Surprisingly enjoyable & long-lasting sweet summer fun in a bottle! And inexpensive enough to burn through 50mls in a few weeks if you're so inclined. Reminds me of a picnic on a beach although I don't pick up any suntan oil/lotion notes. I do sniff the juicy pear, "fresh air" note and lemon (as in lemonade) but somehow the pear comes off more like ripe banana after a few minutes on my skin. Can't really understand how pear transforms to banana, but it's fun! This could have been an ordinary floral fruity but white moss and sandalwood make JWOWW pretty darn interesting. Forget the name on the bottle and pretend this is a limited edition summer flanker by a respected fragrance house that you can brag about finding on a clearance rack somewhere. I consider the price I paid of under $5.00 for the gift set money well spent and I'm having fun acknowledging the compliments I get when I wear it to work! Might even order another set on Amazon for just under $9.00.

I also just received this after blind buying and 100% agree with the review directly under mine. I smell the "banana" instantly but after 30 seconds it disappears and is a straight up creamy white floral. I do not care for this stage because it is very powdery. No tanning lotion in sight at least to my nose. Drydown hints once again at banana mixed with the florals, no coconut. Very pretty summer scent but I must say I am dissappointed since I expected to get hit over the head with a banana. EDIT****** I may have been too hasty with my previous review. After really giving this a chance and wearing exclusively for 4 days I find it very enjoyable. I am getting less of the overwhelming white floral and more fresh sweetness. Lasting power is more than adequate. As for the banana, my daughter, unprovoked, told me she likes my "banana" perfume! Overall for the $10 price tag JWoww is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys simple, fun scents!

I have to thank another Fragrantica member for recommending this one. It was meant to be since I was ordering something from Amazon and needed to spend $8 more for free shipping. I was on here and read what she wrote so I found it and added it to my cart. This is summer in a bottle. First spray was just heaven for me on my cold 20 degree day. Sunshine, the beach, suntan lotion (Australian Gold to be exact), pears, musky skin - all of these images popped into my head instantly. This is one I can see getting a ton of use in the summer, a no brainer actually but I may cheat a little and use it now to make me think summer is coming sooner. This is a laster as well. I sprayed it on around 7pm last night and when I woke up this morning at 7am it was still going STRONG. I am super impressed and feel my tropical perfume collection is officially complete with this gem.

Cheap bottle and tacky charm aside, this is absolutely perfect for summer. The initial blast is a bit strong and fruity, but almost immediately a tropical banana/pear/coconut smoothie scent comes out that will have you reaching for your swim suit, floppy beach hat, sunglasses and flip flops - hurricane cocktail glass in hand. It smells pretty much the same from beginning to end, which is a good thing. It's just so playful and pretty! But don't get me wrong, it's not immature. I agree with DJJelly, it totally smells like tanning bed lotion, too, not the sun tan kind or sun block. And there's no scratchy white floral undertone either. However, if you're looking for a dominant coconut scent, I don't think this is it. Longevity is a good 24 hours on clothes and projection is great the first couple hours or so, and then it tones down but never goes away.

I got this as a set containing the perfume and lotion. I ended up tossing the lotion into the garbage - it was watery and barely contained ANY scent. But the perfume was an entirely different story altogether. I got a tropical fruit BLAST when I spritzed it that brought back instant memories of when I used to go to the tanning beds! I suppose it makes sense that someone who makes a line of tanning lotions might use many of the same ingredients in her perfume. And what a delightful, flirty perfume it is! I lightly spritzed on my pulse points and was still smelling fruity yumminess HOURS later as I was out running errands. This is a delicious scent that has great sillage and longevity. For under 10 bucks it's an excellent value for a great summertime beachy aroma. I enjoyed it and I'll be wearing this particular scent again soon. ;)

Back in 2011 I got this perfume in a set.. 1.7 oz perfume and 3 oz shimmering body lotion for $10 the day after Christmas. The perfume and the shimmer lotion smell nothing like any of her tanning lotions at all. The perfume and lotion have a kinda fruity and musky scent..I don't know how else to describe it lol its really nice though(lasts long) and smells good. Plus anytime I've worn it I've gotten compliments and the shimmer lotion is a pretty nice light shimmer,not crazy shimmer lol I would 100% buy this perfume again,its one of my favorites!!!

What a fun, funky, weird, lovely fragrance! Definitely get the creamy banana...sorta like banana pudding. It's soft and creamy. I also get quite a bit of pear, in sharp contrast to the banana. I find that far away I get more banana, and sniffing the spot of application reveals the pear. It's not too heavy, but it's not shy. I sprayed it today when it was delivered to me, and it lasted well in extreme heat without being too overpowering. This is a great addition to my wardrobe. Definitely unlike anything else I have!

I am soo stinking mad at myself! I got this one out of the basement I keep a air tight sealed bin for the fragrances I am not using all the time. Anyhow I had it on the washer and it toppled over and shattered into a million pieces. This is the BEST summer scent ever. It's Hawaiian Tropic in a spray version. If your seeking a summery tanning lotion smell this is your girl. Well it looks as if I will need to hit Ebay and buy another. Thank goodness it's cheap as chips!

I really like this scent! It really does remind you of warm, sunny days at the beach. It's nice to have a bit of "summer" during these long, cold dark winter days. I can't wait to wear this when it's warm out though. I think that is when it will be at it's best.

This is a really nice perfume! I get alot of pear & lemon with just the right amount of florals and sandalwood in the background. A perfect fragrance for Spring & Summer. The lasting power is quite good too. A perfect beach getaway perfume! Nicely done JWOWW!

I LOVE THiS PERFUME!! It has the perfect blend to remind me of the summertime. A perfect blend of Australian Gold, the boardwalk.. the perfect summer scent!! I've received so many compliments on this perfume whenever I wear it

This is gorgeous! I get a nice hint of sweet pear, followed quickly by sweet florals and a gorgeous warm musk. My man loves this on me! Perfect for summer!!!

I HAD to get this based on the positive reviews! Plus, it was really inexpensive, so I didn't think it would hurt much if I didn't like it.....but I DO! The first spray confused me. On my skin, the first impression I got was of a floral, MILDly fruity, bubblegum. lol The bubblegum note quickly goes away and leaves....a surprisingly NICE musky-floral scent, with tiny hints of sandalwood! This is when it smells VERY familiar to me, but I can't remember what it is! There's still a soft, but indistinguishable (to my nose) light fruit note in there. It's actually perfect because anything too fruity drives me crazy (in a bad way). I love that this scent almost becomes like a chypre-floral on me, rather than a fruity-floral! Towards the very end, it becomes a soft and definitely more wearable version of Cacharel "Amor Amor". (That's saying a lot because I don't like Amor Amor at all!) But it's the middle that has me intrigued! I just can't figure out what the scent reminds me of... I tested it a second time, and after this second spray, I got ripe (but not overripe) banana + alcohol. So....something that reminds me of banana liquor. Again, the top notes fade quickly, and I'm reminded of that same scent. It's driving me nuts that I can't remember which perfume it is!!! I wish it would stay at this stage forever. (*NOTE: The second time I sprayed was after working out. Perhaps that's why it didn't smell like floral bubblegum this time around?) Either way, this is a fun day time scent for running errands, lounging about (whether at home, poolside, or at the beach). Can't wait to see what it smells like when the wind blows. For the record, I don't think it smells like tanning oil. I'm not familiar with Australian Gold either, so can't really compare. I don't get much (if any) coconut....BUT....I think it would make a good beachy scent. The moss and sandalwood definitely make this more interesting than your average fruity-floral scent. If you're on the fence, I'd get it! P.s.: The set I bought came with a lotion. It doesn't smell like the perfume at all. It almost just smells like....paper? Most of the reviews say it's supposed to smell just like the perfume, so this leads me to believe that I may have gotten a bad one. Will update if I ever figure out what other perfume the middle notes remind me of.

I'm not going to pretend JWoww is something it isn't... I mean, no one's going to tell you that you smell expensive while wearing this. What it IS, is cheap and fun. It's a great scent to toss in your bag for the beach. Fruity, coconutty (again, not a listed note, but it's my opinion). This is a really youthful-feeling, vibrant, carefree scent. Really it's for summer days when you don't feel like thinking too hard. It's not overly complicated, and all the fruits are a bit mishmash-y, but IMO this is a really lighthearted, beachy summer tropical. If you are at all into suntan lotion-type scents, this is a great one to try at a very cheap price point (I found mine on ebay for suuuuuper cheap). Kudos to them for creating such a coconutty feel, if there is indeed no coconut in this. Put this on and you'll feel like Miss Hawaiian Tropic, if she lived in Jersey. Oh, and have fun telling people what you're wearing when they ask! *update/edit* - this is nice to layer with a single-note or simple tropical floral, like plumeria or pikake for an extra tropical feel.

A very unique fragrance and definitely one of my favorite summer scents. I smell banana even though I don't see it on the notes? 😫 But this fragrance is so nice and inoffensive in my opinion. Very safe summer scent. My mom hates perfumes and does not complain about this one. Jersey Shore and their family vacation spinoff are my comfort shows so maybe I'm biased 💀 but I highly recommend this scent if you can find it. This is discontinued but there are currently a couple eBay stores listing this for a reasonable price. 🥂

I'm so glad I took a chance at ordering the JWoww gift set. When JWoww is first sprayed, it reminds me of the banana pieces in runts candy. I can definitely smell pear which is quickly followed by a good, not over-powering, amount of sandalwood. Later, the florals start to emerge, and finally the musky undertone comes out. I have to say that JWoww is my favorite of the Jersey Shore ladies' debut scents. $24 for a 1.7 oz perfume and 3 oz shimmering body lotion was money well spent.

I think this was already mentioned by someone else but this smells exactly like the discontinued bath and body works scent Aruba coconut!! I'm actually really glad it does because I never got to get my hands on a bottle of the Aruba coconut body spray I only had the lotion. It's a very sweet fresh tropical coconut scent. I'd wear this on a daily basis but it is definitely ideal for the beach or tropical vacations.

This is a highly unique fruity fragrance. To me, the top notes smelled like melons and banana - in a delicious and intriguing way. After the drydown, a bit of musk joins the party. It's not heavy or overwhelming, but is just there to add an edge of depth and mystery. I'm really enjoying this fragrance, and I just wish it had better projection.

Found this for 3.00$ at Dollarama in Montreal, and I am quite happy with my buy. Starts out a little body spray-ish, loads of sparkling pear,but mellows out to a beautiful, round, sensual scent.Great longevity, but it did take about 20 minutes before the real beauty of this scent came out.
