Beware!!!! Highly addictive gorgeous poison. it makes MEN go CRAZY over you! it makes them want to sniff you and not let go. At the begining when i bought a bottle of it about 3 years ago.... I HATED IT! i have no idea why but i think i was expecting something else maybe? it felt "too rich" and old for me :- i was expecting something fun and "fantasy" like and instead i gotten a rich deep scent and i think my brain automatically rejected this simply because it failed my expectations. then years later i cleaned my huge perfume huge and decided to get rid of fragrances i dont wear....and this one went in the garbage. just when i was about to throw it away, i decided to take it out and give it one last try since i remembered all the positive reviews it had. THANK GOD I DID!!!! if i would have thrown it out.... i would loose my no.1 fragarance of ALL TIME. i would not have fell in love for ever and ever with this one. this fragrance is like crack, it is a drug and it will turn you into an addict... i have a BIG collection of perfumes and some are so high end that one of them is priced at 700$ for 1 ounce! trust me and belive me when i say this.... FANCY BY JESSICA SIMPSON IS **MY ALL TIME FAVORITE** FRAGRANCE. this flacon is enchanting, it is magical, it will put a spell on you and you will become addicted to it. this fragrance might only be 25$ for 3.4 oz but the smell of it is too good to be true. it has such an elegant fine scent that might make people believe it costs in the hundreds. and to top it all, it lasts and lasts and lasts. when you tell people its a 25 dollar jessica simpson fragrance they will not believe you. no other fragrance i have tried in my life smells this good! and its price is just laughable. it smells so good and complex and elegant that i would GLADLY pay 5-10 times its real retail price. this perfume is worth 250$ not 25$. it starts with a fresh watery fruity-floral sweet gourmand with its pear,caramel,apricot,gardenia,and red berries (i dont smell the jasmin though), and then slowly it evolves to become a warm vanilla musk coffie cream scent. gosh i love this forever and ever. this is what heaven smells like. i love this fragrance becuse it can suit a trashy bomb shell, a sweetheart southern bell,and a high fashion chic rich lady. its that versatile and that good. thank you jessica for bringing this to the world you devine lady. and thank you Alexis Dadier for creating this piece of magic.

Sweet, warm, fruity, caramel, vanilla, powdery, nutty, floral, fresh, feminine, sensual, seductive, flirty, charming, whimsical, dreamy, delightful, alluring, tempting, inviting, cozy, comforting On me this opens sweet, bright, and fruity with sweet syrupy pear, jammy apricot, tart red berries, rich and creamy caramel, powdery almond, and a touch of lush jasmine and gardenia. Once it dries down the fruity and floral notes fade some and intertwine with the rich caramel, powdery vanilla, warm amber, and creamy sandalwood, which take center stage. It’s warm, rich, and even comes off almost boozy, especially in the dry down. The notes that are the most prominent on me are the pear, red berries, caramel, vanilla, amber, and sandalwood I’m not usually very into celebrity fragrances (I do love Eilish and Sweet Like Candy), but this is one of my exceptions. It’s really well done, balanced and blended beautifully. It’s just so very pretty, and a really easy reach. I first fell in love with this back in my early 20s when it first launched. Looking back I can see how this helped with the start of the gourmand leaning trend, as well as my own love for gourmands. This does remind me of Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Gold Couture, which happens to be another love for me, especially around that time. This feels quite feminine, and like it will suit women of all ages. It doesn’t come off as juvenile like a lot of celebrity fragrances tend to. It’s perfect for the colder weather of fall and winter because it’s so sweet, warm, and cozy. This is suitable for most occasions from casual, to work and/or school, to date nights, ect. I get great performance with Fancy. The longevity is really good, it lasts 10+ hours on my skin. The projection is nice, it radiates out at least a few feet from me. It’s funny because I not usually into celebrity fragrances, but this one is just so good! Honestly, I think it’s actually pretty underrated, and not talked about, or recommended enough! It even fits in really well with today’s popular gourmands, despite having come out over 15 years ago! I get great performance with Fancy. The longevity is very good, it lasts 7+ hours on my skin. To all members using 'yuck' and other related words to describe this fragrance: Did you actually look at notes description and olfactive group type before your tried it and wrote comments that put me off from having dinner tonight? I didn't think so :-) I consider it rather obvious that a fragrance with majority of edible notes, including typical sweet gourmand notes would actually smell...hmmm...gourmand? I am not sure what some of you expected... Did you expect it to smell chypre or aldehydic? No! Probably becuase the fragrance was supposed to suit minority of us with a sweet tooth :-) Since I am not an aldehyde fan (to say the least), I stay clear from such olfactive group as I suspect any closer relationship with such fragrances would become a disaster of biblical proportions. I don't like the group and stay away from such fragrances. Simple as that :-) ----------------------------------------------------- To all of you Folks who, on the other hand, have as sweet tooth as me: This is a winner - let's give thanks to the manufacturer for making the atomizer so difficult to tamper with, as otherwise I would have drunk the whole 100ml in one go and begged for more. Fancy is absolutely tasty; I cannot imagine a better proportioned caramel, vanilla, berries and pear combo than this. Only Delicious Cotton Candy can be more gourmand than this :-) Fancy has also outstanding silage and lasting power, it is still very much detetctable after 6 hours and can be easily recognized within a 2-3 feet radius :-) The only downside is that I cannot imagine wearing it in hot summer days. On winter frosty mornings, however, it will take you to an enchanted place where your great grandma winks at you while taking the most delicious caramel cakes topped with almond flakes and berries from the oven...

I am not really into sweet fragrances. I like a lot of them but rarely use them. However, "Fancy" is an exception. I loved it for several reasons. Firstly, I do not find it juvenile. It is a mature and elegant gourmand fragrance which is a plus in my book. Secondly, It is strong yet toned down. No sharp notes, nothing synthetic about it. While the caramel note is the highlight of the fragrance, it is not sticky or toothachingly sweet. More of a salted caramel with some vanilla. The fresh, ripe apricot and pear are more prominent than the red berries that take longer to notice. The almond and floral accords are the most distant. They provide the freshness this fragrance needs and prevent it from causing headaches. Additionally, " Fancy" performs like a high-end fragrance. You do not need to concern yourself with carrying this chunky bottle in your bag. It projects for 6 hours with ease. I even get whiffs of it 8 hours later. The scent lasts an entire day on my hair and clothes. When I take a shower in the morning, I can still tell I was wearing this the previous day. While it is a little pricier compared to other celebrity perfumes, the amount you get is massive and the overall quality is unprecedented. The votes above are pretty accurate. Last but not least, the package is very easy on the eye. Jessica and perfumers did a fabulous job. They nailed it in every single aspect. Creating an affordable fragrance that is sweet enough, smells expensive and has considerable longevity is not an easy feat. I consider this a safe blind-buy and great potential gift for both teenagers and grown women alike.

I have already reviewed this perfume years ago but recently I repurchased it (I've only repurchased 7 perfumes among +600 perfumes I have had so take that as you will) and I still adore it. not only one of the best celebrity perfumes but also one of the best caramel fragrances in general. Fancy is very yummy but it's also totally ageless, not juvenile even a bit. I can notice all of the listed notes in different stages of it's development. opens with lots of caramel and sweet,syrupy fruits(apricot, peach, pear). then tart redberries cut through the thick sweetness and gardenia enters the show. dry down is vanilla+caramel+a touch of powder+a pleasant but very soft white floral accord. OMG this is so delicious all through it's life. it's a lot sweeter on my skin than clothes or paper because on paper there's some sourness due to the redberry explosion in the opening. I love almond but it wasn't too almondy on me. I believe it's worth a lot more than it's price because it's pretty long lasting, isn't linear and boring and doesn't smell cheap. I also own and like VLJ Gold but I find Fancy more complex and more interesting I highly recommend you to try it if you're into fruity-floral-gourmands Edit: I love layering Fancy with Flowerbomb. rounds Flowerbomb's sharp edges with caramel and vanilla and makes it even sweeter and boosts the longevity and sillage a lot

Jessica Simpson Fancy - Love it! I finally got a hold of a smaller size, 15 ml to try BC I've been wanting to try it for forever as I love gourmands. The first time I smelled it I didn't really like it, I was expecting caramel sweetness, but I got a sickly too-rich sweetness. Over time I have grown to love it, it reminds me of Lush's Honey I Washed The Kids/Bumble Bee moisture/exfoliator bar. It's more of a toffee scent than caramel. There is a sweet syrup thickness/boldness. The fruit notes aren't really noticeable to me, if there is a pear note it'd be a bit similar to Lush's pear, but not strong enough. I can't detect the florals, but maybe they stop the fragrance from being too sickly sweet and wearable. I thought Juicy Couture Gold and this would smell the same, but they don't Fancy is more gourmand and Gold is softer with a slight floral. I think it might be on the same scent family as Burberry Brit. It's not for everyone as it is sweet and would be better for colder months, I'd wear it during the daytime and night, but it would be a very sexy date night scent. The sillage is good at arms length+, I get a yummy waft every once in a while, a nice bold perfume. I would keep if gifted and I might buy another small bottle once I run out. Ages 25-35 and feminine. avoid over spraying BC it could get cloying.

This is a beauty that never gets old. I happen to have a mini spray bottle that I finished up quickly. The first spray is a sweet but mature 'spring' time fruit bowl of pear and peach or apricot. This sweetness does not last very long but it is delicious as an intro. Then it gets into the spiciness of caramel and almond, almost like chocolate. This is definitely big on the caramel. It is buttery and warm and sweet but not in a little girly girl way. Then the white floral notes come through. Gardenia and jasmine are subdued but totally there and enveloping you in their floral beauty. The caramel is still somehow there now making the flowers seem like floral candy, but also mingling with an amber and minimal dose of sandalwood. This is a balanced and very well composed fruity floral amber perfume. This also seems to change quickly from day to night and spring to autumn. The opening is spring time the dry down is fall. It is fancy but wearable and casual like something to put on with a warm coat scarf and leather gloves for winter wardrobe. It is gentle and subtle. It is all the things I like in a perfume that changes itself - sweet, fruity, floral, ambery, spicy, woodsy. I still order this stuff online. Good for staying at home on a cozy relaxed Sunday but also good for a Starbucks coffee date. I love it so.

IN A SENTENCE: the very best the mid 2000’s celebrity fragrance era/craze has to offer. What other praise could I give her? She is cheap, she is scrumptious, she is everlasting. Okay? What more could you want? Seriously, if you like sweet feminine gourmands and being nice to your wallet, you could not dream up a better fragrance. It’s the quintessential (kind of slutty lol) crowd-pleasing sweet profile men supposedly go crazy for, but it still has a comfy vibe to it that adds a layer beyond sensual appeal that feels fun and great to embody. Not sophisticated by any stretch, but still yummy and carefree. It’s cozy. It doesn’t try too hard. It’s heavy with the caramelized brown sugar vibes, so definitely a fragrance more fit for fall and winter. The fruits give it a clean edge (and yes, it can read a bit shampoo-y). The only negative thing I can think to say is that it does have a harsh alcohol opening. Just give it 5 minutes on the skin to develop. Did I mention it lingers for the gods? Because it does. Dionysus can smell this shit from all the way back in time. The longer it lingers, the more warm and caramelized it becomes.

What can I say?? Fancy is that gworl! There’s something about this scent. All the notes mix very well together and I have not been able to find another scent that comes close to it for me personally, nor would I want to - it’s perfect. I’ve tried literally all the different variations/releases and I love most of them but OG Fancy is the top one! It became my second signature sent back in middle school and it’s been my go to ever since. She nice & sweet, heavy yet sensual and kind of deep but not at the same time. Good for going out, date night, warm or cold weather. Sillage: is great on me. I can walk in somewhere and this smell caries throughout my path. It also lasts a long time on me as well. I will say the travel size for some reason may need reapplying, almost comes off lighter? I also notice the color is lighter than the bottle so that could have something to do w/ it I haven’t noticed before til now (I bought the set and got the travel size for the first time, which comes in handy when out & possibly forgot to spray something), but the regular bottle lasts me at least 8+ hrs.

I have 3 Fancies, I love this but will get more wear time with Forever bc several factors. This is a good fragrance, fruity opening, a lil powdery almond. The caramel & vanilla are rich helping produce a warmness. This smells like gold, like if gold had a smell. This is sweet, warm, cozy yet sensual. The projection is strong for several hours, then it settles in to an intimate bubble. It sticks to my skin better than most celeb frags. I wore for the bed test & it was still very present this morning. Fancy is a strong one, but that also means I will be limited to cool to cold weather wear. We just had the coldest Winter in 15 years, could be that long for another. So I am limited on when I can wear. I will be able to wear to bed, but it has already reached 80 with humidity 3 times this month. The bottles are Fancy, so pretty. My cat is named Fancy, so I had to get the Fancy perfumes🤭Of my 3 this is in the middle. Not bc of its smell, but bc of limitations on wear time. If you love a good vanilla, this is a good inexpensive Fancy buy. 10/10

This fragrance puts me in a great state of happiness nostalgia like the voters said it. Garner’s so many compliments from men and women are very pretty, flirty, warm and comforting day or night fragrance are very safe fragrance to wear to work or out and about I actually bought a bottle at Burlington, not too long ago because the fragrance is permanently in my memory and gives me all positive vibes absolutely nothing wrong with this one super mass appealing definitely not overbearing or offensive in anyway creamy sweet Light fruity warm, all the good things.I don’t care what celebrity name is on the fragrance if I like it, I like it and this one gets me the compliments and makes me feel very happy when I wear it I wish I wore it more. I have so many bottles in my collection but she’s still right on a top shelf all the memories I get when I smell it. I was just a young hottie back then now I’m an old hottie Lol well say I’m a mature, sexy mama with an ever evolving obsession for fragrance.

I’ve been loving my Vanilla fragrances, so I found it crazy how Fancy - an inexpensive, less than $20. bottle of perfume - last much, MUCH LONGER than Hufflepuff ($360.) or Burberry Goddess ($100-170.) In fact, (very rare) do I need to be properly moisturized for Fancy to perform all day. When it comes to the other said vanillas, I must exfoliate with vanilla shower gel & moisturize with a vanilla body oil & vanilla body cream, topped with a fine fragrance mist PRIOR to the actual vanilla fragrance of the day. I feel like it’s a forgotten fragrance bc it’s so inexpensive but add this juice to a Xerjoff or Roja bottle & it could easily be sold - and would - at niche prices. Fancy is absolutely worth having in your collection. It’s a great year round, gourmand fragrance. MY favorite layering products that goes well with Fancy: B&BW Wrapped in Vanilla, Fireside Flurries, Midnight Amber Glow, Sweet Whiskey Victoria’s Secrets - Bare Vanilla or Star Smoked Amber

Absolutely beautiful sweet vanilla gourmand fragrance!😍 I’ve been a fan for over 10 years! It’s a classic to me and will always have a place in my collection! I really pick up on the vanilla, caramel, almond, amber, and sandalwood notes, and I do notice a soft fruity floral side as well! It’s such a lovely fragrance... beautiful, sweet, and flirty! I get excellent performance with Fancy, which makes it even more of a great deal for the price! The longevity is incredible, I can still smell it on me the next morning! The projection is great as it radiates out a few feet from me! I’m a huge vanilla gourmand fan and I always recommend this for vanilla and gourmand lovers! Fancy has become one of my go to Gourmand fragrances. I admit, I didn't give it a fair chance when I first bought it a couple of years ago.....but with time it has become an absolute favorite (and one I keep backup bottles of!). I wouldn't normally describe a fragrance as delicious, but this one literally smells like a heavenly caramel dessert. I'd say I do get slight florals at first spray, but I can't quite pinpoint what notes I pick up. After about ten minutes though, the caramel is pretty much front and center. The amber and vanilla in the base really elevate the sweetness, while the Sandalwood adds a slightly spicy touch. Performance is really good - I get about five hours on skin, and even longer on clothes. I've received a compliment while wearing this as well, so that makes me happy. Fancy is a keeper, and I hope to always have a bottle in my collection.

ummm Jessica idk what you put in this but IM OBSESSED this is currently my favorite perfume right now. it smells so good oh my gosh i could literally eat it. (i usually don't feel that way about perfumes) in the beginning, this perfume is so juicy. a blast of fruitiness (apricot and red berries) with a lot of sweetness, like caramel drizzled on top and almond chopped up and put on top of that. i do get some floral notes (i don't like floral notes) but it's blended so well that it isn't even that bad. and in the end, i get caramel, vanilla, and amber. it's just so beautiful and i will be getting the full set of this because i just loveee it omg. it lasts about a good 5 hrs on me. i also spray it on my clothes so that makes it last longer but im gonna get the full set and see if it lasts even longer than that. thank you Jessica for this perfume lol 🫶🏾

I’ve never been a Jessica Simpson fan.. Like, at all! But I kept seeing this perfume pop up online with rave reviews, so I finally gave in. After looking up the notes, it seemed right up my alley. It arrived today, and honestly? It’s wonderful. Not exactly what I expected, but still really lovely. On me, it opens with a juicy pear note that lingers surprisingly long before settling into this soft caramel/almond/vanilla sweetness with a powdery touch. Sweet, but not cloying. The bottle is pretty too and weighty (though I’ll admit, I’m a little embarrassed to own something Jessica Simpson related 😅 but hey, that’s not what matters). It’s definitely a great value. I wouldn’t call it a full-on gourmand, it’s missing a bit of that cozy warmth I was hoping for, but I’ll keep testing it to see how it develops over time.

I really like this, it's very comforting. I know this sounds strange but it reminds me of my Grandparent's house from my childhood. I have no idea why? I wonder if it was something my Grandpa used, my Grandma moved after he passed and it doesn't remind me of her new home. I'm really not sure how to describe it exactly, the best I can do is a brown sugar baking scent mixed with a light floral perfume an older relative wore. It's just very cozy to me. I could see how it might be "old lady" to some but I love it. It's baking cookies at Grandma's house. My nice sweet Grandma who baked, not my mean alcoholic Grandma, her house just smelled like stale Lucky Lagers and wet dog. I think it's safe to say no one would want to smell like mean Grandma's house, but I don't know your life.

I’ve had this perfume for months now. It’s my absolute favorite. It is the lONGEST lasting perfume I’ve ever had, whether on my skin, fabric or a cotton ball the scent lasts for at least 4 days and then some. it smells pretty good in the bottle. More white floral scent in the bottle, but it smells amazing on my skin, like a light warm cookie but not too sweet. Sometimes I get almost a whiff of cinnamon pastry even though there’s no cinnamon notes. It’s not super strong/ overwhelming, the scent blows in the wind but doesn’t radiate to where it could be bothersome for some people. My last signature scent got discontinued, I hope this one doesn’t meet the same fate as it’s actually a better perfume In terms of how long it lasts, than the one I had previously. 11/10
