I’ve been searching a few years for a primarily woody scent that has just enough florals to make it feminine. I absolutely love it. The first time I wore it I kept being reminded of something familiar I couldn’t put my finger on. It’s definitely not santal 33. It’s more similar to Tam Dao than 33. But then it hit me - it’s the non-specific sweetness mixed with wood - Bond No 9 Tribeca that it kept reminding me of. But this is less sweet than that, which I appreciate. It’s not particularly potent stuff - but I wouldn’t expect strong sillage from a primarily wood scent. It goes pretty cheap on eBay now so it’s not a big deal to have to spray a few times. If this is the closest I ever get to what I’ve been searching for I’ll be fine with that! This is SO good. If woody scents aren’t your thing this won’t be either. But I’m in love!

Finally! A delicate scent for the fall, with an intriguing combination of notes which resembles some kind of nut or hazelnut, and a little bit oily, like a perfume oil. I've been craving for something like that for so long! At first spritz, you get the woody notes evoking a rich forest vibe, with slightly smoky or leathery undertones, then the flowers and the spice come through. I'm so happy that there is no sweet fruit, no rose, no vanilla, no ylang-ylang in this - these are my pet peeves, currently very trendy unfortunately. Although I'm not into celeb scents, this is my fourth favourite from Jennifer Lopez's fragrances, the former ones being Miami Glow, Live Platinum and Still. But this is far from the usual brochure-scent like celeb creations. Thumbs up for this one.

It starts off sandalwood and cedar, a lot of cedar, which I really like. Santal 33 (minus the dill pickle) and cedar. Very unisex. It does not last long though and quickly quietens down to a skin scent: powdery suedey vanilla, leaning more feminine. I would buy a full bottle (I have a 10ml splash) but because of the poor longevity (less than 30 mins on me!) I'll pass. Update: November - I *did* buy a full bottle as saw one at such a good price. This 50ml seems to last longer, gorgeous whiffs of powdery sandalwood last all day! Perhaps this performs better in cooler weather.

Please give this gem a chance! I usually go for a sweet/floral scents however I tested this one in the store and was taken by surprise. I never gave JLo fragrances any thought as over here in the UK they aren’t promoted as much as other celebs lines such as Ari or Britney. However this one was on the stand and I sprayed it on my wrist. It opened with this beautiful edgy leather smell. Eventually settling into a delicate floral but Woody scent. It’s super unique and definitely will make you stand out in a crowd. It’s lovely x

I really love this perfume, it smells like a garden in the morning when there's still dew on the plants. I adore the mix of the wood, moss and pink pepper that feels creamy and very well balanced. Not heavy or light, and it has a certain freshness. Also it's definitely a unisex fragrance, possibly leaning masculine. Excuse me while I go buy 10 of these. Edit: I'd now like to add that the longevity with this perfume is really good, especially for the price point. Still catching whiffs of it on myself after 12 hours.

This is fantastic, sits pretty close but I’d say if you apply generously then someone a few feet away would get whiffs of it. Super woody and soft, powdery and slightly sweet, reminds me sooooo much of Your Turn by Billie Eilish, love them both and honestly don’t find much different between them besides this being a little cheaper and the other having cooler packaging. Absolutely a love, great cozy sitting at home or snuggling up fragrance

VERY unisex. This smells like a soft, rounded, and creamy sandalwood. The sandalwood is the star of the show here, and never leaves, so the other notes aren't as prominent. There have been, in the last years, an influx of sandalwood perfumes, but this one is one of the best offerings. Bottle looks beautiful and the scent is creamy/woody. Longevity seems ok but sillage is low. All in all, this is a successful JLo release.

This is really really good. It's exactly what it says it is - a woody floral. Not many female perfumes are this woody so I can see why some women don't like it. For me this is a winner for the price, it can be used most of the year (I don't think it'll work too well in summer) and it has moderate lasting power. I've bought a full bottle for myself & my mum!

Wow ! So surprised with this perfume 😍 Absolutely love it ! Smells like expensive niche perfume , reminds me of Santal33 only more on feminine side . Mostly I can pick up sweet sandalwood note and i am big sandalwood fan ! Performance is ok , could be better but what do you expect for the price. Will definitely purchase the bottle after trying sample .

I love this scent, but to me it’s not sandalwood at all, which is actually a bit sweet/oriental. This is not sweet. It’s a coconutty, floral, musky chypre but not as overwhelming as something like Narcisco Rodriguez for Her...it doesn’t wear you. It’s gorgeous, but definitely more of a skin scent. I just love the way I smell when wearing it.

I like it. Smells like a slightly sweet, but woody coconut on me. I just wish it had better longevity, but I think its intended to be a skin scent. I know a lot of people have voted it as a fall/winter scent, but if you get coconut from it as well, I think it could easily be worn in summer too.

I love this whole series. It’s so woody and refreshing. It feels like I’m in the woods and my whole life makes sense. Like there’s a cabin, wooden cabin and a lake, trees, cozy fireplace. Love it.

If my eyes were closed I would tell you this was Santal 33. In fact I would bet you $100 but then I would lose the hundred to you that I saved when I bought J-Lo's perfume instead of Le Labo.

I'm not great at reviews, but to me this smells like Tom Ford Santal Blush. I have been waiting for a more affordable, less intense dupe and to me this is it.

This is good!! Smells super niche for a celebrity fragrance!The wood is so fine,perfect balance between the leather and the woody notes,really like it!

The opening feels quite masculine and bold, but once it settles, the floral and sweet notes start to shine through.

I hate that the "reminds me of" is so misleading sometimes cuz this ain't like Indi. They're in the same league and slightly similar at the drydown but this is spicy-manly and very fresh. It's more like the sandalwood herbal, botanical/ woody Santal 33, that league rather than the Katy Perry Indi tonka-musk- tea type of scents. So yea this is very unisex leaning masculine due to the suede and pink pepper, and at first they come off as ambery aftershave or men's deodorant. The suede smells slightly rubbery also like leather. It's very fresh spicy esp the first 1 hour due to the woody middle notes specifically the cedar. It also smells as if there's cardamom in it, due to the pink pepper and oakmoss cuz cardamom smells peppery-herbal in certain concoctions. It is reminiscent of Santal 33 both having cedar, this one suede, that one has leather and cardamom (and here I get a cardamom impression), but I find this way manlier. In this same league I have KKW Nude Soleil with the cardamom vetiver pink pepper musk sandalwood and ambrette (a more soft feminine equivalent to ONE), Le Monde Gourmand Santal Supreme (vetiver violet musk sandalwood, again more feminine) and BBW Lost In Santal (cardamom, sandalwood, cedar, equally feminine as the others), all very herbaI, woody, musky but feminine and sweet too. They're my favorite scents. I suppose the oakmoss in ONE intensifies its green foresty quality. There's this inky wet essence in it which I like from the oakmoss, but the woody notes keep it serious and austere. It slightly reminds me of Iggy's Devil's Advocate with the olibanum, dark woody notes and peppery amber at first. This has only a hint of this ambery impression tho, more intense with the opening burst of pink pepper and suede. This is fresh and crisp as I said. The oakmoss also makes it waxy and creamy at some point, but it ain't musky and comforting. I wish there was tonka in it and vanilla something to minimize the masculine side of it. I've read that the oakmoss note in fragrances smells waxy and creamy due to its chemical structure, the presence of natural fatty acids and esters and how it warms up on the skin during the dry-down phase. If I were to review this considering it a man's perfume then I'd positively say that it's the manlier version of all the Santal perfumes I mentioned and it's very refreshing also due to the freesia. It's very woody in a realistic way so I like that. It has a damp wood smell at first, but I'll keep nagging that there's not enough femininity in it. Indi is feminine, musky and tonka-heavy and the white tea makes it gentle and sweet. I can detect some sweetness in One at the drydown by the peach blossom but it's subtle. I compared it to Indi on different arms to be 100% sure. Indi reminds me of the BBW Sweet Whiskey, "Brown Sugar and Fig" scents and the VS Tease Heartbreaker due to the tonka and their green vibe. Indi is also slightly similar to the herbal woody Santal 33 but the tonka makes it darker. One is almost like Eilish 2, however the latter isn't manly fresh spicy on me, it's more sweet - woody creamy like bbw Vanilla palo santo. I like natural fresh scents and unisex ones, but its fresh peppery aspect and the overload of plain woody middle notes along with the suede create a "serious" and plain aromatic scent striped of any sweet feminine nuances. I can never have enough Santal 33 dupes tho and I got used to its more masculine character.

From the onset, the freesia, pink pepper and peach blossom are quite warm and sexy. The jasmine is not that pronounced but seems to sweeten the deal with the suede, clearwood, cedar and oakmoss. This fragrance is alluring, reminds me of the scent profile of Armani SI Pasione, or yes, Katy Perry "Indi" as some fragranticians say, or "Indivisible" which is sweeter and less musky. All in all it's not as musky as "Indi" nor sweet as "Indivisible". "One" by JLo is reminiscent of Police "To Be Queen" as well. I like it, the dry down has nuances of Baccarat 540, the woodiness. It's mature and suitable for what you will. From my comparisons one can see the scent is not groundbreaking but it's superior to her soapy floral fruity numbers which are too numerous to count. The bottle appears gigantic but I like it. So, "One" follows the trend of the woodsy florals like those mentioned above. I did wonder if this had pineapple but it does not. Feminine to unisex, a good 6 hours of wear or more. Not immature. Sillage is close to the skin I think but I only got a small spritz from the clerk. For $428TT this is priced as a designer scent so I won't be purchasing this soon. I have "Indi" and "Indivisible" and a clone of "Baccarat 540" so those will surfice. JLo isn't giving up! To those who own this, enjoy.

This smells like a bunch of stuff, and it ends up being fuzzy, hazey, clean, woody and warm all at once. The bottle color is perfect for the way this smells (I love when things match). "Clearwood"...? What is that? And yet...it's absolutely fitting because the woody profile of this is lightweight and nearly transparent. This fragrance does elusive things to the nose. It's quite warm, but not at all heavy. Ultimately I don't smell anything distinctly true to it's namesake in here beside possibly the pepper in the opening (though it doesn't smell overly spicy and it fades quickly). Its all quite rounded out, stipped back and synthetic. Nothing smells natural (which is fine, natural isn't always superior in perfumery). Everything is ultimately unisex and I believe firmly in wearing what you love regardless of gender, but you guys know what I mean if I say this smells like it could be worn by men or women easily. It's just very comforting, and reminds me of October mornings 🌄 🍂🍁

Notes on my sample 👇🏻 Top notes: Pink Peppercorn, Freesia & Pear Blossom Heart notes: Jasmin Absolut, Cedarwood Oil & Clearwood®️ Prisma* Base notes: Sandalwood, Moss Crystal & Suede * An intense woody-patchouli note with enhanced oakmoss and ambery facets. Now onto the scent! The pink peppercorn is definitely prominent in this to the point it smells slightly like food to my nose and the only reason I feel it doesn't smell like that fully is due to the freesia and peach blossom notes which are wonderfully sweet. After ten minutes roughly, the notes blend beautifully into eachother although the pink peppercorn is still the most forward scent in my opinion (I should add by this point I'm not the biggest fan of pepper notes unless it's in a masculine fragrance) (More in-depth review later)

this is a great alt for santal 33. definitely not a dupe but close enough that without comparing them side by side i would have been fooled. direct comparison wise, santal33 has more savouriness and woodiness to it, whereas one is slightly sweeter and more modest on the wood notes. would be a great affordable alt for someone who wants a more chill santal33. this also sits pretty close to the skin once it dries down, so don’t expect the same kind of performance as santal! edit: so projection and sillage are not the only things that are on the weaker side. this barely lasts 2h!! be prepared to reapply.

This is Deseo!!! Only even more coconutty than the original. I'm smelling them both right now on my arm and they're nearly the same. ONE opens with a strong, almost unbearable coconut blast but soon settles into a balanced and linear cashmere/woody beauty and remains unchanged for hours, while Deseo is more complex and not so much "right in your face" coconut from the start but the note prevails too. It's also a bit more floral (white floral) than ONE. But the differences are really tiny, I'd easily confuse these two😜

This is one of my favorite fall/autumn cold weather type perfumes. It’s very woody,lots of suede,oak moss,cedar,clear wood,sandalwood and Jasmine...I get hints of pink pepper and freesia. Absolutely no peach blossom or coconut that other people have mentioned in their reviews. Longevity and sillage are both moderate on me and this perfume is unisex in my opinion.

Received a set of samples for Christmas, including this ONE. Finally got to test it. First impression moments after spraying - Santal 33 by Le Labo! Only a bit less of a pickle juice, so I didn’t have to run to immediately wash it off. Still, there enough for me not to be a fan...

Cool. it's different. Quite woody straight up. Nice to see celebs mixing it up and moving away from constant cheap smelling fruit bombs. Give it a go, let it settle for a while, this one needs a good hour or two before it reveals all it is.

This is pretty, smells 'sparkly' which may be from the peppery notes? This isn't particularly unique and the longevity/ projection isn't anything special. It's pretty, but also smells like every other celebrity perfume. Not for me.

LOVE. Love the woodiness yet still pretty with floral and not heavy. The pink pepper and woodiness makes it a really nice daytime autumn/winter scent. I've not been disappointed with any Jennifer Lopez perfumes I've bought yet.

so woody definitely unisex, not sweet enough for me unfortunately but makes for a cosy smell on my dressing gown :)

Like with Promise, the star of the show in One is the creamy sandalwood; the sandalwood develops really quickly and I can't make up my mind if there is also some coconut milk in the opening to One as well, or if it's the mix of sandalwood and some other nutty note, maybe almond. Apart from the maybe coconut and the gentle whispers of the peach blossom, I can't identify anything I could confidently say is close to being a fruit note. To my nose, the quiet floral blend is the same as the floral heart of Promise; the jasmine and freesia are the only two that are immediately identifiable to me, but I'd strongly suggest that there is honeysuckle, orange blossom and possibly magnolia are veiled in the background. I hardly pick up the patchouli, just a delicate hint - surprising since Clearwood is a synthetic blend of a sweet & creamy amber and patchouli, so I would have expected it to strengthen the patchouli like it does to the sandalwood. The mix of various woods sort of blend into one big note after a while, but with the faint patchouli and salty musk of the suede accord, it all works. A unisex finish. As well as the expected similarity to Promise, One is actually very similar to a few past Jennifer Lopez fragrances - particularly Love & Light and Enduring Glow on me. I really like the balance between the creamy smoothness, soft fruit, quiet florals, the unisex undertones and nutty sweetness in here more than the blend in the previous releases though. Seasonless, ageless and it can be with day and night, for any occasion. I can't ultimately call One a major success since it is pretty much a rehash of some of the brand's past releases from unrelated lines, but it is nice and worth remembering if you see it on offer. I don't think that you need to rush out and pay full price for it though.

I just got a free sample of this. I read a couple of the reviews just now and I'm not getting coconut. I get a pink pepper linear woody fragrance. A mix of cedar oil and woody aroma chemicals to strengthen it. Now I'm getting the freesia but no peach blossom. The base is suede with some sandalwood aroma chemicals. I find this extremely masculine and don't see this as a female release at all. My husband is going to wear the sample. If you like woody cedar dominate fragrances this is ok but for a woman I like Aerin Lauder Cedar Violet better. To bad that has been discontinued. Lauder Cedar Violet is the same style as this but much better quality and more feminine execution while still keeping the cedar dominate fragrance. Another one I would recommend is the discontinued Avon Rare Emeralds. Very cedar heavy but feminine. Has been discontinued but easy to get and cheap in eBay. But it is more vintage. If you want modern get cedar violet instead. Vintage lovers go with Rare Emeralds.

I smelled and tested today on my wrist, at first I could barely smell anything, just alcohol, after 10 minutes it transforms a sweet flowery santal wood. I think it's very innocent and faint perfume, it projects really bad. I just tried this perfume, because I saw the Santal 33's comparison, but for my nose this scent is totally different, sweeter, "flowery" and feminine, very boring. It lasts enough long time (about 8 hours).

This smells unisex to me. I'm surprised it wasn't marketed as unisex. I feel like this is a distant cousin of Le Labo Santal 33. Very peppery upon first spray but then the multiple wood notes start to come forward. On my skin, this also has a something that smells like a classic men's cologne in some facet. This is not a bad scent, but I'm not a fan of super woody fragrances so I rate this one straight down the middle "ok".

This is for sale now in the USA. Through JC PENNY. I got a gift set of it. Not my typical bag of fragrance. However. As 99.9% of all Jlo perfumes are, this is really well done. The moss and oak wood are so strong. However. The musk and the freesia really shine. Then you get a beautiful soft suede and leather. Very unisex and very appealing. Not a love. But. Not a dislike. Very much a specific time for this. A solid 8/10.

with the first roast it smelled strongly of coconut, why I don't know, after a few minutes it smelled sweet and creamy. I was there as it slowly faded until it reaches a relaxed jasmine with peach blossom. for me it's 5/10, it's not so much the category it has, but it smells like a sweet cream that is nice for the skin. smells 5/10 bottle 10/10 longevity 5/10

Pretty and inoffensive. I couldn't quite put my finger on where I had experienced this fragrance before and then as I lay in bed with it lingering on my skin, it came to me!!! Fancy love by Jessica Simpson! It's almost identical. Unfortunately, it's another not so unique release.. so.. Still waiting for something that's never been done before .

I’m not a fan of strong pink pepper in fragrance but if you are then I think you’ll like this. The initial spray reminds me of the Kay Ali sweet diamond perfume. It’s not exactly a dupe but if you just want strong pink pepper like the Kay Ali one without the high price tag just get this. It’s good value for money

I’m not sure which note is at fault, but this leans very very masculine on me. It smells like an ex boyfriend of mine used to smell. Not unpleasant by any means, but not exactly what I was hoping for in this fragrance. Peppery and woody, with less of the floral/sandalwood vibe that I was expecting.

I've been reaching for this a lot recently. I really love this one. It's very woody, a bit spicy and a very cozy sweater weather scent. Wish it was longer lasting though, but a great cheapie.

it opens with coconut- just like creed virgin island, I'm surprised no one noticed the top note of the coconut !!! and is very similar to indi by Katy perry

All I could smell was the pink pepper for ages. It was ok when it had been on for a few hours but a bit cloying until that point.

Thanks to the prominent scents of woods and suede, this fragrance fits very well to be a unisex scent.

this has confused me SO much... I had a sampler of this in 2021 and it smelled AMAZING.. the scent has stuck with me and I could never stop thinking about it, it was vanilla-ish and musky and woody and amber, something like Private Show by Britney but more mature... it smelled STUNNING, but I never got around to buying it. I saw it on sale recently and decided to buy it in hopes of smelling the beautiful scent from that sampler, however my bottle absolutely stinks? I don't know if its a bad batch or if it was reformulated but it smells so bad... it lacks any of those beautiful warm notes I smelled in the sampler, it lacks any sweetness or musk or amber.. It smells purely like mens cologne set on fire.. it smells like a man wearing too much cologne who is burning.. maybe it needs to macerate but at the moment this perfume stinks.. the only note I get is pink pepper and a chemical smelling one at that..

I got a free spray sample sent to me. This unfortunately for me personally smells like a generic cashmere and coconut department store candle. I'm not a fan at all. The suede is what is making me smell cashmere. It's not an offensive perfume, it's just a very generic, Creamy and woody fragrance. I'm very much a sweet and fruity fragrance girl, so this is at the complete opposite end of my ideal fragrance notes. If you like warm, woody intimate scents, you'll possibly like this. Think Bath And Body Works Snowflakes And Cashmere body lotion and you're halfway there scent wise. This is an intimate scent, it's projection isn't great. Longevity at 3 to 4 hours on me. I'd class this as an autumnal scent. I wouldn't wear it again. Jennifer Lopez has launched some great fragrances, unfortunately this isn't one of them.

Whatever this was supposed to be is ruined by "leather" note that isn't leather but stuff I only know from stores with shoes and bags (CCC) where they probably spray fake leather with it. It has nothing to do with the scent of real leather. I also catch something like a fig sap note that I recently started noticing on people a lot. Oh, okay, I revisited a paper strip after 6 days, everything fake leathery disappeared and now it's a really good woody scent. I really really like it now, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to get through the sharp unpleasant opening.

Notes and reviews looked promising, however that was not the case. The scent is cheap mossy woody a bit of leather, not a very appealing scent. Looking at the composition it's deceiving. I am hoping JLo comes up with better stuff. Her original and My Glow I am the life fan of. Her other scents are on decline slope for my taste.

Mehhh. I bought this out of curiosity, because santal 33 is one of my favourite scent for years. But it was a huge dissappintment. The first sniff after spraying it ,it reminded me of s33 , but it turnes immediately coconuty, cheap, powdery. I am not saying it is bad, rather is just mehhh. Nothing special.

Received a sample of this and I did not expect it to smell so masculine. I remember my dad has cologne similar to this. Steer clear of this one because the bottle is so misleading
