Gaultier Divine Elixir

Not a fan of the original and intense version, as they're pretty close together. None of them had the projection I hoped for and expected from a Gaultier fragrance tbh. The Elixir however stays and has more presence than the previous ones, which I love. This is the denser, more voluptuous older sister out of he three. She's sexy, but not too much in your face. She has an erotic appeal without being cheap. She's seductive, she's expensive, she knows what she wants - and gets it. The bottle design is iconic and I love the dark juice in it. The ingredients list seems different on every page, so let's stick to what I can smell. The opening has a fruity character, without being tart or fresh. It does smell of a salty, subdued citrus. This impression fades quickly to make room to a creamy white floral heart that is intertwined with soft Tonka. Which gives the entire scent the substance to stand on. The salt is perceivable throughout the entire development. On my skin it feels beachy, sweaty in the way possible. Imagine you've been intimate with someone and you're glistening in the evening sun on the beach. He will remember you, you're not the holiday fling, you're the thought he can't get put of his head. I think overall this is a solid release that you can wear year round, would be cautious on humid and warm climate, because that's how this fragrance developed intensely. The Sillage is Def. Noticeable and longevity from 8-12h, longer even on clothing. I love the whiff every now and then that radiates off my skin. Most fragrances I get anosmic to after a few hours. Divine elixir will remind you that she's still there. Not a safe blond buy, but worth the try!

I am so happy with this parfum! I really love the original Divine on paper but sadly on my skin it develops a very unpleasant undertone and I cannot wear it. This however works perfectly, so I can wear it in peace and enjoy the original DNA. :) I agree with everyone that warns that the sea notes do not bring any freshness, it is a super sweet fragrance. Personally I love it, but you must take into account that Scandal is one of my favourite fragrances EVER. In my opinion it is a lot more sophisticated than Scandal, more elegant and actually very well balanced. Just like Scandal, I would never wear this in the office, in my opinion it is way too sexy for that, but it is a wonderful option for special occasions especially in the winter. My husband also likes it a lot, so maybe it will be my winter weekend fragrance. Quentin Bisch did it again, wonderful creation! UPDATE: Unfortunately I have been testing it a little more and as soon as the weather is a bit warmer or I run around a little bit and get warm I start to feel the weird egg/pee smell that is very very unpleasant :( Make sure you test this more than once!! What I did eventually is that I got a small travel size and then I can spray it a bit on clothes on my hair in the winter, but I won't take the chance with it on my skin, brrrrrr

love! A slightly salty creamy, coconut-eque, vanilla meringue on me with the tuberose being less “tuberose” and more “a bouquet of strong white florals” I am pleased I can just about detect the ylang ylang sprig in this bouquet, one of my favourite notes. I can still smell calypsone too - even though it’s not listed. Elicits the exact image of biting into the top, watery parts of a watermelon. An amazing mix of notes to promote femininity, sun, seduction and crème. Whilst it is heavy and projects far, I have to go against the grain and say this is a summer perfume imo. All the notes make me think of a summer thrills in the dark and whilst a slightly gross sidenote, this smells really good (and still lasts) when I’m sweating in high humid English heat. When I’m sweating I really get the vanilla, tonka, white florals and ylang whereas the salt takes a back seat. My skin projection is rubbish (oh the joys of eczema), so luckily I don’t end up suffocating myself or those around me, I can very much see why people with cooperative skin would wear this for winter, it’s strong! A new one for my hall of fame, perfect for meeting with my girlfriends for a gossip or dressing up for a date with myself.

How many boring people with too much free time to put absurd comparisons in the "Remember Me of" section. Divine was born from the hands of the exceptional Quentin Bisch and as many of his creations are not for everyone, in fact my partner hates these fragrance lines, he says that it smells like egg white, certainly that salty note and combined with the merengue can give that vibe, I do not know that molecule or chemical aroma will be, but in my skin it is enhanced and it lasts a lot, I yes I am a fan of the line being Intense my favorite so far, I love that note of yellow flowers in it. for those protesting about the model or model of the campaign it seems that they are not usual of Gaultier I am against everything woke but Gaultier of a lifetime has been well irreverent and daring with his proposals, campaigns and so on, so if you don't like the product, you do not consume it will not affect him. On the other hand Divine it is perfectly unisex and I generally do not find that smells have gender, as the great Jean-Claude Ellena said with Shalimar "if I like it I wear it" besides that by its notes Divine can be perfectly used by a man who is not afraid of some floral note.

Overall, this is a bold yet wearable perfume that feels luxurious, feminine, and seductive in a sophisticated way. The new Gaultier Divine Elixir is an absolutely gorgeous fragrance, I really love this one. I find that it's a very different experience on the paper compared with on skin. On the paper, you really get that bubblegum tuberose, but on skin something magical happens. As I was walking the dogs this morning, giving it its first full day wear, I could smell or perhaps more accurately, sense wafts of all these delicious but different notes gliding in and out of my aura. At one point it felt like I was smelling Rouge Saray by Atelier des Ors - a warm, sweet and inviting vibe, deep and resinous scent. Then again, there's a lightness to it that floats all around you. After the first hour or so, it's not exactly tuberose I smell, even though it's very present. It's not exactly salty either, although it does behave like the way a sea breeze blows against your face, cooling you down on a hot day. This is truly magical, delicious and delectable. I only bought a 50ml bottle, but am seriously considering getting the 200ml refill because I love this.

I already love Divine so I blind bought this and initially I thought I was being duped with the same juice. That calipsone/melon note is so powerful to my nose. They smelt the exact same to me with the same top/middle notes imo, but then the difference started to show up in the dry down. Whereas Divine stays quite bright and fresh, this dries down to a warmer, salty vanilla/coconut. A little reminiscent of playdoh on my skin, whilst the calypsone note still lingers in the air. They are still very similar to each other on me in terms of silage and longevity though (several hours). This doesn’t last longer on me than divine does. I need to road test this more to determine which one I like best because right now I can’t decide. This one is taking the lead. It makes be nervous to fall in love with a flanker because they are usually the first to get booted, so that’s probably where my apprehension lies 😅

It’s bit stronger version of Le Parfum mixed with the original Divine. It’s beautiful but definitely not groundbreaking. I have fallen in love with both OG and LP the moment I’ve smelt them and for some reason I thought this one is going to be even more fascinating and alluring version. So of course I went for a full bottle the moment it was available in the UK. Wanted to buy a refill too, but wasn’t available at that moment (and boy, am I happy about that). I’ve received a miniature with my purchase and was super excited to try it. Safe to say if you have the first two, you don’t need this one 🤣 It lasts ages, but it’s nothing new. I like it, I’m not going to return it but I feel disappointed 😂 If that’s your first Divine, you’ll probably love it. Definitely suitable for nights out and date nights. Got lots of compliments on the very first day I used the mini.

This doesn’t smell how l’d imagined it would, definitely going to be a grower. Give it a few days and I bet I’ll love it. Smells a bit more “unisex” than I was expecting . I can’t tell what notes this is from or why. It must be the sea, salt and patchouli. But everything is blended so incredibly well. I fear I may not be the perfect target audience for this. I love Scandal Le Parfum and was sort of expecting something in-between that and Olympea in a way. (It’s nothing like that but I can truly appreciate the scent profile of this) it’s very floral, fresh and powdery with an almost woody base.

I somehow found this on a cruise of all places. I bought her blind since I’ve been dying to try it. JPG is about the only one I feel comfy buying blind anymore. She is AMAZING. I’m a huge fan of Divine le parfum, but I actually like elixir more. They’re very similar, but elixir has a more rich scent to her. I don’t necessarily smell a specific note that causes that, but I assume maybe it’s the tonka bean. She lasts FOREVER, too. Like forever and my nose doesn’t go blind to it. If you like any of the other Divine’s, I would have a hard time thinking you wouldn’t love this one.

I don't like this as much as the other two Divines, but it's still gorgeous. Definitely has the DNA of its predecessors, but isn't a carbon copy - this definitely has its own identity. Probably not as suitable for day wear, but I still think this could work year-round. Unless your summers are actually like the inside of an oven. It's too bad the ratings on this will never reflect reality. I wish people could just be normal and objective instead of messing up data due to their little baby culture war feelings.

I want to try this so bad it physically pains me! I can’t find any info on when/if she’ll be released in the states. I’m also giggling at the sNoWfLaKeS in the comments upset about a trans creator showcasing this on her TikTok page. I say “showcase” because I have yet to see an actual ad with Dylan in it like they’re crying about. I’ve actually yet to see Dylan post anything about Divine Elixir, to be more specific. 🙄 Anywho, dying to try this one bc Divine le parfum is my all time favorite.

I’ll be honest, the bottle design completely drew me in, just like La Belle did. But Divine Elixir didn’t just win me over with its look—I’m genuinely obsessed. It opens with a subtle salty freshness that makes it stand out right away, but it quickly melts into something much warmer and richer. As it settles, the base becomes smooth, with a soft gourmand warmth that feels almost like tonka or vanilla lingering on the skin. I keep reaching for it—it’s quickly becoming a favorite👌💐

I'm really charmed by this fragrance... It may be my skin chemistry but it truly does smell divine on me, reminds me of warm summery days, the sea breeze and luxury. What really surprised me it's how long I can detect it on my clothes; whole day at ease, I sprayed once on my blanket in the living room and after 3 days I can still smell it! Deeply in love and made me curious about other divine flankers as I have not tried them before.

This is love at first Whiff!! I randomly smelled this at Sephora and it instantly stood out to me how gorgeous this scent is! And rightfully named DIVINE! Memorable, someone said it had an egg note, I say it’s more milky! But it works, very elegant, sensual, gourmand but mature, I’m so in love I keep smelling myself over and over again. Very sexy! So glad I bought it.

Marine and citrus accords evoke a reminiscence of summer holidays — the salt settling on the skin feels sensual and sun-kissed. Over time, the fragrance transforms into a creamy, warm composition, highlighted by the sweetness of vanilla and the smoothness of ylang-ylang. A long-lasting skin scent. A successful flanker.

I couldn’t stop buying divine edp and divine le parfum each time, but now i have found the perfect mixture of both lmao. Next time i m only getting a refill of that one instead. Edit ; i don’t know why in the dry down it turns out « plasticky » and « resinous ». While opening was pleasing. Such a let down.

It smells wonderful on paper, so I went to the stote to buy it today. However, I wasn't sure whether to get the *Le Parfum* or the *Extrait*, so I tried both on my skin—one on each arm—and went for a walk. I never went back to buy it; on my skin, both of them smell like pee. What a disappointment.

Tested on my wrist last week, and my jacket still kinda smells of it. I loved the different layers it kept revealing and couldn't stop thinking of buying it. Today finally I got my hands on it and couldn't be happier. Rich, sexy, mesmerizing fragrance with an impressive longevity. Love it.

So so so GOOD! Very heavy with the Tonka, this leans very unisex, extremely potent too, I picked up a 100ML bottle today on holiday. Not redundant if you own Divine EDP or Divine Le Parfum. Definitely test before you buy though as it’s certainly very strong.

I think this fragrance is underrated. It’s a toasted marshmallow at a beach bonfire in early November. Sweet, comforting, delicious and slightly salty. The sillage is impressive and I find it lasts all day. My new go-to for autumn winter.

I didn't think JPG could top Divine, but this one is even better. I wouldn't even call it a flanker because it's so different, yet so intoxicating. I bought the purse size bill l but I'm going to have to get a big bottle for summer.

I bought it 😍 creamy and warm, vanilla is strong but not boring. But I was shocked to smell sweat/cat piss on a hot day, like I smell it in Scandal OG. On colder days it smells like heaven, unfortunately I will skip it in summer.

Best tuberose ever made, i loved other divine but that one did it even better. One of the longest lagsting/performing fragrance out of my 150+ collection. No words to describe how amazing this fragrance actually is.

It‘s beautiful! Similar to OG but warmer and with less egg whites. 😄 Lasting for days on clothes. I am obsessed with the OG even though the egg white part annoys me a lot. I will buy this one definitely.

Not the biggest fan of the OG but Elixir is creamier, warmer, sexier, and has a hint of smokiness that really elevates it. Quentin ate with this one! It lasts 12+ hours and projects insanely.

Im so new to the world of perfume help but i love this one so much. my nose is really untrained but its sweet but balanced almost mimicking caramel notes yum!!!!!!!! I love it :)

Interesting... I usually don't like gourmands, but this one was instant love. The drydown reminds me a lot of Andalusian soul, which is another fave.

Not gonna describe the scent or anything, I just wanted to say that I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! Aaaaaa!

It is surprisingly similar to the pillar. I have them now on, wrist to wrist, and the Elixir is slightly more tonka heavy than meringue. It feels dense and juicy-floral, probably because of the aqua notes. The big flowers are just magical. I happen to love flowers in all shapes and smells. In the Elixir, the tuberose is first, ylang second and jasmine third. In the pillar I feel jasmine first. Surprisingly I do not feel vanilla in the starting phase, it is all floral with aquatic undercurrent. I also did not expect the pillar and the Elixir to be this close to one another. The first one plays a bit fruity on me, reminds me of pineapple. In this the vanilla starts to show with time, which is nice, I always loved its smell. I feel also a coconut with time. Or coconut water. Juicy, honeyed big floral. In warm weather Divine is rather an evening scent, and fit for free time as this is bold and sensual. Yet the flowers are singing day to me, if so - only the weekend. The pillar overwhelmed me during a summery day, this is also too much for a day. In strength it reminds me of Alien. I prefer Scandal. Divine Elixir is similar to the new Herrera La Bomba. Bisch does have a style. Applied in the evening it lasts till morning, 16 hours already.

On my skin: Lenor sensitive "Baumwolle & Tiare" white capsules. My laundry smells like that, so... 😆🤍🤍🤍 I obviously like it, but not as a perfume. It develops into a beachy salty sexy vanilla. I expected it to be more special and divine. Its vanilla is kinda outdated to my nose (or it's its JPG DNA, not sure). I wanted something new, something else, something groundbreaking to make new memories. I mean it's nice, pleasant, feminine, easy grab for summer chilly nights, but not special. The drydown is the best part: salty (from sea-water) sexy feminine vanilla! 7.8/10

Elixir has a more complex smell than the notes in the pyramid suggest. It is an amber with more intense woody accents (certainly everything from the kaleidoscope of tonka shades) and at the same time slightly marine, barely noticeable salty. I do not perceive tuberose as such, I would dare to say that it is not a tuberose perfume. Perfectly unisex, persistent, with outstanding sillage. It has similarities only with the Le Parfum version, compared to the original it is different.

Interesting... to me it reads like a salted caramel black tea. Not very sweet, but in a caramelized way, slightly woody/black tea-like. Has some very solid woody notes - I think it may be a mix of tonka and patchouli that comes of like that. Slightly playful, but serious perfume - more than the bottle would suggest. However, I find it gets messy towards the point where it's barely there. Then it starts getting herbal and cheap-smelling for some reason...

idk how to feel about this when i first sprayed it i was obsessed its really good but the dry down is very disappointing for me its kinda like they removed the uniqueness by drowning it with vanilla its not luminous or "solar" anymore but i find this catchy like im constantly smelling my hands i think its because it has the gaultier divine original dna which is my favorite perfume ever but i js dont know how to feel about this honestly

Smells like an expensive sunscreen that you would wear in Winter. I like it but it's not something I would wear everyday. It has this 'metal' scent that Alien Mugler had in the early days. Maybe I should try this with Alien so I have my favourite perfume back :)

It’s not something I would personally wear, but I have to admit it’s a beautifully crafted, niche-quality scent. To me, it feels like a mix of Womanity and Olympea Intense, with a touch of ylang-ylang thrown in. Not my vibe, but I still appreciate it.

as a person who's obsessed with the original divine i think they ruined the dna with this by adding alot of vanilla it really doesn't smell bad but it smells less unique and it lost that divine airy beautiful signature

Very similar to the Le parfum. But this is more floral and less sweet. I can see this being the night time sexier version for sure. Can't decide between the two yet but I think the Le Parfum will be easier wear.

also i get so much sweet coconut and vanilla idk where its from but there is definitely coconut in it i love the tuberose and like the white floral divine amazing dna but i hate the vanilla coconut sweetness

My favourite from the Divine range! The tonka bean really comes out in this one. On the heavier side, best for night time
