Deseo Forever

It was a blind-buy just because I love the shape of bottle. Looks so gorgeous from far away. Then when sprayed it for the first time, I realized this is not my "cup of tea" perfume. But hey! After 3-4 hours, I think I'm in love with the base notes. I can smell amber, sandalwood, musks and a bit patchouli. Longevity is very good, > 12++ hours. Sprayed it in the morning, and still linger on skin and clothes at nite. A little goes a long way.

Just like others have ready stated, I find this fragrance to be tropical island air right before a storm. It is beautifully refreshing yet creamy. You can definitely tell that there is a mineral accord in this because it is reminiscent of healthy black soil. It is so surprising that this is a celebrity fragrance as with most of my cheapie so. I also regret not buying the bigger size cause I could see myself using this one a lot.

first spritz, i smell a very strong coconut scent!is it just me?!..it's been almost an hour, kind of a very heavy scent on me, very perfumey... it's definitely a tropical fragrance. i could imagine being in a garden on an island or just next to the beach. it's a wonderful smell, it completely is different and a must wear during the summer,it's best worn at night though, cuz i reckon this is a bit heavy. ookkk... I LOVE THIS!!!

In my opinion this smells nothing like the original Deseo! This is a lot lighter, and honestly a lot less harsh than the original. Deseo reminds me of a walk in a tropical garden surrounded by beautiful mineral stones. This scent is more like a walk through the rain forest and coming upon a beautiful waterfall! I would recommend this if you didn't like the original Deseo! So much better!

The bottle really attracted me and it looks great on my dresser. Smells fresh and laid back. I like Jlo perfumes (that I could buy them unsniffed) and this is my favorite now. Jlo never failed my nose yet. Her scents are original and very wearable.

Deseo Forever is watery scent as the looking. I bought this perfume because I wanted to a perfume for summer. Then I realized I do not really like this scent... If the scent comes from others who pass by, it is fine, but I cannot smell it for long time. The top smells like fruity like peach, and it turns out powdery. The powdery scent is too much I think; once I smell it, the powdery scent is stuck in my nose entire day lol I like this shape of bottle and color of fragrance. The bottle is cut like crystal, and the perfume is colored like clear sky blue which gives me images of pure oasis aqua. The bottle looks kind of cheap when I look closer, but it looks very nice if I put on shelf and look at it from some distance =)

very fresh , something u can wear on a very hot day/afternoon n won't be offensive to u or others! i always loved nivea body lotions smell, and deseo forever just smells like their fragrance! i just bougth it without smelling it because the bottle itself inspires freshness, nd it was freshness indeed! i didn't get disappointed at all! it helps a lot on those very hot days when u feel that wearing something overpowering would be disgusting and just wearing a fresh scent would make ur day :) !!

I have to hand it to Lopez, she does make great fragrances. I managed to secure one last 3.4 EDT bottle at an old perfume shop, can't find it anywhere else anymore. I'm a sucker for beautiful presentation, and the bottle is stunning. The shape of an uncut crystal and the color of water or aquamarine gem, soft baby blue. I believe not only Deseo Forever is exclusive to Asia, it has been discontinued as well, so whenever you see it, just grab it, don't think twice...!.

I just got this for 9€ /30ml plus a shower gel of the original Deseo for 5€!!! I cannot believe my luck. Cheap yet beautiful to wear and to look at. The packaging is just a gem. It is a lighter version of the original Deseo. Not a scary fizzy aquatic at all. Soft floral, breezy in a veeery comfortable way. Can't wait for some warm weather to truly enjoy it.

I loved this when I first got it but lately I've gone back to heavier scents. I can't see myself ever going back to this one but I get the appeal, it's a nice, soft floral with mineral accords that is the closest thing to smelling a real garden in a fragrance that I have ever experienced.

I like it no chemical cheap smell. Deep fruity florals a very likeable scent. This isn't the best Jennifer Lopez fragrance but for the price it's pretty great. The bottle is terrible looking in person.

I test it and i think it smell very very similar to deseo i cant find any diference between them,but is really nice lol .:)

Creamy aquatic floral coconut with soap. Ok for summer but a little bit cheapish.

good for hot days.... as it is very gentle n refreshening as well! i love it

this smells like coolwater by davidoff but with a strong bamboo note

This perfume was a miss for me too, I like "brighter and lighter" scents, but... -I bought it blindly because of your nice comments, and the notes, which I love, but it smells blurk, like hairspray, and a facial cleaner I have, that one is fresher, meanwhile Deseo Forever is sickening. This was my second blind buy of a JL perfume, the other one was also a miss, so I wonder if she has made a perfume that I could like, hm... The bottle though, is very, very beautiful! So, I gave it to my bestfriend, and she loved it :))

Ok I had this back in 2010 it had the goldish top anyways its a beautiful perfume silage thru the roof lasted 5+ 2sprays anything more I couldn't have gone to work strong,!!! Ok downfall PATCHOULI not a fan and this JLo Deso is heavy on Patchouli!! Not sure how to he juice is current. Take away that Patchouli and it would be amazing just my opinion. i received deseo forever yesterday. not like much. its smells so ordinary. it reminds me Fleur d'Interdit which i used in high school. this one is more boring.

WOW!!! I just received this today in the mail. I got it as a blind buy based on reviews and the wishes I read on how everyone wished it wasn't discontinued. Plus, I also love Jennifer Lopez's other scent JLOVE! This is like one of the BEST EVER celebrity scents I have smelled in my life!!! I have quite a few of celebrity scents these days (one of my other faves being Sofia Vergara's Sofia - gorgeous fragrance and bottle!) Not since the Sofia perfume, have I been so "in love" with a celebrity perfume! I have the 1 oz., definitely worth trying to find the BIG bottle on this one!!! This is a fresh smell..I feel like it reminds of a fantasy world of tropical gardens and waterfalls. Such a feel good, calming and pick me up scent at the same time! The bottle is also beautiful! I also absolutely LOVE the color of the blue - like a bottle of sweet gorgeous fresh summer air! It's a vacation with every spritz! :)
