Fiend

It's a pretty fragrance but I don't find it to be groundbreaking in any way, and the price point is too high for what it is, in my opinion. It is blended very well. It's a musky, beautiful tyger lily, amber scent. I don't get much sage. It's fresh with depth from the amber and woods. I'm on the fence about the flacon. I like the white and pink theme. The quilted flacon is nice. Not crazy about the "lips" cap nor the font she chose. The scent doesn't match the flacon. Overall it's a lovely scent. Quite unlike her previous fragrances. If you can find it discounted somewhere, I'd say grab it.

This was on clearance for $8 at Marshall’s today. I’ve been eyeing it for a few weeks, and recalled reviews that led me to believe it would be promising. When I sprayed it on me... boy is it similar to SJP Lovely! And I love Lovely! This is a wear any time, any where scent. This has to be the ugliest bottle topper, in my opinion. I appreciate the white quilted-look bottle, but what a wasted opportunity with that hideous cap! The name “Fiend” also doesn’t fit the scent (IMO). Definitely a fizzy musk!

Definitely different in the celebrity offerings. Its not super sweet , it is very much like narcissiso rodriguez and lovely by sarah jessica parker. I find its a creamier version of lovely. Smells very high end designer. If it was a gucci all yall would be praising it, but since its Jessica yall be just hating

Intimate hot sexy musk, compare to Glossier You or JHAG not a perfume, but with earthy,herbaceous gypsy water vibes.

Complete dupe of Narciso in the white bottle but sweeter, crossed with Cavalli just for Her

Slightly herbal skin musk. Learning from trial and error that I love a sage note. The sage gives this a slightly unisex edge. It is not boring at all, there is something unexpected about this even though it is a your skin but better kind of perfume. Guess Seductive Noir also features a sage note but they are nothing like one another, Seductive Noir has vanilla and is heavier, this is more like a not too sweet drugstore musk mixed with a tiny bit of a masculine sage cologne and some distant woods. Like you're wearing a man's sweater with leftover cologne on it and you yourself are wearing a floral white musk. Reminds me a little of Indi by Katy Perry too. The bottle is absolutely ridiculous, not my taste at all but I don't care if I like what is inside and I do. The bright pink glitter disco lip and stark white bottle does not match the scent. I was expecting this to be a fruity floral or a sweet gourmand, based on the color and almost did not pick it up. The bottle should be a gentle earthy green or greige. Fiend and Guess Seductive Noire are both nudging me to explore sage notes in perfumery. I like the cleanness and element of warm outdoors it gives since we don't have wild sage growing where I live. Sage is unfamiliar to me and the novelty sparks my interest. Lasts and projects moderately at least 6 hours, longer as a skin scent.

My wife blind bought this one at a Rack Store on a whim. I thought she picked a dud at first, I honestly could not smell it off a strip or when she sprayed it on her wrist. We were shopping later, when I kept getting whiffs of something familiar. Then it hit me, it reminded me of JHAG Not a Perfume, and I was getting the whiffs when she would walk in front of me. It's remarkable the sillage on this one, 15 mins later a Lady walked up to her to ask in broken English what her perfume was. I've given her samples of Not a Perfume, got my niece a full bottle, that I can smell off paper, and on skin. I've never seen this level of sillage from Not a Perfume. More than worth the rack store price.

I just got the large bottle of this after having passed it up. There were still a couple left when I went back to TJ Maxx, so I picked it up. It's different, in a good way. It's a little bit like the way far dry down of Narciso Redriguez or Sarah Jessica Parker's Lovely, only better. I own both those and struggle with the musk not in them. This however is lovely. It's not a smells alike, but it has the same vibe as Katy Perry's Indi, which I also really like. The bottle is kitschy and tacky, but that sort of makes it fun. The scent does not match the bottle scent at all to me. I'm glad I got it.

I don’t know what it is about Fiend, but I could not stop sniffing myself throughout the day. It seems like such a simple fragrance, but there is something alluring and calming that makes it so much more. I really enjoy it.

Grabbed this at TJMaxx $9! And it’s worth every penny. Very clean. Fresh. Appealing. - smells like an expensive hotel soap - or a hotel lobby. Maybe not a Hilton but at least a Hampton inn or holiday inn express 😂💅🏽

This is barely, only barely, a perfume. This is even less than a skin scent. It’s a whiff. An idea. A whisper. A simple, musky smell for the 3 minutes you can actually smell it. But the juice ain’t worth the squeeze for 3 minutes, amiright?

This fragrance has no smell whatsoever!!! I thought i was going crazy so i made 3 other people smell it and none of them could smell it either. I feel like i just paid for a bottle of water. It’s so odd!!!

For starters, the bottle alone is eye catching. It's different from what Jessica usually puts out, and it could possibly be because Jessica partnered with Hampton Beauty for this fragrance instead of Parlux Fragrances, whom she has been with since Fancy(2008) up to Fancy Forever(2020). Upon first spray, i get a powdery, soft blend of Orris, Musk and Sage, and that's pretty much what I'm able to detect from this fragrance. It sits very close to my skin, which made think it wouldn't last more than 2 hours. But surprisingly, i got a good 5 hours on my skin. Fiend is nice on it's own, but i think this would make an awesome pairing scent. I have a few fragrances in mind that i could pair this with. It's inoffensive and definitely safe for the work environment. The only minor con about this fragrance is how cheap the cap feels. You have this lovely, heavy, detailed glass bottle with a cheap plastic cap. But the juice is what's important. It didn't meet all of my expectations, but it didn't disappoint. For $60, you get a pretty decent fragrance, though it doesn't quite suit the name and packaging. Just looking at the name and bottle, you expect something more young, bold and playful. But this is suitable for people of all ages, both male and female. Overall, I'm satisfied with this fragrance and I'm anxious to see what other fragrances are to come from Jessica Simpson and Hampton Beauty.....and/or Parlux lol. Scent: 7/10 Packaging: 8/10 Performance: 8/10

The Fiend bottle is unsightly, IMO, but this is a really nice, beautiful scent. I don't think the name of this perfume matches its composition at all. Fiend is very light, feminine, and pretty-almost innocent in nature. I see where some reviews indicate a soft, soapy scent too, but this is not a vintage soapy scent either--it's very wearable in 2023! I use the bottle without the lid and I'm even considering covering the name LOL! I'm sorry, it's just not a sophisticated presentation at all! However, a great everyday scent to reach for and for all occasions / easy for office wear, too. I picked this up at TJ Maxx for $8, but I would have probably paid more. I agree with all of the "smells like" comparisons, too, if you're looking for an idea about the scent. Fiend also reminds me a lot of Sylvaine Delcourte's Donvana or Florentina perfumes (can't think of which is closer).

I love the new Jessica Simpson perfume Fiend it resembles the Lakeside Sunrise and Bergamot Waters Candle from Bath and Body Works the only difference to me is that you can smell the sage in this perfume, that's what makes it different. This perfume is definitely different than the perfumes she released early on when she first released perfumes. This is definitely grown up, upper 20s to at least early 30s. If you liked Fancy Nights most likely you will enjoy Fiend. Fiend is like what Sarah Jessica Parker did when she released Stash a few years ago. This is definitely a departure from her more sweet perfumes from the early 2010's as well. I should have Fancy Forever soon. Ever since she released Signature she has gone completely in a different direction with perfumes. My favorite perfume by Jessica Simpson is Fancy Love.

Like others in the comments, I got this on a whim at a discount store for about $12 USD. I wouldn't describe this as a traditional celebrity gourmand scent but it's a nice departure from the sweet florals I have collected over the years. Fiend by Jessica Simpson is a musky soft fragrance which sits close on the skin. I wished it projected more because it is so pretty and almost addictive. I think it's best paired with body oil or lotion which helps the lasting power...I can get 8+ hours if I over spray but you can go nose blind after an hour. Really like this one and it is crazy affordable considering how lovely it is.

Narciso meets Glossier You. Soapy, slightly boozy in the opening like vodka, then becomes lotiony and then soapy. I like it a lot. it's really pleasant but yes, it's like water. It's so so light. Definitely a skin scent but a really lovely skin scent. The bottle is beyond cheap, the rhinestones are actually sticky from the glue when you pull the cap off. But I just purchased a 3.4 oz bottle at tj maxx for $10 lol so no complaints here. It would be a great bedtime scent or good for layering. That your skin but better kind of smell. Very popular right now.

Gosh this is a beautiful “not a perfume” type of skin musk, clean musk, a touch sweet, like a fuzzy white blanket, it’s addictive BUT it doesn’t last, and the bottle is... look at that bottle, lol. I’m happy to have it, I wish it lasted longer. But what can you expect for around $12. I need to try over-spraying like crazy and seeing how it wears and lasts that way, at that price it doesn’t hurt to try. Overspraying doesn’t do much, a much stronger alcohol scent as it dries down.

Not a Perfume door! With a hint of Narciso for her edt or a SJP Lovely “lite edition” Edit: when it comes down to a cut-throat declutter, the bottle is too unsightly and hideous. Do I really want to shell out another $8, the same price as this perfume just to get the juice out it’s... Jessica Simpson really said eff you to us.

I got this for $10 at my local Marshall’s and it was a total blind buy WIN. I love it. I haven’t smelled You or NR so I can’t compare, but it does remind me somewhat of Armaf Futura La Femme, which I also love, and like Myth Ellis Brooklyn. This will be in my usual rotation for the summer.

Boring Perfume. Barely there. Love Fancy and Fancy Love but Fiend, Taking it back because not even worth the $10. I spent for the tacky 3.4 oz bottle. will keep trying her other fragrances. This one is less fragrant or discernable than Rose water.

I just bought this today. For the price I am happy. However, I might return if I can because it disappears too quickly. Beautiful scent. It reminds me of Banana Republic Black Platinum almost exactly. It is a shame it does not project or last. 😐

If you like the original Narciso Rodríguez you’ll like Fiend. Jessica Simpson basically duped it lol I do have to say it’s a sugared-floral version of NR.

I just bought one and same! I am not anosmic lol. I think the bottle is old and the scent faded with time. I don’t know what else to think!
