Essencia Pour Homme

Got this at Marshall's for $17. Absolutely beautiful fragrance for its price. However it does not appear to have strong sillage. It is a very soft fragrance though, so I guess thats to be expected. But over all this one kicks ass for the price. Its hard to describe the notes mainly because of how well they all blend beautifully together, but I think the guy below me pretty much covered it lol. None of the notes are screechy or stand out too much or its it overpowering. It really is VERY soft, VERY beautiful and absolutley angelic!! (but it is masculine). More than worth every penny!!! Just trust me!! This may be my new signature frag (and this is coming from an oud and niche lover and frag snob). AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY AND A SAFE BLIND BUY!! This one is definitely a hidden and very beautiful gem.

I picked this up at TJ Maxx in the random fragrance/ after shave section. For $17, was not a bad buy. The opening is very fresh and lemon heavy but not overpowering. There’s also a good minty mixture as it opens. Once it starts to dry down, the strength of the mint starts to fade and the cedar steps forward but the lemon is still the “star of the show”. Dries to a lemony/slightly powdery scent which is pleasant. This is test after purchase so I will actually wear tomorrow and give an update for the performance, longevity, sillage, etc. Right now, good scent and for $17, a good purchase.

This is done really well. Fresh, citrusy, minty and even soapy to my nose. Everything blends perfectly. The jury is still out on the performance but for $17 I won't mind if I have to reapply. If you see this in your local TJ Maxx or Marshalls and want something that's an easy reach, grab it!
