Amore Mio White Pearl

nice dupe of LÉxtase by Nina Ricci. Its all about the rose, patschouli and vanilla/benzoin for the sweetness - instead od caramel like in the LÉxtase..a hint of red pepper givers it spiciness but unfortunatelly, this note always ruins perfumes for me (same with Agent Provocateur and Naomi Campbell - both the red perfumes)

I need this to be similar to La Nuit Tresor Musc Diamant. Lol. Will update once i know! Yes, a great stand-in for MD. Big white musk, sweet raspberry, plenty of pink rose, and a hint of patchouli. Amore Mio is a little woodier than Musc Diamant, but very similar other than that!

This was another blind buy Jeanne Arthes perfume and, much like the original Amore Mio perfume (another blind buy for me but a big miss!), the bottle is very pretty. However, when I first smelled the perfume I was SO disappointed that it was very patchouli top-heavy and that note is far from one of my favourites. To my nose, patchouli often drowns out other notes in perfumes & it was no different with this scent - at first. Luckily, after awhile that fades into the background (OMG, what a relief!) and the sweeter, pleasant notes come to the fore (the raspberry, rose, caramel & vanilla) and then it stays that way on my skin, which is a good thing! I really wish though I didn't have to grit my teeth & tolerate the stinky patchouli at first though, which is the only bad thing to me about this perfume. If it weren't for that it'd be a much easier wear for the initial first hour or so. The longevity of this perfume is pretty good - I can smell it on myself for many hours which, given how reasonable the price is, is great (and it lasts even longer if a little is spritzed on my clothes) and I've had far more expensive perfumes than this that have had terrible staying power! So, overall, this is a very nice perfume but it would be made even better if Jeanne Arthes just got rid of the stinky patchouli!

i own both lancome's "la nuit tresor" and the so called dupe "taste of kiss" by la rive and i feel that this smells like a toned down version of them. it is quite more suitable for warmer weather but not completely. maybe for summer evenings... the notes listed here is a bit different from what is written on the perfume's box. on the box it is listed as top notes: pink pepper middle notes: rose and rasberry base notes: caramel, benzoin, musk, vanilla and patchouli. i smell a lot of patchouli, a little bit of rose and rasberry with a touch of pink pepper. it is very nice, affordable and suitable for daily wear. i don't see this as a dupe but it certainly has a bit of la nuit tresor dna in it (mostly because of the patchouli) the projection and longevity is weak -around 3 hours on the skin- but considering the price it is acceptable. i have been happy with my jeanne arthes purchases overall. and i will be continuing if i find more that i like from them.

Tout d'abord j'adore le flacon jardin d'Eden en forme de pomme avec le bouchon serpent de cette gamme Amore mio. Celui-ci s'ouvre sur des notes acidulées de fruits rouges. Ensuite on sent essentiellement la rose et la framboise, pas trop sucré, heureusement. Fond vanillé agréable. Il a son petit caractère, rien de mièvre ici. Toujours des trouvailles à faire dans cette marque. Amore mio : I love the box and the bottle garden of Eden with the apple and the snake. I smell at first acidulous red berries. Then I smell rose and raspberry. It's not sugar, i'm happy. At the end, vanilla. Always little treasures by Jeanne Arthes. Sorry for my language.

Rose + White Musk + Raspberry. This is a soft and simple fragrance with a little bit of sweetness. I'm more into musky scents these days, so I've learned to appreciate this a lot more. It's summer friendly and a very feminine safe fragrance. I don't typically like fragrances centered around rose, but this blend began to captivate me. The spicy notes give it character. Very good quality for such a low price, and it lasts for hours with an intimate/moderate projection. The crowd might think of this as an old fashioned scent due to the obvious presence of rose, but personally it's not early as sharp or strong as old school rose scents.

Beautiful fragrance at a budget price! Really similar to L'Extase by Nina Ricci, but softer and more tender. It is more fruity and less floral. Longevity and sillage is poor in summer and good enough in winter. I can smell vanilla, raspberries and red berries. Pepper is on the background. Nice scent, not cheap at all. Sweet, but not cloying. For any time of the year. Bottle is gorgeous and the snake is of high quality!

This really reminds me of EL Modern Muse le Rouge more than Nina Ricci L'Extase. I have 1/2 of a 1 ounce bottle left of my EL Modern Muse le Rouge and prices have gone nuts for a replacement so I am very happy to have found this very cheap dupe for it. If you like fruity, vanilla raspberry warm spicy easy going rose fragrances this is a nice one.

Nice but very juvenile, good fragrance for a teenager but not for a grown woman.

As it turns out, I never learn. I bought four JA perfumes in bulk, blind. These are really cheap (even where I live, Argentina), so I figured I'd take the chance. I ordered 'Boum - Vanille sa pomme d'amour'; 'Cassandra - Rose intense'; the OG 'Amore mio' and this flanker. I didn't have high hopes for *all* of them, but I wasn't expecting this either. The notes sounded really appealing... in theory. 'Amore mio - White pearl', to me, smells exactly like those 90's tacky deodorants... I want to say 'Impulse Musk'? Ew, what a dreadful, generic, fragrance that is. Really. I can't smell anything else other than that tacky musk. I have the blotter sitting next to me and I think it is making me a little nauseous. I have the other three blotters sitting next to me as well, but none of them bother me as much as this one. Disclaimer: since I really didn't like it at first sniff, I've yet to try it on my skin; these are my impressions sniffing it on a piece of paper. Anyway, you might take this review with a grain of salt: I'm an untrained nose... but I'm sure there is something better for you out there.

I Blind bought this during sale. I was expecting a good gourmand, vanillic smell but it was nothing as I expected. Opening was strong. You can feel something cloying as it hits your nose. Middle note was prominently detected which is rose and raspberries. As its settles to a dry down about 15 mins, it developed into a musky synthetic rose+ raspberry+ benzoin bomb. I cannot detect vanilla or caramel at all which is quite disappointing. Tried to like it but to wait for the scent to become soft and subtle is a headache. Definitely not buying this again.

oh my god. I just found a new delina dupe. I got this decant as a free gift and let me tell you I was not keen to give it a try at all. I’m personally not a fan of warm spicy or powdery/musky scents and that was all I could smell through the nozzle. then I decided to give it a chance and upon spraying it smelt very nutty and spicy and I was like eh just another angel/lolita lempicka scent profile. but the drydown HOLYYY. the rose note shone through. powderiness was there too but I was not mad at all because it blended beautifully with the rose. keep in mind I did spray this on my skin, could be different with other skin chemistry. it smells almost (90-95%) like delina. not too cloying or anything. I feel like if I layered just a little bit of angel nova with this I could definitely get delina.

This smells youthful and fun. There is no pear on this but the combination of notes tricks my nose into thinking this is the smell of sweet canned pears. I like dark moody unique smells but sometimes I need a giggly smell. This is one of them.

This really reminds me of something that isn’t in the comparisons and I can’t put my finger on it! la Nuit Tressor?! A bit easier on the nose but still way too much patchouli for me personally!

patchouli and water. if it smells other notes then i'm anosmic to them!
