Sun Shake

i like this perfume because it's very summery, but not in your typical "fresh" and citrusy way - while it's somewhat fresh at the very first spray, i don't smell any harshness in it at all; it quickly becomes very warm and soft and settles down into a lovely, gentle, almost powdery scent. to my nose it's a blend of bergamot, mandarin, frangipani and lotus. reminds me of a hot summer day. would recommend

I already wrote a review, but it was for other Jil Sander, so deleted it and here I go again. Well, I like it. Not simmilar to original Sun and on me, almost no citrus notes, I smell some fruits and flowers which I can not identify. The note I feel the most is frangipani (and I shake it well). Behind it I can feel gentle woody and musky notes. All together I like it, but not love. IMO, the colour and bottle does not fit the juoice inside, but still quite joyfull. Considering the price and moderate perfomance I can recommend you to give a try. It has Jil Sander vibe.To make it simple, it is like mild floral soap which stay close to the skin, and worth of buying only if you get it for a really good price.

I've been wearing this perfume throughout the entire summer. I've tried giving this a fair shot, but alas, it has failed me. At first I was intrigued by the bi-phase technology and thought that was unique/different...but the novelty fades. Speaking of fading...this perfume is gone like a whisper within one hour. It's a nice scent that reminds me of a fizzy Sprite with a twinge of yellow floral notes. Super refreshing especially for hot days. But even when I overspray...it doesn't do much. Though it is a non-offensive scent thats good for running errands that smells clean/zesty. But its honestly more cost effective to purchase a body spray imo.

Some tonka based perfume mixed with this makes a good combination and it will last and last. A+++++

Warm, creamy and powdery as any other JS sun. I like the shaking :)

I blind bought this for its bi-colour concept which is very unique and interesting. I thought it would be a very fruity citrusy fragrance... however, the actual scent is not really what I expected. It opens with nice citrus notes but about 10 minutes later it goes into floral soft powdery base. This is a disappointment for me as I am more into citrus fresh fragrance that lingers long instead of floral, but if you are into floral fragrance this might be nice for you.

This starts off with a lovely lemon meringue scent which fades quite quickly into mildly sweet slightly powdery floral. Overall it isn't very strong but I got a large cheap bottle so I'm not fussed. This is quite unisex, which I only realised after my husband said it was a bit aftershavey, and as soon as he said it I could see/smell what he meant. There is something underneath the thing, a little too much wood and bergamot which tips it into unisex territory. The wibbly wobbly double layer liqued, which you have to shake up together before you spray, is quite fascinating, starts clear pink and clear yellow and then turns opaque peach, then watch the weird sparkly effect as it settles back and separates again. Shake, mix, spray it says on the box. Shake, mix, fun! :D

Fresh and light but not very special, just a lemon summer breeze. It opens sparkling and a bit harsh so this could be a unisex scent either. Not compareable to the original Sun. Sadly its not turning into a powdery floral on my skin, all I get is lemon and citrus. Reminds me of shower gel.

Sun Shake is almost identical to Laguna by Salvador Dali. They both possess the same notes : delicate lemon (like in lemon extract cake, lemon meringue) + powdery vanilla + melting plastic note. Sun Shake is creamier, Laguna is more fresh.
