Le Male Couple

I'm not gonna say anything new about Le Male Couple. It's the same as the traditional Le Male, smells identical, but I think it is more concentrated. Comparing this side by side with the newer formulation (2018 bottle), Couple feels thicker on skin, the texture is different (more "oily"). And, man, this lasts 20 hours on my skin easily, no overstatement. (Edit: it's the BPI formula, my dear Watson) If you come across a bottle of this one, for a fair price, don't hesitate and get it.

Great,...little bit different than la male and longer lasting. Partially absorbed by skin,under sweating has secondary release.It is clubbing fragrance.

There is a JPG special edition Le Male called “The Sailor Guy”. From what I can tell, the Sailor Guy bottle with the red anchor and heart on the left side of the chest is the bottle used on this page to depict Le Male Couple. Are they the same fragrance? Or is the Sailor Guy picture captioned above an error, and the Le Male Couple bottle is something else? I have seen the “Sailor Guy” can, and it has this exact picture right on the can and the words “Le Gars De La Marine” and underneath that “The Sailor Guy”, not Le Male Couple. Does anyone have any insight?

Jean Paul Gauthier Le Male Couple is another reskin of the original Jean Paul Gauthier Le Male. I accidentally got this one from eBay. The seller sold this as the similar looking Le Male In the Navy which was a fragrance I was interested in. This does not smell anything like that. As stated, Le Male Couple is Le Male. When I opened the box it came, I got a blast of the traditional Le Male smell. That cinnamon pinecone smell that Le Male reminds me of and turns me off. I am not sure what it is about Le Male itself, but I do not like the smell of straight Le Male. I do enjoy Le Male style scents like Le Male Terrible, CH 212 Sexy Men, Cuba Original Gold and English Laundry Signature. I sent this back and got a refund since it was a bad listing.
