more fresher up top with that familiar sweetness. this one dries down identical to le male but smells crisper and fresher overall.not as powdery.great date and romantic set up scent. the father figure smell is not present in this one.nice lavender tonka and cardamom on the dry down.but if you have le male already you dont need this.this is for people who want that amazing snow globe presentation with the xmas coat

Got my bottle last night! This is NOT even close to the original Le Male! The vendor and sales assistant at Macy's assured me that it is just a Christmas edition of the original one. The ingredients look the same but the composition is reversed. Cardamom and lavender dominate the opening, Vanilla comes through on a dry down level. A bit disappointed. The snow globe bottle with the sweater is adorable but the cologne is not what I would actually wear. I am not a big fan of lavender, which dominates this fragrance on every level. It is manly, mature manly unlike the rest of Le Males I have.
