This is my second review and gonna be long,please be patient with me It's been almost two years that I have live in my collection.back then my collection was 1/10 now and I didn't have too many choices,I used half of my 3.4oz bottle during summer of two years ago and forgot about it. Recently someone asked my idea about JLO live.I didn't know what to say as all I could remember was a nice fruity scent,not bad but not a favorite since I had bought it for it's caramel note which never showed up on me.I decided to give it another chance Probably live acts totally different on my skin because it's not really sweet or a caramel perfume to my nose.it's pyramid suggests a teenagery fruity gourmand but on me it's a clean,ladylike scent.it has a french vibe,refreshing and classy and now I feel like rediscovering a gem!it's exactly what I've been craving recently and I love it! It opens with sparkly juicy and tart tart fruity notes,pine apple is the prominent one to my nose and it appears quite lovely and delicious. fruits aren't too zesty and sour, they're not sickly sweet,syrupy or rotten either.in this stage I can pickup slightest hint of caramel,rounding iced fruits with it's buttery sweetness but it has more a balancing role and doesn't cover fruits.this stage is youthful,playful and somehow sporty.it's a simple,sweet fruityfloral with fruits being the main actors.this stage is what I could remember.it's nice and likable,not a love Next stage is when florals are on the throne.sweetness mellows down while still a hint of fruits linger but they have more shampoo vibe than delicious fruit slices topped with caramel sause of the first stage.unlike first stage which is more casual and sporty,it becomes more dressed up and lady like now.I can smell peony,violet and something like soapy white florals.there's no juicyness left and it has a powdery texture.I love this kind of clean,soft powdery,a tad soapy floral scent.it's more grown up and has a classy vibe.there's an obvious JLO signature here which I enjoy alot,something like a musky white floral(just a little musk,not as musky as glow) A hint of sweetness comes back as it dries down thanks to vanilla,tonka and creamy sandalwood and the overall clean,powdery scent becomes deeper and softer There are a lot of celeb perfumes which I like but I use most of them at home or as pick me ups when I take my pet for a walk or go shopping in neighborhood area.JLO has some perfumes with a quality higher than average celeb perfumes and live is among them.Live is something I can use for almost every occasion during day,even spring/summer evenings. Longevity passes five hours which is very good,sillage is moderate but it seems to project well as people notice it. Now that I rediscovered live I'm going to use it again.I also recommend it as a gift speacially for +20 ladies.I even like it's unique bottle Highly recommended if you like your powdery,refreshing clean scent with a hint of fruity freshness and soft sweetness or if you want something fruity for your spring,summer wear without being overly fruity,cheap,sharp or childish I believe it's time to try live luxe and stop afraiding from it's melon note.if it's as balanced and well blended as live there won't be any problem

I usually don't care much about fruity fragrances,I consider most of them as too much young and girly,or they don't get along well with my body chemistry and turn sour and sticky like rotted fruit Jlo live is an exception,it IS fruity but is mature at the sametime,it IS sweet but not overpowering candylike sweet,it IS fresh and bright,but not too light,there is something more to add,it's expensive smelling It starts with sour&sweet mouth watering fruits,a delicious coktail,pineapple and citrus dominated,there is a hint of florals,I can smell a touch of very light and lovely rose and violet here,a very soft powdery feeling,and then soft,sweet vanilla and sandalwood kick in,everything is well blended and lovely,it's strange that I can't detect caramel in it,it's a pitty since I'm a gourmand lover.live isn't a gourmand at all still I like it a lot.it's clean and refreshing Longevity and staying power are very good on me,this is a kind of fragrance you can use every where and you can get compliments more than any expensive designer perfume you ever had,JLo Live is definitely a winner این عطر برای من زیاد شبیه چیزی ک تو کامنت های دیگه می بینید نیست.امتظتر یه عطر خیلی میوه ای و کاراملی و نوجوونانه داشتم اما اصلا اینجور نیست.شروع عطر خنک و میوه ای و خوشمزست.یه حالت ترش و شیرین و شاداب داره اما هیچوقت کارامل درحدی خودشو نشون نمیده ک بشه اون رو عطری کاراملی،شیرین یا گورمند دونست. رو پوست من بعد از یه ربع نت های گلی رو کار میان،صدتومانی،بنفشه و یه چیزی شبیه گلهای سفید ملایم و صابونی.اون رایحه خنک و شاداب میوه ای با یه دوز خیلی کم و نامحسوس کارامل که فقط مانع از ترش و تیز شدن میوه ها میشه،هنوز تو پس زمینه حضور دارن و میکس شون با گلها،رایحه ای پودری تمیز و ملایم بوجود میاره ک خیلی دوست داشتنی و خانومانه ست و گرونقیمت تر از قیمتش بنظر میرسه.درای داون به لطف حضور وانیل و صندل،پودری ترو لطیف تر هم میشه برای بهار و تابستون میتونه عطر خیلی پرکاربردی باشه، مخصوصا بعنوان عطر روزانه و محل کار.موندگاری و پخش متوسط به بالا داره،بشخصه ازش راضیم و بنظرم برای هدیه گزینه خیلی خوبیه

I am going to be so honest with this review-Well i always am but be ready :) ( With debit card in hand lol.) :p I have strong Caribbean roots/parentage. This is just a match for me and my heritage! Why? Welllll....it's strong and powerful, very delicious! Super fruity and super sweet no exaggeration. This totally reminds me of lying down under hot sun and crystal clear blue skies,on warm white sand in Jamaica, too hot to get up, too hot to even get up to go to the sea that is literally a few feet away to go in, so I can cool down...it's too hot man! but then a vendor is approaching you can hear his familiar chant "Pineapple!" "Mango!" Sugar cane!" "Orange!" they always have a generous sized bag of fruits for sale.. Lord have Mercy you pray for him to come closer... he does and his juicy fresh bags of fruit quench your thirst. Yep. This is a very tropical goody.... Makes me wanna make a large jug of Jamaican fruit punch with crushed ice and fresh lime, call around and arrange a big BBQ cookout for all my family in our garden! Good Reggae music, Latin, Afrobeats or Jazzy melodies In my Caribbean family we love fruits...the sweet mango, sweet oranges and Neaseberry, juicy berries and Pineapple. This perfume is sexy, sensual and Tropical it really takes me back to St. Anns Jamaica where there was a whoooole lot of flirting going on. Night time or playtime this stuff is amazing. spray lightly on hot days though or the boys and the bees will be chasing you around town ha! I own two other Jlo perfumes and I don't enjoy them at all- quite artificial and cheapy but this one has sophistication to it.. The genie in the bottle style flacon is a bit tacky -I'm not a fan but hey- ho I s'pose its easy to find and reach for on my display. One thing to not us you can smell typical artificialness in the dry down. it does last long by the way.

AN ABSOLUTE LOVE in my collection! I. Love. This! I must start this review by saying "hats off" to Jennifer as I can tell she has very good taste in fragrances. Her line is exceptional, not only comparing to other celebrity fragrance lines...but even just in general, up against designer frags in my collection. This fragrance along with Burberry Sport (Women Version) are my signature gym scents. They both smell so incredibly clean. If there were ever such thing as the scent of "sweet soap," this would be it. I almost want to hold back using the word "soapy" because it paints a picture automatically in the mind of the reader as "boring" or "plain" or "generic" but to be completely honest...this fragrance manages to be soapy...but SO original. Ive never smelled anything like this before. I bought Live Luxe and THAT is a generic, hairspray-ish, fruity, alcohol-ey fragrance. This beauty belongs in my cheapies hall-of-game. I CANNOT believe I buy bottle after bottle of this for like $15. It's amazing. SO CLEAN! (No surprise there as JLO is all about the clean scents.) But really...so clean. So pleasant. Extremely versatile. Inoffense while still managing to be unique. Totally unisex. EVERYONE compliments me when I wear this, friends and co-workers alike. I wear this one everywhere, but deff mostly to the gym. I cannot stress enough how much everyone who likes the "clean" smelling perfumes need to try this! Scent Itself - 9.5/10 Longevity - 5 hours Projection - About 3-4 feet for the 2.5 hours. Then dims down from there for the remaining 2.5 hours. Overall Score - Definite 9.5/10 This gem is incredible. Easily one of my top 5 cheapies of my 200+ bottle collection and even cheapies aside...probably in my top 20 PERIOD. Two thumbs up JLO! I love it. Absolutely love it.

EDIT, it's cooling right off now, almost winter, this lasts a bit better. It seems the hot summer evaporates it, I'm in a damp country so the moisture might help it linger... <3 Now Jennifer, if you made the longevity better you would be in the league if top end designers, that's how good this is, for me anyway. I usually hate celeb scents, apart from the odd one, the longevity is useless. But, this I love. Even with its useless lifespan. IF it's cheap, because you'll need one for the handbag too. This is juicy like Si, fresh sort of like Calvin does it, I get why it's called Live. Dammit the crap lasting power, if only the opening and mid notes lasted... --- could you mix it with an unscented oil?? Or would that spoil it...? Message me if you have ideas. The accords look right, but this isn't a generic sweetie pateetee, maybe layer this with something that lasts a while but you don't care if you cover it a bit with this scent. If your on a budget, it is lovely, if these types of frags last on you, otherwise save and get a 'proper' scent. These celeb frags, if they say EDP I still only expect them to be like EDT realistically. Cheers

If I have to choose only one fragrance in my collection, it would be Live. The name itself is totally related to what I want to happen in my life right now...I want to live! I wanna be able to dance again, to laugh to sing to be happy and love 💚 Live is my signature scent ever since it was released. 3 of my favorite vibrant colors are green, yellow and purple and these colors are the chosen colors for the bottle design and it's absolutely beautiful...it's like an ethereal magic potion. The juice indeed is like a potion, it's intoxicating, addicting and so wonderful. The main note is Pineapple with mixture of different floral and sweet notes. It is the most vibrant, uplifting, happy scent I have ever encountered and it makes me happy whenever I smell it. I guess the name 'Live' fits the scent so well because it makes me happy and I wanna live happily. This is the most unique perfume and the only perfume that uplifts my spirit....it makes me wanna Dance, laugh, love and Live!

I love this and the Live Luxe Edition as well. They were staples in my younger days (I’ve always had a large collection since middle school; perfume has always been a passion of mine). Someone stole this bottle and I haven’t replaced it or the Luxe version I emptied since. I’ve been more into exploring new scents but I will always love these both and will have them back in my collection eventually. In my opinion, the Luxe one is a little more grownup than the original Live. And a little spicy to my nose. They’re very similar but also very different. I see this one as more of a daytime scent and Luxe as the nighttime evolution. I can’t really pick out any specific notes because my nose was untrained when I owned these and it’s been so long since I’ve smelled them. I think they’re both pretty and easy to wear, but I am not sure if I’d wear them to special occasions (just because I have so many other frags that fit that bill better).

Cheerful fruity fragrance, a mood uplifter. I was sceptical to try it, but I decided to focus on the fragrance nose rather than J.Lo. And since Mr Ropion is amongst my favourite noses... Live shares alittle similarity to Baby Doll - both are pineapple fizzy with a caramel-vanilla sweetness. Live, however, has better projection and lasting power - it lasts approx 8 hours on me wit the silage being most detectable for the first 4 hours. Live is a great, nearly 'edible' fragrance that deserves attention, mainly because of its quality - if I didn't see the label before trying it, I would have never guessed it was a celebrity fragrance. If you love fizzy fruity fragrances on a wonderful tasty base and all of it in a flacon that shouts 'youth rules!', then you have to give it a try. Now, that I have tried Live and I am extremely pleased with it, I can move to trying Live Luxe, let's hope the flanker will not disappoint me :-)

Another INCREDIBLE fragrance by Jennifer Lopez! I'm loving every fragrance of hers that I've purchased. This starts out with fresh juicy pineapple and citrus. The peony and violet come in to add some softness and the tonka and sandalwood round it all out. Live is a tad deeper than I had imagined. This isn't a fresh, light fruity fragrance. It does start out that way but the tonka adds a lot of depth. I detect zero caramel (I've tried 4 caramel heavy frags and can not smell caramel in any of them!) but there's a slight creamy sweetness which I can only attribute to the vanilla. I love the bottle as well, just like the Live Luxe. It looks classy As with pretty much all of her fragrances I believe they can be worn year round. Lasting power & silliage is decent and for around $20 (shipped) this is a great purchase. I've been really impressed with JLo's fragrances. Overall LIVE is a 10/10

One of my absolute favorite fragrances since I was in High school. It's a very clean fresh smelling perfume that is strong, but not overwhelmingly strong. More like you can definitely smell it within the room, but not in an unpleasant or an overwhelming type of way where someone would say, "you have too much perfume on." It's a very light clean fruity smell at first then when you get to the floral notes it's a very clean/sweet floral scent, which last a good amount of time. The base note is a very nice sweet vanilla/caramel smell that isn't overly sweet and not too light either. It's just right. This is the kind of perfume you can wear to the office, school, a meeting, brunch, mid day date during the spring and summertime. An overall clean/sweet smelling perfume. Eau de Toilette is the only way I've purchased and have seen it sold, but it last almost all day.

First off - I really like the bottle :) It's fun without being tacky IMHO. LIve starts out with a very ripe pineapple, very juicy! However, that quickly settles down and the caramel kicks in. The caramel note here reminds me of Prada candy, it's not sticky and overly sweet but more powdery sweet. Very nice and wearable. After this Live becomes gradually more floral with a bit tartness of the orange and lemon notes. It's almost a bit fizzy but not too much. The peony integrates nicely and adds a soft touch to the fragrance. Few hours in I am left with a musky, clean skin and slightly woody scent that is warm and light. So at least on me this is no fruit bomb or intense sweet. I really like it and am happy to have it in my collection. Perfect for spring, fall and cooler summer days I think. PS: According to the batch code my bottle is from 2014/10.

I remember trying this about 20 years ago and instantly not loving it so put it down prob coz I was too young I thought it was too old for me it does have a more mature smell than the Paris Hilton + Britney ones I’ve got it again now I’m older for the bottle recently it’s so nice once you’ve had it on a few mins it’s like fruity shampoo I can smell a lot of pear not sure if that’s a note that’s maybe the floral and dries down to a nice smell that’s nostalgic can’t put my finger on it maybe a 90s shower gel I would get it again definitely love the coloured bottle can’t belive im just buying for the first time for a gift too would be good 30+ although some younger might like it it’s also good for both day and night I think it’s strong enough 8.5/10 will deffo try her others if I find them

Usually I'm not into celebrity scents, but this little special perfume I just could not resist: first, could not resist the look of the cute bottle, then after purchasing, could not resist the strangely addictive scent. I used up an entire 50 ml. bottle within a couple of months. And again, usually I don't do that - I like to mix it up and rotate. But it was winter, and this scent was like walking into a warm and humid tropical garden while eating freshly baked yummy pastry with pineapple and fruits plus caramel and vanilla. I tried to use it in warmer months - not the same effect, as in winter. It lasts less in warm weather. Plus, why would you need more warmth in summer? I think this perfume creates the feeling of warmth and cozy comfort so much needed in winter times.

I first smelled this perfume in boots when I was about 13 and I fell in love with it. Its super sweet, warm and sunny! To me it smells like sugary fruit and honey with something creamy in there too. I bought it from my early teens, and on and off since then, into my early 30s. Id say its a younger smell, but I adore very sweet gourmand perfumes and this and rhiannas rebel fluer are my go to's when i dont want to spend a fortune on perfume. It doesnt last an incredibly long time, I used to douse myself in this and carry it in my bag for top ups on my lunch break 😂 but just after spraying and an hour or 2 after it has a great sillage. I have had many compliments while wearing this one, and I will probably keep in my perfume collection until in definitely too old for it

Two things about Live - the bottle is gorgeous and the longevity - at least on me - is fantastic. I spray it on generously after a shower and I can still smell the gorgeousness over 8-10 hours later. It's not a beast in that it's heavy, it's subtle, soft even, but it's a tough and hard worker. Kind of like J. Lo? Effortless in it's beauty, but brilliant and resilient. There is something, that remains on my skin after - is it the red current? Is it tonka bean? Is it a mixture of two notes? I don't know, but hours later, the morning after, there is something beautiful that lingers on my skin, sillage generous enough to waft from my neck up to my nose, that brings a satisfied smile to my face. This is one of the most beautiful perfumes I own.

I received a bottle of this from my aunt for my 14th birthday. I felt so grown up and glamorous. I wore this everywhere late middle school through early high school. I used up that first bottle a few years ago and I purchased a new bottle and I still wear this from time to time. I always get compliments on it. It is a fun fruity fragrance that is sweet. You can wear this to school or work or also for special occasions. I get mostly pineapple and caramel, though they blend together nicely its hard to tell what the specific notes are. I also gave away a bottle of this for my fragrantica prize giveaway I did two years ago as the big prize, and the recipient loved it as well.

I picked this up based on the comments below and I do not regret it! So beautiful! Clean, musky, a little fruity--perfect for summer. I've been dousing myself with this on these sporadic sunny days since I purchased it and foresee blowing through the entire bottle before summer has gone. Someone below mentioned that this was a fresh blend of JLO Glo and Miami Glo and I have to agree. I've experienced both (both are lovely) but this has a decided freshness I appreciate. I'm really over the sharp woody, citrus aquatics so this will be a definite repurchase when I'm through with this bottle. Longevity moderate (with heavy spray) Sillage moderate (again, with heavy spray)

A hidden Dominique Ropion gem... Signed by perfumer DR, this Red-Currant-Blossom beauty opens with a burst of honey-caramel and tart fruit and transitions through a heart of melon shampoo to a clean background that has a pleasant, faintly detergent-like vibe with hints of orange blossom & neroli (not listed). The pineapple here is not as pronounced as the notes would suggest, but a softer version that leans to red fruit with the red currant blossom that's slightly piercing. Overall: Well above average performance and very affordable. It may not be his best work, but fans of Dominique Ropion will likely want this in their collection. Enjoy!

I spray this little gem whenever I want to go to Rio, Hawaii, the beach in general without actually physically going there. It's like a pineapple juice that you drink whilst sun bathing, just anything tropical is in this scent that also has a little bit of caramel too! The bottle is PERFECT. It is actually my favourite bottle of my collection as when you turn it around, the glass changes colour from purple to green to yellow. It overall lasts from the morning to the late afternoon and I get little waves of it every now and then, when I'm wearing the perfume, which is usually in the summer.

I offered this perfume to my wife. We both like it's scent and the various notes very much. The issue is that there is no projection at all. The longevity at my wife's skin surface lasts 30 minutes on a lucky day. Surely it's an issue related with the chemistry between the skin and this particular fragrance. I really don't believe that J Lo launched a zero projection EdT to the market. I am going to try a first spray of a "musk only oil" and only then spray the Live Edt .... Can anybody suggest me different ideas? Thanks in advance.

My bottle (very pretty) is an original 2005 formulation that my mom owned, and I mostly get the pineapple and caramel, which is beautiful! I'm surprised it has held up this long, both out of the bottle and on my skin. The caramel isn't too cloying, which makes this a great Spring & Summer scent! The citruses round out that sweetness, but I don't get any citrus from it (I usually dislike strong citruses). It might be because of my Live's age, but I think the pineapple and caramel are just very dominant. The lasting power is okay!

I will probably put this in my top 5. I love this perfume and its not a cheap scent. It was made by someone who doesn't make cheap perfumes which is a plus. I got the 3.4 ounce for $38 which isn't bad. I love perfumes I can wear all year round and this is one of them. Sweet, smooth.. Floral in a soft way. Its gorgeous. One of the best celeb perfumes I've ever smelled. Good for any time of the year. A celeb scent that smells and last a long time. Something that seems more expensive than it normally cost. Good job

This is my favorite fruity floral perfume out of everything I own. Its perfectly blended, balanced, and lasts a good amount of time. It has somewhat of a tropical fruity vibe, very refreshing, clean but with lovely sweetness. I've been wearing this since it was released. Its one I never tire of. I enjoy wearing year round, too. Good sillage and projection. People always ask what it is, and tell me it smells really good. Great price, too. I get it from Walmarts website, direct.

Back in the early 2000s, bath and body works had a kids line with a featured fragrance called Sassy Starberry. I was obsessed with it and devastated when they discontinued it. Then, Live came out. It smells like sassy Starberrys super hot mom. It smells so good on me... The floral are green and clean with the citrus and pineapple keeping it bright. It smells like a very expensive French milled soap in a steamy bath while eating sunwarmed fruit.

Male colleagues and bosses politely compliment me whenever I wear Live by JLo. Currently on my third 100ml bottle. Extremely affordable compared to my new grown up favourites such as Angel by Thierry Mugler and Chanel. It's sweet and fruity, but NOT teenage girls pink candy sweet. It's clean and sophisticated. My signature perfume. Would definitely puchase my fourth.. fifth..

I keep coming back to this scent! I always receive compliments from family and friends....they say I smell so good and fresh! It is true! I love this smell so much and I will never get tired of it! It is not too strong but it's noticeable and won't give you headache. I totally recommend this because it is the best jlo perfume! I give it 10/10

This is the first and most compliments i have gotten when wearing this fragrance! This is my favorite jennifer lopez scent. Pineapple and caramel is the top notes that show in this and what a tropical yummy combo! I need to go buy the 3.4 oz. And the bottle looks like a potion, i love it.Best blind buy ever!

What a great little fragrance, very nostalgic, reminds me of careless summers in the park as a teenager. Fruity and tropical, didn't last too long but its an affordable perfume so I don't feel too guilty re-spraying throughout the day. I don't currently have a bottle but its on my shopping wishlist!

I’ve gone through 3-4 bottles of this now. Got it as a gift from my big sister when I was a teenager and it was love at first sniff. I use it in the summer, its a tropical fruity and sweet scent. I detect a hint of pineapple, vanilla, caramel and a lot of florals and fresh citrus.

This perfume smells just like candy! It's really sweet with the caramel and pineapple, the red current is there too, and it's a very passionate fragrance. This SHINES in hot weather and is the perfect holiday fragrance, and the bottle is one of the most beautiful on the table!

Absolutely love this! I bought it a while ago just for the bottle. For some reason I had not tried it all this time till last night. Dryer sheets with a musky note. Soft and lovely, reminds me of DKNY liquid cashmere with better staying power. I'm so delighted with this one.

Es un aroma fresco y frutal que uso para el verano. El olor a piña es muy intenso y se mantiene a lo largo del día y en lo personal no percibo notas dulces (caramelo y vainilla) solo percibo las frutas y el secado en mi piel es floral. Es genial por el precio que tiene.

This is one of those unique ones that does a 360 from initial spray to dry down. At first it starts off really fruity and sour almost (in a good way) then later dries down to an AMAZING caramel. This is a must have.

I absolutely love Live. Romantic and opulent. And I love the sweetness that stands out without being too much. I wish it had a little more lasting power though.

This is by far my all-time favourite fragrance. It lasts so long and the coverage is perfect. The pineapple is very dominant at the start, but settles down.

But why isn't bergamot listed as a note????? It says it starts off with lemon and bergamot and that is all I smell at first but it is not listed as a note.

Sweet and fruity yes but wayyy better than any Escada offering. It's the Sicilian lemon that makes it beautiful...kinda like Lanvin's Eclat D'arpege

So I just bought the body spray. After many years since it first came out and I had always wanted it, I finally got my hands on this fragrance and I really agree with a lot of people on here. It does smell clean and soapy smelling. I don’t dislike it but it really gives me laundry sheet vibes. Lol! Like I just pulled some clothes out of the dryer and the sheets got stuck to my clothes. Again, it’s not bad, it’s just not what I expected from reading the notes. I expected a sweet tropical candylike citrus perfume. I was expecting something like a Viva La Juicy by Juicy couture type of fragrance, but more bright, because of the pineapple and red currant. This smells very fresh, clean, powdery, and mildly sweet on me. I get the pineapple but mostly in the dry down. It’s like on my all the sweet notes come after a 20 mins. So I will be trying to wear this on often, to decide if I really like it or not. It’s something I’ll probably wear after hopping out of the shower on days when I am lounging around the house and don’t have any where special to go to. Overall I think it smells very nice and pretty, but too clean lol. I don’t like those soapy, shampoo, detergent like scents.

I say go light with this, a lady started sneezing next to me when I had this on, and I am not an over sprayer. I bought a small bottle of this along with Live Luxe and Still. On me, I get a big soapy juicy fruit blast at the beginning. The florals emerge fairly quickly on my skin. Think of a very heady fragrant floral doused in powdered vanilla sugar and soap. The end is a sweet heady floral vanilla sandalwood synthetic smelling powdered soap. There's a nuance of a resemblance of caramel, but not yummy caramel. More a synthetic floral version mixed with other things. In comparison to Live Luxe, Live is what I would call a unique warm sweet soaped vanilla powdered woody fruity fragrant floral. I prefer Live Luxe to Live without a doubt. This isn't anything like Fancy, Juicy Couture Gold Couture, or Pink Sugar. I recommend getting a decant because it evolves different on every individual. Just an FYI re: JLo fragrances, two common elements: musk and soapy fresh. I have several including JLo Glow, JLuxe, Still, Jlove, and Live. JLo loves clean and fresh, out of the shower elements. So if you're not into shampoos, fresh smelling soaps, you might not like her fragrances.

This is such a weird scent so it's weird that we all like it so much! I quite enjoy this affordable little gem. If you were to read each review, it would probably be hard for you to imagine what this smells like. All of us seem to be interpreting it differently. But don't be afraid of it! You really have to smell it for yourself. My interpretation is this- the pineapple, lemon and bergamot are pretty clear in the top notes. The middle notes are easy to discern, violet amd peony. But for me, this is also where the caramel comes out rather than in the base notes as listed. It mingles with currant and sort of takes a bubble-gummy effect. The base notes are warm, powdery and sweet. So I've described it as a citrusy, pineapple-y, caramel-y, bubble-gummy, powdery fragrance. Sounds weird, right?! But it somehow just works and is delightful and delicious. Most reviewers seem to be disappointed in projection/lasting power but for me, longevity and sillage are pretty decent. But again, this is a scent you've gotta try for yourself!

This is a high energy, almost sporty scent to me. It is sweet and mouthwatering, yes, but its character is more split between soap/ fresh/sweet. It smells cool, and thinking about the scent gives me a cooling sensation if that makes sense? It doesn't smell like "caramel" to me-it smells like an electric pineapple sour candy with neon lights around it. The lemon is a hyper lemon amping up the pineapple, I think. This gets more yummy on your skin as time passes. Must be the caramel. After the first hour, things mellow out just a bit, and it does become slightly more floral, but where I got this on my shirt, that initial neon pineapple lemon scent persists. It is a very energizing and refreshing fragrance. It's strong, and I would even say unisex to my nose. The drydown is lovely and sweet, more if a vanilla-woody experience, differing greatly from the top/mid. I really like this bright, fun, energizing Jlo perfume and I think it's perfect for summer and lasts most of the day if you spray a little on your clothes too.

def ''lives'' up to the name lol, The pineapple is really dominate in the opening, it is a burst of juicy fruit goodness, not the sticky sweet kind but like a refreshing drink kind of sweet. It is one of jlo's sweeter scents and more playful than most and I find that after the fruit settles down a little bit then you start to get the fresh soapy side the scent offers, on me at least it still has that signature jlo ''soap'' clean smell which I can deal with. I love this scent so much and it is one of my favorite jlo fragrances only problem I have is I can't find it ANYWHERE besides ross from time to time and that really makes me sad because I'm afraid that it has been retired... Only jlo scents I can find with ease anymore are ''jlove, glowing, glow and that's about it I do love those scents too and glow is one of my signature scents but I do wish LIVE got more attention that and live lux. Any one have any idea why jlo scents are becoming harder to find or is it just me?

it ́s funny how i wear this for few weeks already and still find it hard to describe. it ́s not straight perfume, like when you say "sweet", "spicy" atc. this one is versatile, vibrant, energizing, "alive", i would say:) when i write this we have early spring in middle Europe, with bright sun and low tepmeratures and that perfectly suits for Live. it ́s shiny enough to warm you up, but icy enough to keep you fresh. about the iciness. sometimes when i sniff it, i feel cold. literally, i feel cold in my nostrils, like breathing icy air. i didn ́t like bottle on picture, but in reality it ́s a masterpiece, this is how i imagine some precious secret life potion would be stored:) i can see why Live has more "likes" than "loves", it ́s not typical "yaaay,that ́s me" signature scent. it ́s more complicated, it has personality itself. anyway, it ́s a quality product (look at the nose behind!) and will make you feel good wearing it, i swear:)

Fruity! Floral! Fun! Sweet! Sexy! Clean! This fragrance is extremely underrated in my opinion, the projection and longevity is incredible for a $25 100mL bottle. I will always love this fragrance for the mere fact that I can spray it without thinking, I think the concept of just living in the moment and spraying without a second thought really resembles the name of this perfume. To me this is a classic Jennifer Lopez must have. The dry down especially is my favourite part, if I could have the base notes alone in this perfume it would be a dream. The florals have been really well curated aswell I love that doesn’t overtake the fruit in the intial first spray. Also this fragrance has a slight soapy note that I think would do better without but for the quality and price, it’s a winner. I think it’s versatile therefore can be worn day and night, and through all sorts of weather.

This is a perfume I would never buy just based on the notes, because I ́m not very fan of sweet scents. For my surprise, I got this as a gift and I just love it! Yes, its sweet, it ́s fruity but it ́s soft and cozy. The caramel is the best part, it makes the perfume more "creamy", which I love. It ́s very feminine, not sexy at all, but a naive kind of feminine. And theres nothing synthetic on it. Really like it! Ótimo perfume, não gosto de notas muito doces, mas ganhei de aniversário e para minha surpresa amei! É um docinho que não incomoda, frutado e a nota de caramelo é a melhor parte, deixa o perfume mais cremoso, do jeito que gosto. É bem feminino, mas não tem nada de sexy...é mais o estilo delicado e ingenuo. Bem gostosinho. A projeção é bacana também, dura um tanto bom, umas 5h a 6h; vale pelo preço, especialmente no Brasil onde os perfumes importados são bem caros.

This was the first designer perfume I bought on my own when I was about 20. It's very fruity, sweet and sensual, and when I first smelled it, I didn't really get pineapple from it; to me it was more "cherries and berries" for some reason, with caramel in the background... I used to wear it everyday, all day for at least a year and I loved it! And just a couple of sprays were enough to last almost all day for me, and even after a night of clubbing and dancing, which I never thought possible; A few of my friends tried it a few times and it wasn't the same, or even as long-lasting on them. I should also add that I think it might be too heavy and sweet for a hot summer day, as some commentators have suggested... it's great all year long of course, but in my personal opinion it's best worn in the evening ;)

This is my 4th J Lo fragrance, and honestly, I'm impressed by the skill and sophistication of her fragrance designers and her taste. I am mostly sick to death of the glut of fruity/floral/gourmand scents flooding the market right now--they mostly smell alike and they mostly bore me to death. That being said, I like this one! The pineapple is the main fruit note I notice on the top note, the peony and violet make a warm slightly powdery heart of florals and the drydown is sandalwoody, without being dusty and just the barest hint of the caramel note--enough to make it a little yummy but not sticky.Iam wearing this as a transitional early autumn scent,because I am not quite ready to say goodbye to the bright summer days yet. And the bottle is just gorgeous! Not a bad deal for $10 at Marshalls!
