Sultane Parfum Fatal

Smells like YSL Black Opium. Bloody gorgeous!!! Who knows coffee & jasmine combination can be so captivating? My son & little daughter complimented me when I sprayed this on me. They said it’s delicious! Indeed Jeanne Arthes is a luxurious parfumes at affordable price. Love it! ♥️

I blind buy this during sale online earlier this month. I saw people commented that it smells somewhat like YSL Black Opium. To be honest,I never smell Black Opium so I cannot make a comparison, however I will give an honest review about it. At the first time I open the box and directly spray this on, the overwhelming smell almost makes me hate it, but as I give time for the newly opened bottle of EDP to settle down in a dark, place far from sunlinght for about a week and tried again on my wrist, it smells better and beautiful. The opening was slightly a bomb of fruity almost woodsy-ish notes with flowery smell. Later it turns almost powdery, soft vanilla-ish dry down on my skin. I also smell some notes from the coffee that lingers but soft and sweet

Arrived today.Blind buy.13 00€ 100 ml bottle.Wow!...at the first spray the resemblance to YSL Black Opium is amazing! After it dries down they get far away from each other.While YSL Black Opium on my skin remains a deep sweet smoky coffee fragrance, Sultan Parfum Fatale grows into a sweet delicate coffee mixed with some flowery fragrance.Somehow like having a cup of coffee into a flower garden.On my skin stays 4 to 5 hours.I really like it and it s a big yes for me .Unfortunately the bottle has nothing special for a collection.

another surprisingly good fragrance with very affordable price from Jeanne Arthes, faintly resembles to these perfumes: Flowerbomb, La Vie est Belle and Lolita Lempicka. Vanilla note in this fragrance quite prominent layered with sweet creamy notes. Projection and longevity quite good on me, very good alternative for ones who like sweet vanilla fragrances.

It is very similar to Gres Lumiere Noir and Mauboussin Elixir Pour Elle. It's in between YSL Black Opium and La Vie Est Belle Lancome. Warm woody sweet with powder and rose. All of them have longevity up to 4 hrs.

Sorry, this is a negative review. I hate to do this, but it may be helpful to some potential buyers. I was very disappointed with Sultane Parfum Fatale. I have had a lot of success with Jean Arthes fragrances, having found most of those I've tried to be remarkably good quality for the money, so may have set the bar a little too high. To me, Sultan Parfum Fatale is just... SWEEEEEEEEET. I couldn't discern any individual notes and I had been hoping for a distinct coffee at the very least. I paid less than £13GBP for 100ml from Amazon UK and my youngest daughter was a grateful recipient, so I don't regret buying it. SPF has absolutely nothing in common with the original Lolita Lempicka pillar fragrance or any of the flankers, nor can I agree its similarity to YSL Black Opium. It really is a very generic, very sweet fruitchouli, which probably won't appeal to anyone over the age of 20. I don't normally comment about the presentation of perfume, as the contents are far more important. However, the lid of the SPF bottle is cheap plastic, covered in a rose gold layer (which looks as if it will peel away very quickly), too; this is also unusual, as my previous experience with JA fragrances has been that the bottle is of similar quality to the content. By way of contrast, I bought JA Love Generation Rock at the same time for a similar price and the bottle is actually rather lovely - far nicer than it looks in the picture on Fragrantica!

OMG, I love it, the fragrance is sweet and warm...It's affordable, and the longevity is really good. I'm surprised.

This is a sweet smelling perfume. Coffee, praline, warm vanilla. It’s really cozy and opens up nicely over time. ✨

Awesome! Can't wait and I do hope that this will be a good dupe for YSL Black Opium.
