Be Beautiful

I tested this perfume in store (2015) and had to go back to get it the next visit. I had no idea what the notes were, but the listed notes above seem accurate. I was initially attracted to the bottle. It's very pretty and nothing awkward about it which I find can be annoying for more unique bottle shapes. I've always loved the jewel lid for this bottle, with the dangling charm. Overall, I'd say this fragrance is the best mixture of green, sweet fruity, aquatic and floral. It was so well balanced. Perfect for me in summer on humid days. Edit 2024: I tested DKNY Be Delicious and it was very similar to this. The only difference was Be Delicious is more crisp and citrus, whereas Be Beautiful was more sweet and juicy. I would say Jessica was inspired by DKNY if i hadnt read about what she was going for with Be Beautiful. Its all about the monsoon season in Darwin where she grew up, and that might be why i love it and connect with it so much because i grew up with Australian monsoons as well. Soooo sad I'll never be able to buy it again :(

This is a perfect fragrance for hot weather. It has decent silage and longevity and is easy to wear . While it is a fresh aquatic it is not sharp it has a certain warmth and depth to it. I find it to be a better quality fragrance than I was expecting for the very reasonable price. I have several aquatics as I wear them frequently in summer this one is sufficiently different that I have been reaching for this over the summer more often than I thought I would . My daughter is also now borrowing this for work .All round this is a great fragrance I love the concepts behind the bottle and fragrance the green sea blue skies and red earth and the scents of her home town Darwin .

Aptly named--its beautiful, and perfect for hot, hot days. This scent is a little reminiscent of Elizabeth Ardens Sunflowers for me, but with cucumber and green apple giving the summery note rather than melon, and slightly cooler/fresher and less sweet/golden as a result. Not quite as long lived, but good sillage for an aquatic. I don't feel the need to own this, as I have enough light aquatics, but it would be perfect for someone looking for a more contemporary and Australian twist on fresh, floral aquatic. Pretty bottle, too.

This is a very beautiful, soft day time smell. I found it very girly and seemed to be aimed for ages 14-25. At first it reminded me of watermelons, then after reading the perfume box description, the notes green apples and water lily came to mind. Another positive is, the bottle design. Simple and gorgeous, so it would great for putting display. It comes with a cute charm that includes a star, the letter J, a green bead. For the price, this perfume is is totally worth it!

Love, love this fragrance. Had to have it...fresh, classic, uplifting and confident. Perfect for hot weather, definitely not a cool weather scent for me. Adore the bottle and the woman herself, very inspirational. I look forward to her next perfume!

It's a beautiful scent, very fresh and very Australian, but there is a definite note of celery. It feels quite generic but the freshness really sets it apart from other florals. And the note of celery. Which gets stronger with wear. It sits very close to the skin, but it's lasting me pretty well.

I wish this fragrance would come back so I can try it again it’s been ages!

All celebrities take note this is how you have a perfume bottle! This bottle is very solid and the cap is lovely not cheap plastic. The smell on me smells very peachy,fruity but it reminds me of donna karan i love newyork which i also have. Smells like shampoo. I hated it whenever i tested it when it was first released i thought it was very loud and screechy but i was waiting in a store recently and decided to spray on my hand and it was sharp and an explosion of i dont know what but as it settled i thought wow i really like this it was only 18 dollars for large bottle so i grabbed one. Now i cant live without it i like it sprayed on my hair and on clothing. Staying power better on a warm day for me personally. By the way i love the artwork on the box and the nice little message from jess this is a very good first perfume for her i hope she releases some more cant wait to see what she can do.

A bought this the other day for a small price. Today in the chemist I tried on paper only DNKY BE Delicious and instantly though, 'Well I've already have that.' Probably DNKY is sharper in Apple and 'fresh' smell but BE Beautiful is more cool cucumbers. I wouldn't wear this on date night but If I was going to a job interview, this is perfect. this perfume says I'm fresh, up early, a summer person! Out the shower-y fresh. The Bottle is very nice. Little Charms, heavy Glass, nice faceted crystal like top. Scent 6/10 Bottle 9/10 longevity and silage a little low. I'm a fan of Jessica. Powerful voice, Beautiful Aboriginal Woman.

The gorgeous emerald fluid conjures the Torres Strait but Unfortunately the fragrance smells cheap and is not worthy of Jessica Mauboy. I was hoping for something tropical and fresh but smooth. Aquatics can tend to harshness but are lovely when mellow. That said Be Beautiful might prove popular with young girls in summer. It is a fruity floral that would look quite pretty on a dressing table.

Sprayed this on in store today on my wrists, and just like others I instantly thought DKNY Be Delicious! Been there, done that. That fresh, green apple/cucumber scent I used to love in highschool but unfortunately so over it now. I still have some of the DKNY leftover somewhere which I never use.

This is beautiful! I received this for Christmas and haven't stopped wearing it. I don't normally like green fragrances that much but this is fantastic. I only wish it lasted longer but its lovely to reapply. Highly recommended

"Why do you have to wear the expensive ACQUA di GIOIA when you're not going any place special" I groaned. "I'm not, it's the Jessica Mauboy" was the reply I got. well that shut me up.

I love the bottle for this perfume and the fragrance is just beautiful and light ready for summer in Australia. Can't wait to see what she brings out next

I tried it once and it was really nice. Very fresh. If I see it for a really good price I'll definitely grab it.

First spritz was DKNY be delicious.. Exactly the same. Just doesn't last as long and might be a tad lighter.
