Cassandra Roses Blanches

delicate fresh roses scent, with a good last , for the day . It is like opening the window in the morning and have a look on the beautiful pink roses of a garden. My bottle is ready to be empty. Al though it is not a sensy scent, I have been told that my scent was a "so good one". (better reward than my Guerlain !!! ah ah !)

I recently bought 10 more perfumes because this brand is awesome! High quality, luxurious smelling perfume at affordable price. This perfume’s middles notes are outstanding - Lily of the Valley, Pear & Pink Lychee combo is nice. Suitable for any occasion. Definitely feminine 🥰

The least rose of all the Cassandra “rose” impressions. I don’t feel roses here – white or otherwise, it’s mostly fruity-fresh. I can detect lychee, lemon, blackcurrant, pear and maybe slightest touch of lily-of-the-valley. Fresh, zesty, a bit tart, and invigorating – like sipping a glass of lemonade with herbs and berries added for flavor. Reminds me a bit of Jeanne Arthes “Amore Mio” – minus apples. This should be great for simmering summer heat, when you go out of the shower only to become all sticky and sweaty as soon as the water dries on your skin. Roses Blanches will prolong the feeling of freshness. Maybe that’s the metaphorical reason for the name. Unless you are prone to migraines triggered by blackcurrant note, this one is a safe blind buy, yet if you want a rose, you won’t find it here.

Another fragrance that I rescued from my DD's recent declutter. I like this and I'm not surprised, because if's a dead ringer for Dali's Eau de Ruby Lips. Same vibe: cool, clean, crisp and very transparent. The type of scent that I like to wear to the gym or just on very hot days when I want something ultra-light. This really is just a suggestion of a fragrance, it's that light. Also reminds me very much of Azzaro's Mademoiselle, if somewhat drier. In all honesty this IS redundant in my collection because of its similarity to about half a dozen scents that I already own. If I find someone who wants it I will pass it on, if not I guess I'll keep it as I do enjoy it. Edit - passing it on. Even as a gym scent this was too light, with almost zero presence.

I had never before tested a Jeanne Arthes perfume. How does an EdP, 100 ml, 6 euros smell like? I was curious. The first impression: this is a real freshie, like you just opened a window on a nice summer morning! (I agree, @albarine) Something from the garden smells in the air.. but not anything too strong. Very pleasant fresh floral with almost aquatic touch in it. Is this really an EdP? No, this is more like an EdT or a body mist. Not long lasting. Does this smell cheap?Roses Blanches smells pretty but it's very linear. The impression of a bush of white roses during the midsummer is not too far-fetched. But you don't get the opening and the drydown, it's very linear, flat and boring in the end.

Got this on a whim, it was only 5€ for a 100ml so I thought why not, what's there to lose. This was a nice surprise, easy to wear and easy to like soft fruity floral veryday scent, nothing is jumping at you and it's very inoffensive. What I get is mostly peach and a bit of rose, not so much of the lemon (the name Roses Blanches is misleading). The peach is more like the real fruit, not the artificial kind of peach found in bodysprays and such. This reminds me a bit of Lancôme's Tresor. Of course this one is lighter and does not progress on the skin, but there is a certain Tresor vibe in there. This is a nice little budget perfume.

fresh, slightly astringent opening, settles into something barely floral and soapmusky on me. almost reminds me of rain... wet rose petals, if anything. no jam or pear anywhere near. the sharpness can come off light blue-y indeed! makes me feel clean and ready to take on the day! deserving of its name, truly blanche. has gotten considerably less potent over the years, though, I remember how this would stick on all my clothes and now it barely lasts an hour on my skin!

It was a nice finding when I was in a shopaholic mood in my favorite tropical town where I went back after so many years. It is a very decent, not-candy-sweet, fine floral for the price, though the lasting power is not strong. I don't know if it is distinctly rose. I rather find it as a pear/peachy light fragrance. And I detect some freshness of lily of the valley, too. I feel good anytime after splashing it and I believe it is suitable for summer weather.

fresh, light, soapy, crisp rosey scent. reminds me of bvlgari rose goldea but not a dupe. it has the same rose water vibe. very easy to wear. this and Cassandra Rose Intense smells the same to me but i like this version just a bit more. the only difference i can detect between them is that this one is fresher (like aldehydes). i was looking for something similar to this vibe and i think i found it. cheap and nice for daily wear.

A cheap honest perfume for daily use. My preference went for bedtime, spraying my sleep gown of the night after a good shower. It’s simple, quietly elegant, a tad too alcoholic but cannot expect anything special for the price, not sure I will ever repurchase it but again, nothing extra bad about this. Unlike her sister Cassandra!

On my skin this is very citrus-woody-fruity. Sort of has an aquatic tone. It's not very rosy though.

Lanvin Marry me mixed with D&G Light Blue! I can totally understand the comparisons to Light blue and Eclat d’arpege, Blanch is equally as light but it’s more feminine than either of those. Oddly enough the jam note doesn’t come through here but another in the range - Cassandra Rouge - smells like a rose jam! If light blue is too woody and masculine for you and you don’t have Eclat d’Arpege then this might be a great scent for high heat..... it’s so cheap (in price, not scent!) that you could overspray and respray without worrying about the cost! If you have Cassandra Rose Jasmine then you don’t need this one (and vice versa!) because they’re very similar. This one feels slightly more sporty and that one feel a touch more floral, but there’s not much between them!

On me it's a lighter version of D&G Light Blue, except it doesn't radiate, stays a skin scent,lasts a bit longer than the other Cassandra flankers. Light Blue fans should try it as an alternative.

Contrary to the classy-looking bottle, I find the scent reminiscent of some kind of artificial berry juice concentrate or sticky sour candy. Something about the fruity notes in Jeanne Arthes' fragrances seem to strongly disagree with my nose, which is a bummer because I really wanted to like this one. I gave my bottle to a friend and she likes the scent, which I do understand because the floral notes are pretty nice. If you don't mind some synthetic fruity-ness in your perfume, you'll probably like it too.

It opens quite astringent-fresh-fruty, very similar to Amore Mio's opening, with the lemon, litchi, blackcurrant combination. Very synthetic, an alcohol attack of a perfume. After the alcohol evaporates, surprisingly, I detect lily of the valley more than rose on this one. It gives it kind of a romantic feel. A fleeting perfume. Longevity is abysmal, I never get to smell it past the heart notes. I've NEVER had this problem with Jeanne Arthes creations, so perhaps I grow anosmic to this one. I wouldn't call this a safe blind buy

If you could only grab 1 perfume and evacuate, which would it be? This would be mine. I am surprised by how much I liked this, because I never thought I was a citrus person. I don't smell any rose at all, just a lot of citrus and some floral. Very good for humid tropical climates. Lasts longer on clothes than skin. I imagine the scent team thinking, "Oh damn, we were supposed to make a citrusy rose. This is too citrusy, but isn't it kind of nice? LET'S SELL IT!" and that's how we got Roses Blanches.

A nice perfume for daily use when you don't want to think too much about what to wear. An inoffensive bright floral scent, a bit watery I guess. I cant detect particular notes but all of them blended nicely.
