Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum

Lots of folks saying the EDT is more sweet. Aggghhh I am SO glad I didn't get the EDT. Lol. This one is very sweet much like Le Male. It's interesting. It seems that the JPG frags I've smelled, which is only a couple of Le Male's and now Scandal, but always right after spraying they seem to all smell the same in the opening, which is a heavy sweetness, most call it bubblegum, i still dont have a good word. Lol. It's only after drying that I start detecting other notes. And for this one, it seems to really take some time to start detecting stuff, but as I use this more and test it, I seem to be able to smell more about it. This stuff is really pleasant. Right after trying it I was really disappointed because it smelled a lot like Le Male elixir mixed with armani code. Whereas now it seems to be a bit more of It's own thing. Still reminding me pretty heavy of code parfum I think because of the heavy tonka. If this had iris I would've felt dumb for buying. Lol I also slightly expected something slightly gourmand, EVERYONE here talking about this being some kind of caramel bomb, some saying only slight caramel. It is NOT. not even a little bit of a caramel scent here. You get a vanilla type aromatic vibe. Performance is damn good. It projects really well, smells different depending on the distance away from it you seem to be. Longevity is beastly, I'm one of the few giving it eternal, on my skin it goes 14+ hours. Coming back here after having this a few days giving it a wear, and kinda giving my arm a spray at the end of a some of those days, also smelling the atomizer over and over 😅. I was sad initially in that this definitely has the feel of Armani code. But after sitting with it, it's really nice. I can definitely detect the sandalwood, the tonka, which is to my nose the most prominent note in this, but it's really great. Makes me feel comfy and confident. I can't wait to actually wear this on a more regular basis as it gets colder! I feel like it'll do best in the fall and spring, but a warmer winter day would also be good here.

I bought this fragrance after smelling it once, and I think it's 100% the most underrated JPG. Tonka is definitely the most prominent note, and while this is a quite simple scent, its pretty unique and I could see this being a signature winter fragrance. In the first couple of seconds, there is a bit of an alcohol blast, so make sure you give it a second before you smell it. The opening isn't really like anything I've smelt before - geranium is very noticeable, and it nicely balances the sweetness of the tonka. I'd say it changes the sweetness from being playful, to more mysterious and dark, so it's more mature than some of the other JPGs. As it dries down, you do get more of a woody, rich, sweet smell, but the geranium lasts a fair amount of time. This scent is perfect for a night out, or if you want to smell like the main character during winter 💼😅. Another important thing about this fragrance is that there is a noticeable - but not overwhelming, by any means - coconut note (mainly after around 6-7 hours, and much more prominent on clothes). Although it doesn't sound like it fits with the 'vibe' of the scent, it does go pretty nicely with the sandalwood, so if you don't mind coconut, you'll probably still like this fragrance. Also, I didn't know this when I bought it, but the nicest 'surprise' I got was that I basically never go nose blind to this fragrance, and keep getting big whiffs of it throughout the day, which is a big positive for me. It lasts pretty long (7-10 hours on skin), and people will definitely smell it when you walk past - it's a head turner, especially in the first 2-3 hours. Overall, I'd strongly recommend because its a unique, underrated scent that gets compliments but you will NEVER smell anyone else wearing it (niche JPG 😮). Probably not blind buy safe because it's a unique combination but make sure you try it out. Bonus is that the bottle stands out and has a cool crown shaped cap.

Okay so I’ve been interested in scandal for men since it’s release.. haven’t been able to find it anywhere around here though to test it..couldn’t even find any samples online..so I was back an forth between whether to blind by this or the original.. Ultimately I went for this one for the comments saying it was less sweet and also for that black lacquer bottle. I got it in the mail today opened the box (must say the bottles more gorgeous in person thick heavy glass and weighty crown) okay now for the scent must say after waiting all this time I’m only mildly disappointed don’t get me wrong I think it smells great but to me it smells literally just like a smoother 1 million parfum which I also do like but sadly this just wasn’t nothing really that new to me.. I don’t have 1MP but I guess in away a sorta do now.. lol. Update: after wearing this for a while; while yea it reminds me of something but its still much it’s very own scenery & for the longevity alone this scent is just amazing! Also find this scent crave-able like I find myself just picking up to smell the sprayer or do 1 spray on myself to smell it.. lol I need cold weather to get here so I can enjoy it full body.

There are only two fragrances in my collection (18) that have made my girlfriend have the reaction of wanting to have sex with me: This one and YSL Tuxedo. With Tuxedo, her friend and she both were going crazy when they smelled it, and she told me if I wanted to have sex with her, I just needed to put that on. The second one was today when I opened this bottle for the first time and wanted to smell it on myself, so I sprayed once on my left wrist (I'm working from home, so there is no need for more). A couple of hours later, I went to check on her to see if she was hungry, and even though she was on a video call when I got close, she smelled me, told me I smelled good, and asked if I wanted to have sex later. (Best reaction ever) Anyway, she likes all the frags I own, and this one is not my favorite (I do like it a lot). However, it seems this one has that sensual aroma that triggers that reaction. So, if you're looking for something like that, this might be it. Disclaimer: Of course, this only applies to my girlfriend and me. Every woman likes different scents, so don't take this review as absolute truth, just a fun story that happened to a stranger on the internet.

I personally do not own this, but have gone to Myer and sprayed it on myself COUNTLESS times, so I think i am qualified enough to talk about it. This is the perfect embodiment of an uncommon, sweet, masculine, easy-wear sweet fragrance. The smell is a beautiful combination of caramel and woods, being sweet enough to appeal to the younger crowd, but woody enough to appeal to an older generation as well. This can be worn ANY TIME during the winter/colder weather. I don't think it would be too cloying or sweet for a slightly hotter time and with how good it smells, performs and attracts compliments, I think you should be looking for any excuse to wear it. I wore this one time and got 3 compliments in like 4 hours, with each of them being like shocked with how good i smelt "oh my gosh you smell so good wow what is that thats so good" just glazing my life out tbh. I cannot wait to add this to my actual collection, and overall purely because it isnt the most unique and niche smell (which is what im into) im going to give this a 9/10
