Arabian Nights Eau de Parfum

I'm so sad right now writing this review... I spent a year between 2015 and 2016 living in Thailand. Returning back home, a stopover found me in Qatar. Due to various small flight schedule modifications since I had bought the tickets, I had to stay almost 3 days in Qatar. Etihad Airways covered hotel price, but let's go to the point. During those days with nothing to do, I smelt Arabian Nights EDT for the first time. Instant love for me, deep and opulent oriental smell with some darkness, but a perfect reinterpretation in my opinion, is an oriental bomb with enough western vibe to make it enjoyable for the people around you in your country. Nothing goes too far, but at the same time you have nothing to compare it to in your favorite perfume store. The bottle is really gorgeous, but I couldn't care less at that time. The more time you spend in this hobbie, the more you care about small details that make your collection unique. What comes to my mind is a very similar base to Dior Homme Intense, with an oriental mix between sandalwood, patchouli and soft guaic/agarwood. But you can still get vetiver darkness in the background, pretty similar but way softer than Encre Noire Sport. Wet dark vetiver, I would say. As I'm Spanish like Jesús del Pozo, I thought I could find it in my country at a better price. Retail price was around 100$, and I didn't want to exchange more money because of the killer commissions. I took a strip with me, and I remember smelling it every time I opened my bag for a long time. Back in Spain, I discovered you can buy any JdP fragrance at a great price... Except Arabian Nights, no one knew anything about it. After a long adventure, I found in my city a small boutique that could import this on demand. They said they'd call me after a couple of days. That same afternoon they called me and offered me EDP Private Collection version at 120€, and EDP + EDT version discounting 70% of the EDT with the combo... WHAT?! EDP available for this hidden gem? I responded something like this in Spanish: shut up and take my money! The fragrances arrived first week of April. You can check my profile, I own various called "powerhouses" for some users. I consider I don't have any powerhouse, my skin drinks perfume like crazy, so projection and longevity of fragrances like 2011 Aventus, 2007 Dior Homme Intense, Tuscan Leather, Montale Soleil de Capri or Sauvage barely give me 8 hours of scent life, more than half that time very close as skin scent. I'm not kidding, EDP gives me around 3-4 hours longevity, and less than an hour with decent projection, while EDT outperforms most fragrances I mentioned. It's up there with House of Sillage N.003 and M. Micallef Emir, my two longer lasting perfumes. After 5-6 hours stays as skin scent for a long time but is still perceivable in the air and when you move not only for others, but for yourself too. I don't think I've said clearly enough how extremely rare is that for a fragrance on my skin... This goes directly to my top 10 all time favorites and top 3 for colder days/nights, with some time this could reach even top 5 ATF, but right now the weather is too hot to use it more often. It's the cheapest best smelling fragrance I probably have. The cheapest-longer lasting ratio is not a 'probably' thing, is for sure. It remembers me the first time I tried some niches samples while thinking 'ok, that's why they're so expensive, it's all about the smoothness you get from first sniff until it disappears making you want to experience it again'. A blend that inspires you and is still likeable for people around you, I think is what most people is looking for here. PS: I could have bought two edt bottles for around 15-20€ more than the combo of EDP + EDT and I'd be so happy even paying retail price. Next month I will buy 2-3 more bottles to keep them safe from reformulations or discontinuation, and Jesús del Pozo will never get another euro from me ever again. PS 2: that black and gold coloured bottle looks SO tacky for men imho. I don't know if it is an older version, at least they changed it to a better black and brilliant blue version before I discovered it. Another reason to hate the EDP that I bought without knowing anything about it and is all gold coloured, but maybe I just want to hate it more haha.

Living in Dubai, UAE, I have the opportunity to sample a lot of fragrances. We have the usual European and American fragrances in the major retail outlets, as well as the indigenous Arabic perfumes obtained through a host of Gulf-based perfume houses, each with their own characteristic styles and fragrances to appeal to the massive market for fine fragrances in this region. It is no exaggeration to state that I am spoiled for choice and even within a few kilometres from my house, I can obtain the best of designer, niche and local fragrances (mukhallats, attars, etc) as I wish. Indeed, it is a terrible temptation.... :) Every now and then, however, a cross-over product appears...one which tries to merge something from Western and Middle Eastern perfume traditions to give an expression which is greater than the sum of its parts. Needless to say, the history of perfumery is littered with the wreckage from this risky Franco-Arabian stratagem ... But once in a while, one such adventure succeeds. J. Del Pozo's Arabian Nights EDP For Men is a fragrance from a Spanish fragrance house that is hardly a household name for male perfumery. In 2010 they decided to launch this EDP to the Gulf market in a move which could be considered contrarian at best. Does the Gulf need yet another oud-based fragrance? Even a European oud-based fragrance? And one can see the result of this here on Fragrantica: still less than 100 ratings in four years and most reviews concerned about where they can get their hands on the fragrance. As I write, the last review was written six months ago . So altogether, Arabian Nights seems to have been a failure. Even here in Dubai - the centre of the vortex of regional perfumery - the fragrance seems to have nearly disappeared. And yet, as we are living through a time when an enormous focus of the perfume industry seems to be on what to do with this most significant contemporary note - oud - we also seem to be seeing this most beautiful, enchanting and gorgeously blended oud fragrance for men slip under the radar....And truly, Arabian Nights is an oud-based oriental woody fragrance which is like no other. In my sampling of oud here in Dubai I have smelled out both natural oils and synthetic notes, Western and Middle Eastern products, some very old oils and some very contemporary offerings. All in all, when considering the vast majority of oud fragrances, it is obvious that they resolve themselves into two camps - politely known as the 'medicinal' and the 'barnyard' ouds. Were you to spend any time with these you would realise the potency of what is meant. Arabian Nights has oud at its base and it is unquestionably the major note, but the support afforded by saffron, amber and the underlying woods offers a fragrance which may have obtained 'oud-perfection'. Even the rose which can otherwise complicate an oud fragrance for men is here done so well as to be just softly suggestive in the background. It is just gorgeous and seems to get the amount of oud just perfectly right in the blend. Again, if you are interested in oud fragrances, be it those of the Montale, Mancera, TF, Armani Prive lines and others, I would highly recommend you try out this fragrance. Probably the best oud-based fragrance I have sampled from dozens over many years.

Arabian nights A name that has a clear and explicit meaning. And the bottle design show more explicit and clearer meaning. Fragrance is oriental to the core, it is almost became an icon in the world of oriental perfumes. As for the meaning of the name, it definitely refers to the hills , intimacy ,singing ,incense and fruits nights, And it appears like an expressional image of Thousand and one nights , and although it is aspersian origin but the image is not for stories, it is for a SHARIAR palace , about the design it is architectural simulated as the The Holly Kabba model , and it seems that perfume makers imposing aura of holiness about this amazing fragrance for the unique place in Arab and Muslims hearts who are always loving and looking for the sanctified house of Allah (al-Kaba ) Oud ..sandal .. Amber.. Musk ... guaiac wood There is no doubt that all these mighty notes are Arabian and oriental to the core and predicts for unusual emanation and impressive stability. But if the perfume notes stopped at this point, it will become bleak choking and dark like you put your head inside a huge royal censer, so you don’t have a comfortable breath. lebdanum... a wild and hard Andalusian plant protect itself against summer heat, its leaves and branches are coated with arichy fragrant resin , from which a precious absolute lebdanum has been extracted since ancient times , it has a warm , enveloping and sensual scent and it has been used in the treatment of some diseases especially in common cold. Cedar ... it is the famous tree which decorate the Lebanon flag and its lumbers has a distinctive aromatic and spicy odor which involved in the manufacture of many perfumes and especially in the fragrance base because of its distinctive stability. Roses, Patchouli and Vetiver are the famous aromatic components that there is no doubt about their refreshment effect when its is involved in any perfume manufacture. All these notes allowed the oriental perfume to appear balanced, comfortable and amazingly acceptable in the past i was in a clear enmity with the oriental perfumes, and it seems that the guilt was in these perfume makers for lacking proficiency in the art of synthesis and presentation. DEL POZO gets me out of this culture and taught me not to take in advance action of a large aromatic school, widly demanded like the oriental school without entering from the right door. I recommend using this perfume in these beautiful Spiritual atmospheres Best wishes

Looking through these reviews, I can't help but think that half the people writing reviews did not receive the real product, or are confusing this Arabian Nights with another scent with a similar name (Ie: the person who compared it to Encre Noir, which is like comparing Aqua Di Gio to something like Serj Luten's Musc Kublai Khan -- a comparison which makes no sense)... Anyway. I purchased this bottle in Kuwait, with no doubts about its authenticity (serial number checks out). I have attempted to purchase this scent from eBay twice before (around 2 years ago when I was first introduced to the scent and I was ripped off both times -- once, the seller disappeared with my money, and the second time, I received a blatant counterfeit). As they say though, the third time is a charm, and I have finally received the real thing. Anyway, here it goes: The first spray: This scent is very potent when it hits the skin, but the initial scent is a little misleading. Yes, it is opulent, but the initial balmy scent dies down within just a couple minutes (perhaps less). Once the alcohol/balmy scent of the initial spray goes away, after a minute or so, the true scent emerges -- and it is the most beautiful combination of scents: evoking images of desert landscapes. The smell of Oud is front and center, flanked by what I can only describe as the smell of freshly picked roses and Saffron, giving way to the base-notes of Mediterranean and North African spices (which reminds me of my time in Cordoba)... Perhaps this scent is my favorite because it is strongly linked to nostalgic memories, but I will say that pretty much every single time I wear this scent, I get compliments on it left and right. The sillage on this scent is unlike any other EDP I have tried. It is not so much 'in your face' but it subtly permeates the air of any room and the longevity is among the best non-oil perfumes I own. (Sillage 7.5/10 and Longevity 9/10) If you can find this scent from a reputable vendor, you should purchase it while you still have the opportunity to do so. It is currently on sale online from a couple reputable websites for around $100 + $10 shipping to the US

الليالي العربية اسم له مدلول واضح و صريح . و تصميم للزجاجة له مدلول أوضح و أكثر صراحة . العطر شرقي حتي النخاع حتى يكاد أن يكون أيقونة في عالم العطور الشرقية . أما عن مدلول الاسم فإنه يشير قطعاً إلى ليالي السمر و الألفة و الغناء و البخور و الفاكهة . و كأنها صورة تعبيرية لألف ليلة و ليلة – و إن كانت فارسية النشأة - و لكن الصورة ليست للأساطير و إنما لقصر شهريار . أما التصميم فإنه محاكاة للنموذج المعمارى للكعبة المشرفة . و كأن صناع العطر يفرضون هالة ٌ من القداسة حول هذا العطر ليتفرد مكانه في قلوب العرب و المسلمين حباً منهم و شوقاً دائماً لبيت الله الحرام . العود.. الصندل .. العنبر .. المسك..أخشاب الغاياك . لا شك أن كل هذه النوتات الجبارة عربية و شرقية حتى النخاع و تنبؤ بفوحان غير اعتيادى و ثبات مبهر . لكن لو توقفت نوتات العطر عند هذا الحد لأصبح العطر قاتماً خانقاً أشبه بأن تضع رأسك داخل مبخرة ملكية كبيرة فلا تملك أنفاسك بارتياح . ( لابدانوم ) نبتة بريّة قويّة أندلسية تحمي نفسها من حرارة الصيف بتغطية أوراقها وأغصانها بمادّة "ريزين" و هي مادة عطرية يُستخرَج منها جوهر ثمين منذ القدم هو الللابدانوم الذي يتميّز برائحة دافئة و قد كان يستخدم قديماً في العلاج من بعض الأمراض أخصها البرد العادى . ( سيدار ) و هي الشجرة الشهيرة التي تزين علم لبنان و أخشابها لها رائحة عطرية بهاراتية مميزة تشارك في صناعة العديد من العطور و لا سيما في قاعدة العطر لما لها من ثبات مميز. الورود و الباتشولى و الفيتيفر من المكونات العطرية الشهيرة و التي لا جدال حول الانتعاش الذى تثيره حال دخولها في أي عطر تحضر فيه . كل هذه النوتات سمحت لهذا العطر الشرقى أن يظهر بمظهر متوازن و مريح و مقبول إلى حد مذهل . كنت قديماً على عداء بين مع العطور الشرقية و يبدو أن الذنب كان في صناع هذه العطور لعدم إجادتهم فن التوليف و التقديم . ديل بوزو أخرجنى عن هذه الثقافة و علمنى ألا أتخذ موقفاً مسبقاً من مدرسة عطرية كبيرة الحجم واسعة الطلب كالمدرسة الشرقية دون أن أدخل من الباب الصحيح. أنصح بارتداء العطر في هذه الأجواء الروحانية الجميلة . كل عام و أنتم بألف ألف خير.

Arabian Nights is definitely a scent for Sheiks, for men who know how to dress, who cover themselves with lots of gold and who see their daily lives as true cosmopolitans, yes! There is so much social representation behind this fragrance that I merely weave over what I feel about it, unintentionally trying to talk about it, to be unhappy in my narrative. Its opening is an eastern thigh in the middle of the face, and this is certainly due to the presence of Thyme, which has this warm, woody and very spicy herbal characteristic associated with Rose, but a mature, dry Rose, already tired for the time it Was torn from the ground and struggling through the green scent of its stalk that seeks to usurp its floral scent with sweet-honey connotations! In the drydown of Arabian Nights, the fragrance becomes very difficult, half dirty, overheated, with nuances of doses of dry Vetiver cavalry, dry woods that show a burning in the nostrils, however, a not very difficult point at this stage here is the junction Of Sandalwood with Saffron (***) which combined give a more sensual, woody, noble and rare aspect. I would say that the combination reminded me of a soothing scent of luxury soap, something shampoo + fabric softener imported from the Middle East. Pretty good is the farewell of Arabian Nights, as it becomes somewhat less heated, without ceasing to be monstrous, voluptuous, with an unmistakable medicinal odor of Oud in oil, more sensual and mature Amber, very prominent Musk that pulsates a certain self-confidence In the skin of those who use the fragrance, all this final aromatic sensation still very linear to the saponaceous aspect that to me is awakened already in its drying. Brilliant its evolution, its fixation, silage and projection, worthy of attention, only. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

I've owned this up and coming gem since 2013, but only wear it on cooler Fall days & nights, and especially on rainy days where it truly shines. Initially, I was three-quarters in love with this fragrance, which I equate to having a three-quarters erection. It gets the job done--and it's pleasurable for all parties--but you know it can be an even better experience. Full pleasure comes with cooler weather and an overcast sky. Trust me! I basically get oud, woods (creamy sandalwood and vetiver), and a smooth leather-amber accord all wrapped snugly in warmly spiced aromatic vibe featuring saffron and rose. Although the opening may be a little loud for some, I'm quite used to boisterous oud fragrances so this opened as expected. Moreover, the oud is certainly noticeable but it is not overly pungent or medicinal. Arabian Oud lasts about 8-hours and projects above average on my skin; overall performance is good. While highly loved fragrances deliver pleasure in spurts, pleasure seems to continuously ooze out of this one. Again, no complaints...as I have moved beyond three-quarters in love this fragrance. Arabian Oud is a terrific blend...period. It stays fairly linear from top-to-bottom which, in this case, is a very good thing. Jesus Del Pozo delivered and came through multiple times with this one...definitely worth a try.

Wow, oh wow! It was a blind buy for me based on reviews here and comparison to Juliette Has a Gun Midnight Oud and Amouage Opus V (which I absolutely adore!) and I must say one thing: I love it! So far the only blind buy that actually worked. It says it's for men but I would disagree. For me it's perfectly unisex and I am a blond female with fair skin! I can definitely smell oud, it's this kind of soft, warm oud, not the medicinal one. I can also smell roses, but these roses are in the background, not as prominent and centre staged like in Guerlain Rose Nacree du Desert. I definitely detect something like coffee (?) - it reminds me Tom Ford Cafe Rose in that respect and I'm so surprised it hasn't been mentioned so far. It's lovely spicy and woody. Cozy in a way. In my opinion it is a bit similar to JHAG Midnight Oud but definitely it doesn't smell like Amouage Opus V. Opus V is cleaner, not so woody and mainly centered around oud, iris and rose. Arabian nights seems so much dirtier, naughtier. And I would, actually love to smell it on a man - I would probably follow him inhaling the exotic, sexy fumes :-) To summarise: if you like warm oud, spices, wood and rose get it. I doubt you can go wrong! And even if you do, you only spend pennies! (I bought mine on Ebay for less than £60!)

Arabian Nights seems to me an excellent very masculine proposal of the Spanish designer, and say Spanish because that ethnic mix of southern Spain where it joins the best of East and West is perfectly detected. Excellent taste for a product with marked Arabic character and very refined pair. The opening feels floral and spicy, rose holds a dominant note, nothing heavy and controlled without falling at any time in the women's field or soap. Immediately woody notes, here the Oud controls the situation, highlighted with a light touch dirty, also medicinal, but very natural and nothing shameful appear. It is true that the rest of woods mix very well, feel, providing a dry, floral touch, with a balsamic point without being heavy. Perhaps the most beautiful part of the development of the fragrance. I would have liked the fragrance had a little more power, it would have been excellent. Drying, Arabica away from this point and goes to the musky side, clean and more European oud with a Spanish flavor that I love, for me, one of the best I've tested Oud. Rating: 7.5

This is one of my favorite fragrances. Initially very floral and rose-focused, then dries down to a dry woody scent. No hint of sweetness and therefore very masculine. Gets compliments and just as importantly, pleases me every time I smell it. I'd have to say it's kind of an addictive smell. I originally detested the sharp, synthetic rose at the start, but now I like it as much as I like the woody drydown. I use this mainly as a work scent. I think a dry, woody scent like this is perfectly appropriate for a man at work. It's crisp, competent and masculine without smelling like every other guy in the office wearing Acqua Di Gio. The sillage and longevity are quite good (but not great) from this eau de toilette. Sometimes I boost it with some Molecule 01 applied underneath. My overall satisfaction with and enjoyment of this scent are both very high. It's great. I recently bought a backup bottle, even though I still have about half of my original bottle. I'm even considering getting a second backup. Just in case, you understand.

Wow... This is wonderful. Someone finally decided to bless men with an oud fragrance that is a pure pleasure. Mind you, a woman could wear this easily. I'm thinking that Jesus Del Pozo slapped a "for men" label on this so more men would go out and try/buy it. I like the fact that this is not merely a fragrance with oud in it. Oud was the center of this composition (though it's in the base). The claims of this being "linear" should suit most men just fine. In Arabian Nights, what you smell is what you get. While there isn't much development or transformation throughout its longevity, it's a pure pleasure to wear and I'm sure that it will turn heads. *I was given testers of this from a recent purchase. Had I tried this on-the-spot, it would already be in my collection. This will be my next purchase. UPDATE: I went out and purchased it today. It's that good. :D

I got my hands on a 100ml bottle my brother got at corte ingles Marbella one of 3 places in the world where you can buy it .I wanted this perfume because of the notes and all the good reviews I have seen here.I really wanted to like this perfume but it aint so,. It's okay, but It aint all that as they make it seem here IMHO. It opens up with a little rose burst then it settles into a light woody scent,sandalwood,oud,guaiac,and patchouli and thats the way it remains. SCENT 6/10=OKAY+ SILLAGE 4/10 Less than a foot then sits on the skin in less than 20 min LONGEVITY 4/10= 4-5 Hrs P.S. it will cost you 120 euros 100ML bottle, no where to get samples of it either so blind buy disaster for me and my friend who also got a bottle so it aint only my bottle :/ Nice Bottle Design But its all about the juice .

Intoxicating opening (in the good way) can`t stop sniffing it over and over again quite linear but just to keep you interested on it warming and seductive, longevity and projection awesome. niche quality in every single way but super masculine altough so many niche are unisex. worth the money? by far is lacking of words to say what you get. an EDP jewel. Update: Last Night i wore it first time for night out club with a very special lady and the result was incredible, inside the dense atmosphere of the club guys were asking what is that great smell?, it was me and standet out between the smoke and the crowed place!!!

Sorprendente, una marca con una gama de perfumes anodina crea una obra maestra. Lo hueles y te imaginas un mercado árabe con sus especias y aromas, es densa y profunda, no es de uso diario pero es sublime. Solo se puede conseguir en los almacenes Corte Ingles de Marbella. Surprising, a brand with a range of fragrances anodyne create a masterpiece. You smell it and you imagine an Arab market with its spices and aromas, dense and deep, not everyday but it is sublime. You can only get to warehouses Corte Ingles of Marbella (Spain).

Very wearable unisex oud, what makes it "A Good Oud" is for me personally is an amber and saffron, its bright , with a twist then into dusty dried spicy-floral dimension, drydown is similar with how Calligraphy Rose Aramis starts. But overall, since both fragrances are quite similar I Am happy to settle with Aramis one. Its a shame though its not available on European market just yet and if sometimes I see it on ebay - its always overpriced.

Un vrai parfum oriental... Spécialement pour soir comme l'indique son nom Arabian night...Avec des notes très forte de sandel et d'oud, Amber, safran, musc est une note de rose très présente.Sincèrement, c'est un vrai parfum, il dure longtemps, c'est vrai, sauf qu'il n'est pas aussi fort en projection après un temps passé en le portant... Bref, c'est un parfum à avoir parmi sa propre collection

This should be marketed to the western world also, particularly for the oud lovers. This fragrance is very similar to Midnight Oud by Juliette Has a Gun, and Acqua Di Parma's Colonia Intanse Oud. The scent is linear, last quite a long time on my skin, but doesn't project too far. Well worth a blind buy if you like the others I mentioned.

This is impressive, the opening in all honesty knocks your spots off. It is potent, I see this as fairly unisex, no reason why either shouldn't wear it. I get the sense that this is very much for the more mature wearer. All said, it is fabulous.

What a beauty. It evolves into so many things for me whenever I apply it. I love layering this with NDN Tom Ford - to give NDN a bit more of a manly 'tone'.

Arabian Night's is a lot like Arabian Day's, more often that not are hotter than hot in a lot of good ways....

We live, for better or worse, in a nearly fact-free world. People cling to their fantasies about how things are and simply ignore it when reality intrudes on these dreams. Arabian Nights, cringy name and all, is a perfect scent for these times. This fragrance smells like the 'idea' of what oud smells like, but it really doesn't smell like true oud. At the moment, I have the formidable Bortnikoff Lao Oud on my left arm and Arabian Nights on my right. The Del Pozo does a great job of mimicking aspects of the smell bubble projected by the real, strong oud of the Bortnikoff. There is even a trace of the barnyard in the Del Pozo creation. Yet the really hard-to-take (to most Western noses, at least) aspects of real, high quality oud are nowhere to be found in this fragrance. What you get from Arabian Nights, is a strongly projecting, long-lasting impression of the acceptable edge of the (generally) unacceptably rough, non-Westernized version of oud. And this is by no means a bad thing. This scent is great for cooler fall, and cold winter, days and nights. It shines in lower temperatures, particularly in wet weather. You can wear this fragrance and feel like you are being edgy. You can imagine that the slightly rose tinted trace of chemical skank in the opening blast is the manifestation of genuine, challenging, oud tincture. You can tell yourself that saffron, patchouli and vetiver are adding an earthy, leathery element to the animalic agarwood scent. You can revel in the smooth, ambroxan-fueled base notes and the way they extend the longevity of this fragrance and interact nicely with the Iso-E sandalwood accord that lingers from the heart notes. And while you enjoy all this performance, you can think that this 'beast mode' aspect makes this product better than expensive, natural oud scents. You can even feel like your discernment is reaffirmed by the big bang for your buck you get from this stuff even though it is not particularly easy to find or inexpensive outside of the Gulf market at which it is aimed. Of course, what you are actually wearing is a nicely composed, well blended mass of synthetic aromachemical accords that are pale imitations of the complex, natural odors they ape. But who cares about reality. This stuff smells nice, it won't alienate most folks the way a true oud can and therefore it avoids all of the difficulties that come with real oud fragrances. So, in our fact-free times, Arabian Nights is a great oud-free way to smell like you are wearing a challenging oud scent without all the tricky issues that comes from really doing so. Taken on its own terms, then, this is good stuff and worth trying if you want something "oudy," but don't want to face the challenges or expense of actually buying and wearing a real oud fragrance.

عطر شبهای عربی که بر اساس قصه های هزار و یک شب شهرزاد قصه گو برای حاکم یا پادشاه نام گذاری شده است رایحه ای خوش و گرم و شیرین دارد اما برای حقیر که سالها در کشور امارات زندگی کرده ام و سلیقه عربها به بوی خوش را میدانم آن را منحصرا میتوانم یک عطر عربی برای سلیقه های شرقی و آنهم برای حوزه خلیج فارس بدانم اگرچه خودم بسیار از این رایحه لذت میبرم و البته خانواده و دوستانم خیر اما این عطر کاملا برای سلیقه آنان طراحی شده است حتی نوع آمبولانژ و بسته بندی این عطر هم کاریست که از روی روانشناسی صورت گرفته است طرحی با داشتن خورشید و ستاره و به نوعی طرح طلایی آن شما را ناخودآگاه به یاد کعبه میاندازد که بروی مکعبی تمام مشکی نقش بسته است در کل طرح آن از روی کعبه و برای سلیقه مسلمانان و عربها برداشته شده و اجرا گردیده است در مورد عطرش هم تمام بیشتر رایحه مصرفی در آن چوب و روغن صندل و عطر مشک است که با توجه به اینکه اگر شما تکه ای از چوب صندل را در اختیار داشته باشید خواهید دید که هیچ تفاوت زیادی با این عطر احساس نخواهید کرد و نکته مهم دیگر قیمت انست که با توجه به گرانی چوب صندل و عطر آن و همچنین مشک این عطر در ایران چیزی نزدیک به نود هزار تومان به فروش میرسد حقیر با آشنایی که سالها با عربهای کشورهای عراق امارات سعودی کویت و اردن و... داشته و دارم عشق و علاقه عربها به بوی صندل و عود قویترین علاقه به هر رایحه ای در دنیاست کمااینکه گرانترین عطر در کشور امارات در شیشیه ای حدود 10 الی 15 میل عطر چوب صندل است و روغن عود که به دهن العود معروف است و خالص و درجه یک آن در این کشور بالای یک میلیون تومان بفروش میرسد و شیشه های کوچکتر و عطرهای معمولی ترش به 200000 هزار تومان و بالاتر فروش میرسد که عموما ایرانی هاآنرا نمی پسندند بعد از بو کردن عربین نایت دقیقا همان رایحه برایم تداعی و زنده شد در نهایت این عطر دوامی بسیار بالا داشته و پخش بویش و قدرت غلبه اش بر روایح دیگر بی نظیر است و برای کسانی که دوستش داشته باشند مثل خود بنده بسیار عطر مناسب و خوبی به شمار میرود و در آخر نکته مهم اینکه با اینهمه شدت گرمی و بوی آن عربها در تمام فصول سال از آن استفاده مینمایند واذیت هم نمیشوند نزدیکترین عطر و ادکلن به این کار ادکلن مردانه آنجل شلسزر اورینتال میباشد که با این عطر تنها بر اساس ملایمت بیشترش مقداری تفاوت مینماید و بسیار خوشبو و مردانه و جذاب است حالا این شما و عطر هزار و یک شب شهرزاد قصه گو گالری عطر مهرداد facebook: گالری عطر مهرداد instagram: mehrdad_gallery line: mehrdadgallery Kik: mehrdad_gallery E.mail: [email protected]

This is liquid gold, got myself a decant and now I want a bottle or two. Opens up with a blast of Rose and Oud, almost polarising but settles down after a couple of minutes, and then it’s magic starts. The woods are beautifully blended and whilst the blast of rose dies down, it’s still there. The rose along with the Oud dance beautifully together to give it an incense scent on my nose. All I can think of is an Eastern Orthodox Church, and that has pleasant feelings for me personally. This isn’t for boys, this is for men that project sophistication, confidence and class. This is a suit and tie formal scent. This is class in a bottle. Masterpiece.

I find this oddly very refreshing for a hot day. I think it's the oud/vetiver combo, though I also get quite a bit of rose, patchouli and musk. I think it's the dryness that's so refreshing, a gentler version would be MFK's Silk Mood, but actually I think this is a nicer blend. (Thanks to @yohji for sample!)

Unbelievably disappointed!!! I first found this fragrance about 3 years ago in a sample phial stuck to a magazine and fell in love at first sniff Unfortunately, there were two main reasons I didn't immediately rush out and buy some. 1) pretty expensive (>£70 GBP) 2) unobtainable in the UK. However, it did get me into the joys of Oudh and I have several Arabiam EDP's at a cheaper rate. Anyway, this Christmas, I managed to wangle a bottle from a friend and duly waited 4 long weeks for it to arrive from the UAE. Sadly but fortuitously, the seller sent the wrong product in the shape of the EDT rather than the EDP. The EDT (not even listed on this site) is identical except the gold trim is vivid blue, instead. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised st how good it was, even at >£20 cheaper than the EDP. Strong Oudh dry down and long lasting. My friend managed to get a deal from the seller such that I could keep the EDT and get the EDP at half price. Excellent deal, thought I, until the fateful arrival. The EDP is phenominally weak compared to the EDT and disappeared even to my own senses within an hour of a substantial application. Sillage, NIL and longentivity less than an hour. My recommendation, if you want to try Arabian Nights by Jesus Del Pozo is to save yourself a bundle of cash and get the EDT (again, NOT available in the UK). Much better fragrance, lasts longer and projects superbly.

I was lucky enough to get a bottle of this..First of all you will not find it anywhere except Middle Eastern countries..and only at MALAGA airport as I mentioned and the El Corte Ingles in Marbella.My information is directly from the export department. I was anxious to try this and I can say I was not dissapointed! I think this could easily be a unisex fragrance and not only for men..If you like Arabian scents in general and you area woman..go for it! Upon applying, it immediately took me back to when I had visited Dubai....The same scent....of all those Arabian perfumes..oils..incense..oud....I remember when returning back to Athens,the steward on the plane who was going back and forth the aisle.....had this amazing smell..oud..woody..incense..it was divine..But I was too embarrassed to ask what he was wearing.The Arabian Nights reminded me of that same scent....! All I can say is I love it..The staying power is good..I could smell it the next day on me.As far as I am concerned this is a winner!

I would like to have been a fly on the wall when this fragrance got its name. So, we have a Spanish company creating a fragrance exclusive to the Gulf Area clientele and they name it ̈Arabian Nights ̈. The myth of the seductive ̈orient ̈ has been used for ages using stereotypes like dark mysterious nights, spices, moon lit desert sand dunes and velvety eyed Arabic sheikhs but then targeted at us in the ̈west ̈. Why then not sell this to us exoticism starving westerners? To market an fragrance in ̈arabia ̈ called Arabian Nights can only make people laugh. Its like if Amouage created a fragrance for the Swedish market calling it ̈Swedish Blonds ̈.......it would just crash and burn...... After five minutes of application, the energizing note of thyme/rose disappeared, leaving only one note to the end of session! Guess what is it? The Cambodian Oud, which I can find it as pure staff at Arabian perfumeries. Yes, it is a precious staff, but the fragrance itself is than so linear! I think a fragrance shouldn't be so linear, and just to say the bottle looks beautiful :)

I'm not qualified to market anything but I seriously don't get it ... why market an oud fragrance exclusively to the Middle East? Adding another oud frag to that market is simply like adding a drop of water to a brimming bucketfull ... no? Surely this fragrance would be more successful marketed to a western world hungry for new ouds? Very puzzling!!

I have the EDT version since 2018. The bottle is still full. It is, as other ouds, low versatile. About the juice its a question of taste, but for me, Guerlain Les absolutes d ́Orient which I have too is more natural, bold, and leathery. This is sweeter and probably with no real Oud. (remember I'm talking about the one with blue cap, EDT)

thats real strong..took me ages to get a few bottles of but now that I did I dont regret about, totally oriental, very arabic golf, powerful oud in a very masculine way,only suitable for nights, in daytime would smell weird... and the bottle, luxury in primarial degree, just wonderful

I have over 50 different oud fragrances and this is in the top 5. Simply a great scent, very smooth, and the oud is tempered nicely with a bit of Amber and vanilla. There is no oud stank to this at all. A real gem IMHO.

comes on like gucci oud for mine. dark, resiney and woody. i've smelt a thousand that smell like this, and this one is up there. for some reason, these scents smell better as oils, not alcohol sprays...

The reviews of this cologne is overwhelmingly positive and one may be tempted to indulge in another blind buy of an oud-based perfume! Watch out for my review on this. Soon!

Great Scent. Very strong only for men. It keeps in my shirt for a long time. If you like a strong scent (thyme) and like Arabian smels You will like this scent.

A very nice perfume, even a woman could wear 'cuz of its oriental arabian smell. From my point of view it should be a unisex perfume for men 'n' women.

Wonderful pleasure to wear this stuff. A slightly more refined , spicy , and green/resinous version of M7 . Who can refuse to wear this delight?
