I get a very nice sandalwood and fig scent going on. Cant smell Irish or Peony. Fir might have been in the opening but just for a brief second.

This one was my second favorite from this house. It is very woody, in an aromatic way. It is like being in the forest on a clear autumn day, so you smell the woods, the pine needles, and there is an apple or some other fruit orchard nearby as well that add sweetness to the bouquet. There is a slight spicy/floral note going on in this one as well. I think it leans masculine, so this went in my husband's collection. This is powerful stuff, so go easy. A very little goes a long way!

The spray on a test strip presents fruity and figgy, but on my skin the drydown is a lot more concentrated, woody, and aromatic. Overwhelming, even -- this stuff is extrait-level powerful with a huge sillage. I have learned to spray the air only once and walk through and I'm still smelling strongly hours later.
