Lots of folks saying the EDT is more sweet. Aggghhh I am SO glad I didn't get the EDT. Lol. This one is very sweet much like Le Male. It's interesting. It seems that the JPG frags I've smelled, which is only a couple of Le Male's and now Scandal, but always right after spraying they seem to all smell the same in the opening, which is a heavy sweetness, most call it bubblegum, i still dont have a good word. Lol. It's only after drying that I start detecting other notes. And for this one, it seems to really take some time to start detecting stuff, but as I use this more and test it, I seem to be able to smell more about it. This stuff is really pleasant. Right after trying it I was really disappointed because it smelled a lot like Le Male elixir mixed with armani code. Whereas now it seems to be a bit more of It's own thing. Still reminding me pretty heavy of code parfum I think because of the heavy tonka. If this had iris I would've felt dumb for buying. Lol I also slightly expected something slightly gourmand, EVERYONE here talking about this being some kind of caramel bomb, some saying only slight caramel. It is NOT. not even a little bit of a caramel scent here. You get a vanilla type aromatic vibe. Performance is damn good. It projects really well, smells different depending on the distance away from it you seem to be. Longevity is beastly, I'm one of the few giving it eternal, on my skin it goes 14+ hours. Coming back here after having this a few days giving it a wear, and kinda giving my arm a spray at the end of a some of those days, also smelling the atomizer over and over 😅. I was sad initially in that this definitely has the feel of Armani code. But after sitting with it, it's really nice. I can definitely detect the sandalwood, the tonka, which is to my nose the most prominent note in this, but it's really great. Makes me feel comfy and confident. I can't wait to actually wear this on a more regular basis as it gets colder! I feel like it'll do best in the fall and spring, but a warmer winter day would also be good here.

I bought this fragrance after smelling it once, and I think it's 100% the most underrated JPG. Tonka is definitely the most prominent note, and while this is a quite simple scent, its pretty unique and I could see this being a signature winter fragrance. In the first couple of seconds, there is a bit of an alcohol blast, so make sure you give it a second before you smell it. The opening isn't really like anything I've smelt before - geranium is very noticeable, and it nicely balances the sweetness of the tonka. I'd say it changes the sweetness from being playful, to more mysterious and dark, so it's more mature than some of the other JPGs. As it dries down, you do get more of a woody, rich, sweet smell, but the geranium lasts a fair amount of time. This scent is perfect for a night out, or if you want to smell like the main character during winter 💼😅. Another important thing about this fragrance is that there is a noticeable - but not overwhelming, by any means - coconut note (mainly after around 6-7 hours, and much more prominent on clothes). Although it doesn't sound like it fits with the 'vibe' of the scent, it does go pretty nicely with the sandalwood, so if you don't mind coconut, you'll probably still like this fragrance. Also, I didn't know this when I bought it, but the nicest 'surprise' I got was that I basically never go nose blind to this fragrance, and keep getting big whiffs of it throughout the day, which is a big positive for me. It lasts pretty long (7-10 hours on skin), and people will definitely smell it when you walk past - it's a head turner, especially in the first 2-3 hours. Overall, I'd strongly recommend because its a unique, underrated scent that gets compliments but you will NEVER smell anyone else wearing it (niche JPG 😮). Probably not blind buy safe because it's a unique combination but make sure you try it out. Bonus is that the bottle stands out and has a cool crown shaped cap.

Okay so I’ve been interested in scandal for men since it’s release.. haven’t been able to find it anywhere around here though to test it..couldn’t even find any samples online..so I was back an forth between whether to blind by this or the original.. Ultimately I went for this one for the comments saying it was less sweet and also for that black lacquer bottle. I got it in the mail today opened the box (must say the bottles more gorgeous in person thick heavy glass and weighty crown) okay now for the scent must say after waiting all this time I’m only mildly disappointed don’t get me wrong I think it smells great but to me it smells literally just like a smoother 1 million parfum which I also do like but sadly this just wasn’t nothing really that new to me.. I don’t have 1MP but I guess in away a sorta do now.. lol. Update: after wearing this for a while; while yea it reminds me of something but its still much it’s very own scenery & for the longevity alone this scent is just amazing! Also find this scent crave-able like I find myself just picking up to smell the sprayer or do 1 spray on myself to smell it.. lol I need cold weather to get here so I can enjoy it full body.

There are only two fragrances in my collection (18) that have made my girlfriend have the reaction of wanting to have sex with me: This one and YSL Tuxedo. With Tuxedo, her friend and she both were going crazy when they smelled it, and she told me if I wanted to have sex with her, I just needed to put that on. The second one was today when I opened this bottle for the first time and wanted to smell it on myself, so I sprayed once on my left wrist (I'm working from home, so there is no need for more). A couple of hours later, I went to check on her to see if she was hungry, and even though she was on a video call when I got close, she smelled me, told me I smelled good, and asked if I wanted to have sex later. (Best reaction ever) Anyway, she likes all the frags I own, and this one is not my favorite (I do like it a lot). However, it seems this one has that sensual aroma that triggers that reaction. So, if you're looking for something like that, this might be it. Disclaimer: Of course, this only applies to my girlfriend and me. Every woman likes different scents, so don't take this review as absolute truth, just a fun story that happened to a stranger on the internet.

I personally do not own this, but have gone to Myer and sprayed it on myself COUNTLESS times, so I think i am qualified enough to talk about it. This is the perfect embodiment of an uncommon, sweet, masculine, easy-wear sweet fragrance. The smell is a beautiful combination of caramel and woods, being sweet enough to appeal to the younger crowd, but woody enough to appeal to an older generation as well. This can be worn ANY TIME during the winter/colder weather. I don't think it would be too cloying or sweet for a slightly hotter time and with how good it smells, performs and attracts compliments, I think you should be looking for any excuse to wear it. I wore this one time and got 3 compliments in like 4 hours, with each of them being like shocked with how good i smelt "oh my gosh you smell so good wow what is that thats so good" just glazing my life out tbh. I cannot wait to add this to my actual collection, and overall purely because it isnt the most unique and niche smell (which is what im into) im going to give this a 9/10

During one of my first few wearings it happened to walk into a pharmacy, not overly crowded, I was browsing around while waiting in the queue. when I finally approached the girl at the counter the first thing she told me was “hey, it was you all this time?!?... the one who filled the room with this gorgeous fragrance?!...” Nuff said..I guess! Edit: that’s great and all but after owning both the EDT and Parfum I came to the conclusion I wouldn’t buy the refill for it instead I would go for the edt again and again, because after a year of maceration this scent rounds up it’s assaulting edginess and turns into pure bubblegum porn, exactly the use I want it for which is night time and having fun, wearable in the summer nights as well. Otherwise the parfum after about same time of maceration opens up the coconut and balsams and woods at the point where it gets similar to other jpg frags and you can do a better job wearing Le beau le parfum for example..in the summer the smell is a mess when your skin is heated up.

❤️❤️❤️ This one is so underrated. It's a night out winter scent, cold weather. Definitely someone in his 20s, slim or athletic. It might even be a clubbing scent because of it's playfulness but for a more measured, not a vulgar and loud-mouthed type of guy. The smell will make you feel confident and your presence will be felt, but there's a catch, it's too strong, in a good way. If you know how to wield it, you'll pull it off. Depending on where you're going, don't go hard on the sprayer- 2 sprays max, 1 behind each ear. If it's going to be an indoor formal event, you might want to skip and go for something less heavy, less playful. I can pick lavender and it strikes me as Le Male Le Parfum minus the cardamom note but amped up on the powdery accord. The sweetness is not One Million type, it's more of Invictus Victory. It's long lasting and it projects. You will be noticed. If you like the above mentioned fragrances, you'll find this one attractive too. Give it a shot. ❤️❤️❤️

First thoughts, this is a Caramel-sweet, Gourmand and Creamy fragrance. Although it has a more intense and perhaps less sweet aroma, Scandal Le Parfum bears a striking resemblance to the original Scandal EDT. You'll like this if you liked the original. Despite having a scent that is extremely similar to the EDT, Scandal Le Parfum has a milder, more sophisticated scent. To put things in perspective, teens between the ages of 15 and 25 would have preferred the original Scandal EDT. However,Le Parfum's rich, almost smoky, sweet aroma appeals to a more mature audience of those between the ages of 24 and 35+. Naturally, the younger audience can manage this as well! I sprayed a total of 5 times. Twice behind each ear, once on the back of my neck, and once in front. The project and silage are amazing. I can easily fill a room projection-wise and approximately 8 hours longevity. Overall Rating (9/10)

Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier is a bold, oriental take on masculine sensuality. Created by Quentin Bisch, Natalie Gracia-Cetto, and Christophe Raynaud, this 2022 flanker deepens the original’s formula with a more serious, less playful edge. It opens with spicy-clean geranium, quickly enveloped by a dense, creamy tonka bean heart, and finishes with rich sandalwood that grounds the sweetness in warmth and masculinity. Ideal for autumn and winter, it shines in intimate settings like date nights. While it shares much of the DNA with the original—perhaps too much for some—it trades bubblegum flair for darker depth. Sweet but lactonic, seductive but not loud, it delivers strong performance. Slightly overhyped and not a game-changer, but still a solid, sexy wear—especially if you skipped the original.

This is a beautiful perfume.. a signature worthy and 4 seasons to wear. This isn’t sweet at all. It starts bit sweet like coconut but that’s the Tonka mixed with geranium for sure, fresh clean Tonka.. they used the geranium super smart here.. as it dries down it becomes more woody and musky. I think the drydown is more musks and sandalwood .. where the Tonka is almost non present. So it’s not sweet or cold weather at all for me. It’s a good musk perfume with a clean Tonka tones in it for every season and any occasion. Very versatile and very clever. Didn’t expect JPG to make this.. as it’s mostly sweet fresh or borderline sweet. Good performance and good projection as well! In a nutshell it’s a gorgeous versatile blue scent as the bottle explains. But dark dark blue tbh.. dark blue scent lying on a sandalwood base

This is a fantastic juice. It has the vibe of all the current releases from the Puig House (Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier). It has great performance, very good projection and sillage. Same level or even better than original Scandal EDT which is one of my favourites in terms of scent purely. Le Parfum is darker, less sweet, has woody notes and less caramel if any It's even hard to describe They are quite simmilar but different enough not to make each other redundant. This is a great release, blended with perfection. Quentin Bisch my favourite perfumer. You can't go wrong with it. I am sure that with time it's popularity will grow and it will be hugely appreciated. I personally love it and have now ordered a 150ml bottle I think it is Brilliant!!! Killer projection and longevity

Just smell a sample of this new perfume and it blows my mind how different the smells compare it with the other JPG men like the Ultramale and Le Male. This smell is more Relaxing fresh spicy, Masculine, sweet but not too strong, it doesn't give you a headache after smelling it multiple times. The smells goes smooth into your nose which I think the Geranium really helps with the top notes giving fresh spice and after few minutes you will get the Tonka mix with Sandalwood for hours and hours. To me the Tonka and Sandalwood can already be smell immediately with the Top notes right after the spray and it last for 7-10 hours. Bottle Design: (8) Scent: (9) Sweet, Fresh Spicy, Masculine Sexy. Reminiscent of Givenchy Gentleman Society, but Scandal lacks the cardamon note (they even have the same black-painted interior of the bottle). Very safe and inoffensive scent. Mild, mild, mild. Mild freshness from the geranium. Mild sweetness from the tonka bean. Mild masculinity from the sandalwood. If you felt the original Scandal's mandarin and caramel were too sweet for your style then this toned down version may be right up your alley. I really enjoy the original JPG Scandal and get the appeal, but JPG Scandal Le Parfum is less playful while still being very pleasant and mass appealing. Personally I think it works for all seasons, however you can probably find something better to where in the summer. Definitely a great office scent. 8.5/10

Tested all 3 versions of the Scandal Line, The Le Parfum opening note is not as good as the EDT's Opening nor the Absolu's. HOWEVER! the dry down of the Le Parfum comes back with a KO magnificent rich like scent that i don't find in the EDT nor the Absolu. For this i say Best one is the LeParfum by Far, then the EDT then the Absolu. Abosolu is VERY mid. My god the Le parfum's dry down is SOOOO good. 9/10!!!! Update... So the LE PARFUM does not project like the EDT surprisingly so it depends on what u want out of the scent, if u want a projecting beast go for the EDT if you want low projecting but a seductive frag go for the Le Parfum. Le parfum sits on clothes for days while the EDT eventually dies out at max 10HR

I’m a big fan of the original Scandal Pour Homme and couldn’t wait to get my nose on the new Le Parfum! I managed to pick up a 100ML today and it has not disappointed me, if you’re a fan of the original then you’ll enjoy this. This shares the same DNA as the original EDT (it’s still VERY sweet) but the new Le Parfum feels slightly more lactonic, rounder and dense. I’m looking forward to wearing this one come Autumn/Winter. The EDT lasts over 12 hours on my skin and the Le Parfum is still going strong 8 hours in so performance is still there. Some may find this release a bit redundant (if you own the original EDT) but I feel confident recommending the Le Parfum, especially if you enjoy the original.

Best underrated fragrence ever This is simply incredible, imo the most underrated fragrence of all time. This is so strong and lasts all day with crazy projection, sweet caramel notes and something slightly fresh and a little minty are present in the opening, but when this one dries down... Holy lord this is good, woody masculine caramel 😍 this is perfection. And the best part is no one wears it, such an underrated gem, this is sooo good, you'll definitely be the best smelling guy in the room with this Pros: Crazy projection Longevity (16 hours+) Uniqe Bottle Cons: Not an everyday fragrence Can be too strong for some Overall for me this fragrence is a 10/10 in winter

I have never smelled the original so I can't compare it to that one, but I do feel like the caramel is still present in this one for sure. Nice, smooth and sweet, but a warm kind of sweetness. I think it's really enjoyable and a crowd pleaser, I don't think a lot of people will dislike this. It's sweet and aromatic. Projection is good but longevity is outstanding. Spraying this is definitely a commitment: when you spray it in the morning, you're not going to be wearing another scent for the evening time, because Scandal lasts! I sprayed it on my skin, put on a jeans jacket 30 minutes after spraying, and I could smell it on the jacket days later.

Scandal Le Parfum personally is an absolutely amazing dark seductive but sweet scent. I feel like it just feels so smooth and well-blended. I love swearing this scent because personally the scent profile is absolutely amazing. My friend has the scandal eau de toilette and I personally can barely smell the difference and he agrees with me. Only difference I really noticed was that the Eau de toilette has a slightly more citrusy opening and overall slightly more less light then scandal Le Parfum. Overall scandal Le Parfum is an extremely underrated scent and is absolutely amazing and the projection is awesome as well as the longevity. Rating 9/10.

In top 5 of my collection for a reason I'm running low on my 150ml bottle, obviously contemplating buying a refill or simply a new 150ml bottle. I got mine shortly after the launch . This is a fantastic and surprisingly versatile scent Very masculine but sweet also juvenile but in a good way. Very good performance. Perfect candidate for a signature scent. There is soooo much watered down rubbish these days and this stuff got guts. Fantastic strong masculine modern scent which allows you to stay a bit low profile thanks to it's classiness. It's not a scratchy rubbish. It's one of the best collaborations between JPG and Quentin Bisch

Was very skeptical of this because I couldn’t find samples for it in store but loved the descriptions. Took a chance and bought and and I’m very happy with this. It does remind me a lot of one million lucky like people have said in the air but it’s different still. I can’t compare it to Le Beau EDP but I’m glad it doesn’t smell like the EDT because that one is a bit too pungent for me. This starts off fresh but gets denser and smooth as it dries down. Had a busy day coding but this smell kept my mind a bit at ease. Definitely a great scent and really looking forward to wearing it this season

The opening is quite sweet, synthetic and indeed has a 1 Million parfum vibe. After about 5-10 minutes, the 1mp vibe will slowly start fading and leave you more or less with a sweet tonka sandalwood blend. About 30-40 minutes into the fragrance live, it's still quite sweet, but aromatic notes are starting to peek through. These aromatic notes will become more noticeable, and i feel it's from this moment on, the fragrance gets better over time! The deep drydown has an addicting quality :-) Performance is very good. I can still smell it on my hand the next day after showering!

This one is fantastic. Best sandalwood scent I've ever smelled. I love the added geranium for a clean, fresh note with the tonka blending in without taking over. Powerful projector so don't ovdespray. It lasts at least 8-10 hours in the few times I've worn it so far. Impressive to say the least. I feel anyone could pull this off regardless of age and highly recommend it for the coming Fall and Winter as well as nights out. It feels classy to me as well, so definitely dress this one up. Jean Paul Gaultier and the talented perfumers really pulled out a winner with this one.

I previously ordered a decant of this scent and at first look was not all impressed. At first, the opening felt similar to le beau edt mostly due to the tonka bean note that is shared between the two. However, after wearing this scent more I can confidently say that I am impressed by this scent. The projection is good as well as the silage, while not being too overpowering in intimate situations. In my opinion, you can wear this in all seasons but almost exclusively at night. Perfect date night scent and I cannot wait for my full bottle to arrive.

This is really different and unique and it’s a good compliment getter in the cold weather. This smells really sweet with some sandalwood in the base. •Longevity 9/10 •Bottle 10/10 •Smell 8,5/10 •Performance 7/10 I think you could wear this anywear pretty much. School, work and date nights? I would recommend this for younger guys tho because of the sweetness. I think this is a safe option for younger guys who likes sweet fragrances and want to stand out a bit.... Overall I would give this an 8 or 9 /10

I cant really put my nose on everything that i smell in this cologne. I smell the sweetness and the aromatics but there's something else that i pick up that i just cant describe. Its definitely a nice and mass appealing scent that will get you compliments. I use it when going out at one cooler nights either on dates or going out with friend's and it never disappoints. It lasts for a good 8 hours on skin, maybe even more, and has a loud projection. Its priced fairly too. I would give it a 9/10.

Might be the most underrated designer perfume currently on the market. I prefer this of all Diors and Armanis and other JPGs. I'm 35 years old, and this is how I imagined fashion models smelled in 1995 when they went to party. I love it right after I spray it, I love it 2 hours later and I love it 6 hours down. Just perfect kind of combination of sweet caramel and vanilla. The only downside I can think of is that it does smell too powdery right before the end around 8h in.

Thankfully, I don't the sunscreen vibes that a few others have mentioned. It's a lot like the original Scandal, just more aromatic, refined and less in-your-face. The caramel note isn't listed on this page, but it's definitely still there. Lasts quite a long time.. Some guy below said he can't smell it after 20 minutes. That hasn't been my experience. Seems like most of Quentin Bisch's designer frags have staying power. I like this whole line.Hard to pick a favorite.

Amazing fragrance from JPG, very underlooked. I love its opening and base notes. It smells super fresh and enjoyable. Not to mention, the longevity is insane. To my nose, this is a more profound and richer version of the le beau le parfum and the original EDT Scandal, as it feels more mature. Edit: After using it for the day, I can say that its projection is near beast mode, and it lasted on my skin for around 10-12ish hours. Such a good fragrance

This fragrance atleast for me is a beast mode. This is so good.. This starts of sweet i guess its from the geranium and tonka bean. In the dry down this smells heavenly. Smells so sweet and creamy-ish i dont even know how to describe that but man is this good. This has really good longevity on my skin (13-15 hours) and really good projection for about 7 hours or so then becoms a skin scent. Really good and underrated defenitly check this one out

So i own jpg le male and i never had an interes in scandal line this one was a gift from my girlfriend and i can firmly say that i love amd adore this fragrance , its underrated much better than edt because is less sweet and have wood notes and its more mature , sillage is great 3 sprays are great ( i love to use 5 sprays on other fragrances but on this one 3 are enough) everyone in room will notice the fragrance . Its a compliment

A very powerful frag with a straightforward body, tremendous sillage and quite long lasting. While there aren’t a lot of nuanced notes to it, it excels at being a sweet, masculine, defined fragrance. I find it to be a bit overbearing at times, but can certainly be worn any time of year with just 1 spray. Reminds me of Monaco in the fall, a sort of Mediterranean vibe that isn’t beachy but more attuned to the local energy there.

Even Absolutely, the least popular of the You trio in the Gio series, is more popular than this one, so I'd say it's a bit of an overlooked gem. The only keyword I can give for the scent is glamour. The Homme Absolut version has a more mature glamour (still young, 30-40), but this one would work incredibly well with a 20-30 year old. However, anyone who isn't a bit rebellious wouldn't be able to pull off this perfume, p.s..

i love this, very masculine and dark scent with vanilla sweetness that isnt overbearing and floral aromatics that arent feminine. great blend. projects well, i'll wait to see how the longevity is on this one edit: close to 6 hours it definitely won't clear out a room like it felt like it would upon initial sprays. i've smelled my arm so much that i'm 99% sure i've gone noseblind to it lmao this one's great

This smells like a thicker, more vanillic Invictus Parfum to me. I don’t get why people describe this as a dark scent. It’s actually pretty versatile and I’d even be comfortable wearing it during the summer. It’s a great year round fragrance with enough performance to cut through the cold as well. It’s a bit simple, but it’s just so damn pleasant. No one will dislike this in you

I own this, the EDT and Absolu, and I don't get the "coconut" accord everyone keeps talking about. It's definitely less sweeter than the EDT, but to my nose, it's still very sweet. A little freshness up top when you spray it but from then on, pretty much nothing but tonka bean and sandalwood. I love it! The sandalwood in this is quite heavy but not as creamy as Absolu.

Man, I overlooked this. Great scent! One that I'd have loved to wear for this last spring, but fall sure will get a lot of wear. It smells deep down like Le Beau LP... still nothing redundant. The geranium here is the strongest during the opening and mid and some tonka pushes it comfortably. The opening is much more aromatic and I smell some fresh spices as well.

In conclusion you can wear this for 10 months of the year no matter where you go, you will be noticed by everyone 2-3 meters around you, and i know you want that feel, thats why you use fragrance you dirty f***boy.

When I got le beau le parfum, I thought that was it, best line from JPG, and a week later I got scandal pour home le parfum, as described in the notes, this is so warm and seductively sweet, I sprayed it once on my hand and I keep getting a whiff of it intermittently, it is intoxicating, best suited for cold weather I would say 9.5/10 for me

This is such an underrated fragrance compared to other JPG's, like Le Male and such. This doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Very masculine, sweet and a pleasing scent. This is my favorite out of all the Scandal's and JPG's in general. Opening is amazing, but the dry-down is even better. Very good longetivity and projection too. 9/10

Gentleman's scent. Sexy, mature, woody sweet floral... Everything that I want to smell like. really good performance. Only con I can give this one is it's not a pure masculine scent, but it's not a big problem for me. Please gateskeep this one and do not let anyone to learn about this fragrance, let them stick to their Le Males.

This thing will get you complemented. Very sexy and attractive smell with a noticeable sweet base from opening to aged. This is where different tastes clashes. Fresh spicy opening with a sweet punch, too powerful to some but definitely attractive. Ages into a seducing ambery/herbal signature, very performant and radiating.

Certainly a winter and autum time fragrance that is sweet and very loud good for special occasions party’s etc definitely recommend smelling it in store before you buy it as it can be to sweet for some people but I really like it Longevity 9/10 Projection (silage) 10/10 Value 9/10 Versatility 5/10 Personal rating 10/10

Definitely not as sweet as the original. The sweetness in this is not over-the-top and fades quickly. The star of the show is the sandalwood note that slowly presents itself, becoming more pronounced as time goes by. Perfect for Fall and Winter. In my opinion, this can be worn day or night. An overlooked gem 5/5
