Grano

It just stopped raining, the scent of petrichor is still in the air and you walk across the street into a small bakery. You go for a big chocolate chip cookie, sourdough made from a starter that is older than you, and a beautiful brioche bread. You go to a park nearby with the grass still glistening from the rain, sit on the ground and eat what you just bought. Soft, warm sunlight peaks through. This is delicious on the skin but somehow doesn't smell artificial? I'm taken back to when I used to work in a Bakery. This smells similar to the scent that gets stuck to me and my clothes when I go back home - Butter and bread with a hint of sweetness. It also lasts a long long time.

Do YOU want to smell like a young, hardworking woodland creature who follows her dream to open a bakery? Or a scout troop eating their own bake sale stock while camping under an open sky? Well, I learned I do. This is great. Instantly hooked. It's fun and doesn't smell 'artificial.' It's actually a bit strong, that might be the only downside for me. It can get a little grating and doesn't layer well but who would want to layer it? It's wacky and wonderful as it is! Will absolutely try the rest of Jijide, this had every chance to be a disaster and it's just fantastic.

The best neo-gourmand representation. Love it uniqueness and complexity. It smells like crispy brown bread crust. I really suggest you to try it somehow. Huge pleasure to wear it, especially late drydown is so charming. Performance is ultra good!

Go read what @MM Word wrote. It is outdoorsy flirting with gourmand. I can't stop thinking about it.

A beautiful, warm, comforting perfume. This is also quite unique, but as a lover of Zoologist this reminds me quite a bit of “Rabbit” from them. Edible and charming but it smells like a baking spices and a hug. Happy to have this as a sample, but probably more of a cold weather fragrance or something to put on for a comfortable evening. While Rabbit smells exactly like a taro boba tea, Grano leans more in a baked goods direction without being overly vanilla or artificial. I think it’s worth a try for sure! I might go in for a full bottle if the longevity is there.

Not typically a gourmand enjoyer, Riso and even moreso Grano have impressed me so much with their artistry and beautiful interpretations of food. Both have a slight sweetness which avoids leaning too heavily on vanilla, which is probably why I liked them so much. Grano is photorealistic warm dough, very comforting and very unlike anything I have ever smelled before.

Realistic crusty bread crumbs up my nose. Feels dry and slightly bitter at first. This opening is green, grainy and unusual, with an edible non-gourmand touch that slowly grows on me. It feels toasted and dusty at first, even maybe a bit rough. But then it smooths out into something softer and comforting, with woody, nutty and musky warm notes. A pretty nice play.

Smells like a cookie-scented Yankee Candle on me :D Cute but not worth the money as a fragrance.

Accidentally sprayed it straight into my palm and was hit with a mist of sweetness, similar to my first spray of Riso, accompanied by fresh, warm bread. The bread quickly faded into something slightly greener, wetter, like rain hitting dirt, opening into the brightness of citrus and bergamot. I haven't always been a fan of bergamot, but I'm starting to be convinced as it interacts with ozonic notes. 20 minutes in, it has dried into something light and sweet, like enjoying a cup of cooling, lemon herbal tea and a flaky, coconut cookie—which is really just a creamy bergamot mixed with the cookie dough—while walking through a slightly muddy campus. It has been around 3 hours, and this has faded much more quickly than Riso, I can only slightly detect it close to my skin, a slight, lactonic sweetness. I wish the bread stayed for longer, I've been looking for a nice bread or rain scent, but this one, although, nice, has already faded from my skin and thoughts. I take it back, it has been almost 13 hours and I can still smell the cookie dough on my skin. Pure cookie dough. Gotta give it to them, at least the skin scent lasts. I'm not a huge fan of the final end being pure, sugary cookie dough though—would've been nicer if it kept top notes.

Sharp plastic grass and vanilla is what I smelled before reading the notes. The opening is explosively strange and I feel that's the case with other Jijide scents as well - the initial in-your face statement, some kind of unfamiliar ointment with mint and mimosa-like fresh floral notes, a medicinal balm with exotic ingredients. Once it settles though, it becomes a high-class vanilla fragrance with a rich set of nuances but almost disappointing in its sudden coziness. It's ambiguous enough to contain all things like cookie dough, croissants, sweet, salty, yeasty and a bit oily, earthy and at times spicy. A remaining flower stem haze floats over these comforting notes and a waxy smell brings the image of a big cookie-themed home candle.
