Le Mâle Pride Collector

I'm just here to add this is fantastic! I have/had vintage JPG bottles from the 90's and 00's and this right here makes them redundant - not even kidding. I purposely sought this formulation out (Puig/France, I think? Would have to check my bottle at home) and it's excellent. It's Le Male through and through as far as I'm concerned. If you don't want to hunt vintage Le Male, then this is it. Snag a bottle!

How could you hate on this? It’s the original Le Male, by Francis Kurkdjian. If you can’t stand how this smell, you’re in the wrong game. But I guess most reviewers haven’t smelled this one. I used Le Male back in the 90’s. This is the OG

To my nose this smells stronger than the current green bottle of Le Male. I did 2 sprays and 2 hours later a lady complimented me from 9 feet away. This thing travels. If you like the OG Le male you will love this one.

This is a weird one. The same profile as the original, but last longer. I’ve tried both at the same time, but the longevity on this is way better than the OG.

Errm what exactly is the problem with this rainbow 'collector's bottle'? If ever there was a brand and particular product for which it seems appropriate it's this one. I can only imagine the reactions if something like Greed Aventus or Dior Sausage came out in rainbow flags. For that I would grab a bag of popcorn and watch the online meltdown. For Le Mâle it seems to make sense, let's be honest love it or loathe it, the bottle is so iconic that no matter the colour scheme or 'dressing' it's going to be a collector's item. As for the scent, seems it's going to be the same, not really my kind of scent but I respect it as a real show-stopping fragrance, instantly recognisable, somehow compelling (even to me) and hugely influential. The lavender, mint, orange blossom and vanilla quartet are really something else here, extremely powerful stuff and a landmark release. Chapeau monsieur JPG (and Kurkdjian of course).

I didn’t vote like I have smelled or tested this but I voted everything negatively except for the gender vote I didn’t vote there this is stupid and I would never probably consider buying a jpg I really like the drydown of ultra male but there’s many clones that are cheaper too and replacing me from supporting or possibly buying their perfume 😂👍

It smells like the original Le male which is nice, but they did not have to put the rainbow to strike controversy, I myself don't have a big problem with it but others do and it's a shame that one of my favorite designer brands is just losing its popularity because of it, LGBTQ and perfumes should not have anything to do with each other

Not a good fragrance. Loud but in an obnoxious way. Kind of gives you a headache.

Why aren't there fruity notes ?

Another flancor of the original. Same DNA, nothing new. Got it from Canadadian discounter couple weeks ago. The sripes on the bottle are not even painted but plain plastic cover of the original bottle. Same on the can - Just a rainbow sticker. I am glad I payed $51.00. As of today available in the US at Macys.com for $96. A bit to late for the pride and pretty cheaply executed for limited edition. Do not hate it because of the Rainbow . Nothing wrong with it . It's the same Le Male . Just buy an original and stop leaving negative comments. It's not the only brand who puts rainbow on the bottle to support pride

I stumbled upon this at a discounter website a week ago with no images or descriptions and at first i was like...it came out this year, already? I ordered after confirming via email correspondence with their staff and it was indeed, a legit bottle pictured above. I received it today and it looks and smells amazing! I've been wanting to buy Le Male for so long and this collector edition was a nice opportunity to grab a bottle that was both colorful and vibrant!

My favorite fragrance of all time honestly to me this pride version has a sweetness to it just a Lil bit which I love ❤️ to add whatever like anyone cares but I’m a heterosexual Male and I absolutely have no issues buying pride collection edition the colors are so beautiful and whom you love is not my business it’s about respect in my opinion!
