sunny, and the heat brings out new facets of the scent I hadn’t noticed before. It smells absolutely magical—perfect, even—and stirs a gentle touch of melancholy in me... and I love it for that.

I bought this from a friend of mine who owns the miniature collections. I had no idea how rare and valuable it was at the time, and I am writing this review based on my memories alone. This perfume is nothing short of a 'masterpiece'; to this day, nothing comes close to its unique sweet but seductive and mature scents. I owned it in early 2014, and currently it's 2025; it has been 11 years, and I can still remember how amazing it was. If you can get your hands on it—give it a shot! It's worth every penny.

Strong. Cranberry. Liquor. I really dislike this many notes but Classique is the exception. For it being from '93 it has yet to fade into an unflavored vapor. It asks you to dare. Together, a bold spicy punch scent that is fruity and intoxicating.

I don’t know how to express how much I love this perfume. It’s discontinued and I scored a bottle for $60 on my Mercari just to smell what it was like, and I have been reaching for it nonstop ever since. I bought an ounce a little over a month ago and I can’t stop wearing it, I’m half out and it was the splash bottle. It is the most gorgeous spicy orange blossom ever. I walked into Macy’s and saw they had the EDT demo and I doused myself in it. I smelled La belle and ew no not for me. This candied orange is as sweet as I can go. Opens up in the heat beautifully but keep it on arms it gets heavy near the face.

I scored a bottle of this for $30. It’s phenomenal!!! I’m ashamed at how good the deal was and how brilliant the fragrance is. Everything I love about the original EDT without the harsh alcoholic opening and anise, which if you have original formulation EDT, has macerated into olfactory nuclear weapon strength by now.

Found a near mint condition bottle of this gem at the damn antique store.....like what?! Full bottle, perfectly preserved with top notes still in tact. The can has no website on it so this has to be the 90’s Parfum release. Plus...got it for under $100 😭✨

I was wondering if any perfumer like Mr Roja Dove would attempt to add some fine oud in this fine vintage extrait de parfum of Classique 🩷
