Flanerie Dans La Verger

I have worn this for two days straight. It's wonderful. It's summer here and we have just got over a major heatwave and now another is on the way. It's a tad cooler or milder should I say, and I am surprised with my new addition of another of Jeanne's fragrances to my collection with this. A pure trip down the memory lane of my child hood in Sweden, where the town in which I grew up in lined it's streets in majestic Pear trees, who's fragrance filled the air in late summer. Swedes generally are food obsessed, and are still pretty much in hunter gatherer mentality even today. I can detect the mimosa along with the apple and Pear and this fragrance on me does not change. It is refreshing, I agree with those others who have reviewed this here, further more it is a statement to the talented perfumer's whom I garner are also behind the manufacture of 'Coscentra' and 'Linn Young'. I would like to add a more detailed review here when I have overcome my shock and affair with this fragrance. But for now. I'm in heaven. Cheers T.

Opens with a bright burst of tart green apple, within seconds this dissipates and the natural pear arrives, sun-warmed from the tree, then the mimosa rounds it out into a feminine cloud. On skin the florals become warmer and the depth of pear more pronounced, on hair or clothes it becomes a fantastic expensive shampoo aroma that wafts in the air around you.

Flânerie dans le verger (strolling in the orchard) is my favorite, it smells apple and pear with a hint of mimose. Not too sweet, light and fresh.

Smells exactly how pear xylitol pastilles taste. I found this at sale for 5 euros and decided to blind buy, really nice surprise. Longevity isn't the best (around 4 hours) and it's a skin scent, but for me that's a win as I have been looking for inoffensive freshies lately. This is exactly that with a fruity twist. 🍐

A cute scent, very sweet like candy but bad lasting power/sillage. Planning on giving it to a friend since it smells too sweet/childish for my taste :c

This scent reminds me of when you were a kid and ate too much sour candy, to the point where just the smell of the sweets made you nauseous. It's a better apple fragrance than the Jeanne Arthes Amore Mio Forever, but this one still smells sharp and syrupy. Plus points for the refillable bottle though.

Canned pear juice, maybe a bit too foody for me, realistic fruity sweet and ripe.

This is a lovely fruity fragrance that isn't sweet. I can smell apple but pear is the real star here and it is very natural. Smells light, but stays on and has a soft to moderate sillage. I'm generally not into fruity florals anymore, I was back when I was in my 20's (38 this year) but I think this is delicious on girls of all ages.

Fizzy sweet pears ! Fresh and longlasting on skin. Perfect for hot humid summer days !
