Amore Mio Tropical Crush

This is a delightful spring & summer fragrance. She is sweet & fruity smooth. I don't get the cacao & I don't find it's too musky. It's blended really well. Very cheerful & fun. I wore it a lot the summer I first purchased it. On the hottest days I like to put it in the fridge to cool & chill. It isn't long lasting maybe 3-4 hrs. and in the hot weather that's just fine. I actually prefer those types of perfumes in the heat of summer that don't last 6-8+ hrs. I would rather refresh or just spray on a different scent. 🩷🍑🥭🍏🪷

The best way I can describe this perfume is: a big splash of fruitiness. It's very fruity and very sweet, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone who doesn't adore these notes. But for me, it's great - smells tasty, good projection, and decent longevity for the price.

Smell like tropical body mist but with EDT strength. Very tangy, fruity, & fresh. Lasts about 3+ hours. Yummy manggo + floral notes. Suitable for leisure. My weekend perfume 🥰

I don’t know what to add on top of all that’s already been said about this one. I quite like it. I think it’s very fitting for the summer – not only because it smells fruity and tropical, but because it’s light and unobtrusive enough, unlike some fruity and tropical scents that can kill (looking at you, Kirke). It also has some cooler, ice-creamy side to it that reminded me of Escada Agua del Sol. Maybe other Escada frags are more similar, but Agua del Sol is the only one I know closely. At first, I was a bit disappointed by this one too, like some commenters below. It seemed too tame and crowd-pleasing, only faintly tropical, not daring tropical, but in really high temperatures I learned to appreciate this as a plus. The notes I smell most are nectarine (which I perceive as quite realistic) and mango – and I love both of them. Then it dries down to sweet and cool musk – all while staying light and pleasant. Wears the entire day, maybe a bit less – 6 to 8 hours. Mind you, this is on the skin in the hot weather, so not bad at all. I feel bad for people in the comments who are disappointed by the absence of milk and cacao, who expected something chocolatey from this one, because they’ve been mislead by the wrong notes listed here. There is no milk and no apple, but “milk apple” instead – known also as star apple, a tropical fruit, which I never smelled or tasted, but know to be described as “sweet and creamy like vanilla custard.” So maybe that’s where I get my ice-cream impression. Also, instead of cacao, there is coconut. The notes on my box of Tropical Crush read as following: Top: Blood orange, Mango, Nectarine Heart: Raspberry, Milk apple, Lotus Base: Coconut, Musk, Sandalwood

Well, honestly, I'm kind of a bit disappointed by this perfume. By notes listed above, I expect something tropical. It is tropical, but not that tropical, you know what I mean? It smells nice, but I think it needs more "kick". Don't get me wrong, I like this even though I want it to smell better, but I can't really complain when I got something so cheap and nice, can I? I love the opening so freaking much! Sweet candied fruits, sour, fresh, mixed with a hint of bitterness makes a tropical scent that I want. Sadly, the beautiful opening scent doesn't really last. It turns into a warm, musky, with a hint of green apple scent. I know it doesn't listed here but I got a minty scent on my wrist, maybe it's from the lotus, I don't know. I agree that it smells flat to your nose. If you want something with a good projecting and lasting power, you can't find it here. But don't worry, you can always respray the perfume since it's so cheap.

Smells just like mango body lotion, lasts between a body splash and an EdT. This shares the fruity side of Private Show VIP, but without any of the powderiness and density. I own both, and I can say this is the more gourmand of the two; sweet, tropical fruits, very pleasant, but feels very flat to the nose. It really has the scent profile of mango flavored drinks, bubblegum, or sorbet. Delicious! Edit: Tested a sample of a Taj Sunset clone and it smells exactly like this perfume. Don't know the original Taj Sunset, but I get the feeling they're pretty much the same DNA

If you like Escada's summer editions, you might love Amore Mio Tropical Crush. It costs a lot less, around 8-13 euros and the impression is the same: a burst of tropical fruit. Very fruity, fit for summer and free time. This could be a young girl's first perfume (if she likes fruity smells) or a grandmother's happy day-scent :D Fruity fragrances might not be the most sophisticated smelling but they can be mood-lifting. Tropical Crush is good value for money, if you are looking for a fruity perfume that lasts long on your skin.

This is a tropical cocktail in a bottle. So fresh and summery. The mango is very prominent. It's comes across quite youthful but I actually enjoy that. It makes me feel nostalgic. The longevity and projection for me is actually pretty good. And even after 2 hours I still wanted to lick my skin. Got the price I think this is a great little gem for anyone who wants to smell edible at summer .

Sweet fruity fragrance and slightly creamy! Definitely not a safe blind buy because I can understand if anyone ever says this smells cheap and cloying. I enjoy the fragrance personally as a 21 years old girl but I know I wont be reaching out for this if I am any older.

It smells like a apple cocktail but i cant tell if the raspberry and milk works with this it sometimes smells like something that went sour and sometimes it smells acidic like raspberry scent tends to do

Disclaimer: I kind of collect Jeanne Arthes' fragrances (they are cheap and many are of excellent quality for the price, IMO) unless they are heavy on some scent note I can't stand. This, the Amore Mio Tropical Crush, isn't the kind of fragrance I normally go for, but I was curious to try it nonetheless. On me, this is very much a mango-y fragrance. I imagine if you love that note, you will probably really like this. I also smell quite a bit of apple and some raspberry. I was looking forward to the milk note, but it's not there at all on me. Not on initial spray, not after wearing it for hours. This is very light and fruity and definitely a summer fragrance, in my mind. I wish I could have smelled some of the sandalwood that's allegedly in here, as well as the milk...that would probably have made it more interesting to me. I have worn this a couple of times this summer and although I don't dislike it, I also don't really like it. The sillage is so-so and it stays on for around 4-5 hours on me. It does remind me of some of the Escada summer fragrances, so if you like those types of scents, you might like this, too.

Initial spray reminds me of raspberries and candy necklaces.. It then dries down to reveal more mango, but not realistic mango. It's very similar to something you could get from Escada. It's a sweet, juvenile exotic fruit scent I have smelled a hundred times over, in body mists and fragrances from my youth. I don't hate it, and I was kinda expecting it to smell like this. So for about 5 Euros I really have no complaints. It's not going to be a favorite, or something that I see myself wear all the time. But in my free time, in the summer.. Heck yeah I will rock this.

Very fresh, beautiful, fruity summer fragrance, but it doesn't last at all. Sprayed on a lotttt but gone after 30 (?) minutes. A bit disappointing, because I love the scent.

Jeanne Arthes has surprised many times with beautiful scents, well done and for prices that make you think. The goal was reached again, and this time it is Haribo foamy candy + vitamin fizzy tablets. Well.. Something remarkably bubbly, airy, fresh accompanies the intense sweetness and candy fruit. Moderate performance overall. It's honestly just not how I like fruit, freshness or summer vibes, but maybe it's a real jackpot for friends of the summery Escada scents. The bottle is cute, an apple cut in half, combining clear glass with gold and a hint of warm pink, and the way the gradient pink from below reflects in the top of the glass is beautiful, looking different each time you tilt it.

i am so glad this one was cheap because i blind bought it after reading reviews and omg, the smell is revolting. initially it is such a strong alcohol/ synthetic smell, when it dries down it smells like an artificial mango/gummy bear but in a bad way.

Okay yikes, it's way too sweet for me... makes me feel physically sick ... but I'm not too mad seeing the price.

Smells like sweet fruity shampoo... not what I'm looking for in a perfume

It’s cosy, funny, fresh, yummy and absolutely not serious. The longevity is great, the creaminess goes well with the fruity topping, it gives a tropical Ice-cream vibe. It’s sweet but not too much, a very happy scent, if you like little things like Fame but for a more interesting price tag, it’s a winner.
