Origino

Label's brand seems weirded, refers to mythological brother kings Jeroboam and Rehoboam on ancient bible ... In short, the brand is created by the owner of the famous niche store Jovoy Paris, and works exclusively with 1 perfumer. The notes are very simple; it starts with a chypre aromatic freshness and then gently transforms into deep accords of clean musk and wood. It doesn't surprise with its originality, as it's rather mainstream, but it does surprise with the quality of the fragrance itself, clearly superior to the designer. It's something to appreciate for personal enjoyment, not to impress anyone.

Ohhh I would love to smell this on a guy. This is soooo good, like bergamotte tea at first. Light and airy, clean and a little spicy. Then it becomes musky, and ohhh so sexy. A little wood and lots of spice in the dry down. It’s modern, fresh and well blended. Projection is strong, and the musky drydown litterally last for days!

It stands out of the Jeroboam line, It is fresh juniper and bergamot. Pretty classic men's perfume. It is not as dark as all others Jeroboam lol. It reminds Y of YSL eau de parfum version bc of the strong juniper. If you like clean fougere fragrances - safe blind buy.

A very nice unisex mild/hot weather scent with good projection and moderate longevity(5-6 hours). I got compliments wearing it.

So I started with what I figured was the signature scent from Jeroboam and what I got was pretty standard and in my opinion, more masculine focused stuff. Opens with juniper and lemon, before settling into a potent cedar groove, both sharp with synthetic muskiness and citrus with a hint of that nutmeg but generally a woody fresh scent. I liked it, Origino is modern and more suited to a man, but I didn't love it. I thought it lasted quite well too but quiet in terms of projection. I've no idea what Jeroboam scents cost but they look expensive and judging by this they are off to a lukewarm start with me.

I like it. Remember that the Jeroboam line is not an in your face, brash line. This is made by Jovoy but is not like the big, bold Jovoys. Those are all more intimate, close to the body and subtle scents. In that context, Origino delivers and is a well accented and balanced aura scent that doesn t really smell like anything else. Very pink pepper forward. One of the best pink pepper scents out there.

A clean, bright, fresh spicy scent centered around fresh cut juniper. Other notes I pick up: nutmeg, citrus and an obvious synthetic musk. Leans masculine with very light projection that could work in warm weather, though I would not wear it in humid conditions. This is my first Jeroboam fragrance and I like Origino but I’m not head over heels.

This is apparently the base of many Jeroboam fragrances. Don't expect anything too flashy. I don't really get any Juniper from it but it's kind of a mixture of a lot of things. Hard for me to pick anything out. Similar vibe as Silver Mountain Water as others have said.

It's a good smell, for me it's a mix between PDM Sedley and Percival, but lacks the personality of both of these. It's a beautiful smell, even a special one, but it's very forgettable. Still a good deal given the affordable price tag.

Listed as unisex but for me it's masculine leaning. A very pleasant scent. Bright, spicy, subdued citrus, woody and slightly powdery. Clean and although I liked it, it's ordinary. It smelled like men's body wash.

A really nice, spicy, fresh and peppery juniper. Not necessarily something I would wear myself, but I would like to smell it on a man. Performance isn’t great for Jeroboam prices, but it’s worth a respray.

A good but basic scent. I get Axe body spray vibes a bit, generic men's kind of scent. Someone in the reviews mentioned Silver Mountain Water, and it does have some similar characteristics to that.

Fresh and creamy musk with a kick of spice! Very nice, unisex leaning masculine

I’m not sure why no one has mentioned this, but on my skin, the dry-down smells just like Silver Mountain Water. This could be a more affordable alternative to it.

Wow what a boring and uninspiring body wash man smell, should not cost more than 20$ to be fair. Other than that, it is fine.

I don't enjoy this, sorry to say. It's watching-snails-race boring. A synthetic-smelling musk with IsoE and a strong citrus top note (I like citrus top notes to fade quickly, not stick around forever). Just a very bland fragrance. One of those uninspiring things that you can't say much else about.

Really dissatisfied with this fragrance, poor performance with zero projection. The scent itself also isn’t very pleasing. Tried 3 now from this house two was just bad and the oriental one was nice but not sure if i will pick up a full bottle yet.
