Sunlight Intense

I just received this today and I couldn’t wait to try it on!. This is so beautiful for spring and summer. Jil Sander always does spring summer fragrances right. Plus its very different than her other fragrances and nothing like anything I have every smelled. This has such a mandarin orange top note in it, very juicy surprising it’s orange blossom and not oranges LOL. Floral comes out once it settles. In the dry down I get the powdery Helitrope its very pretty (not baby powder). this is a daytime scent for instance a garden party, lunch with the girls etc. Longevity is excellent and so is sillage. Highly recommended 10/10

What a pleasant surprise this perfume was. Initially, when I sprayed it, it was very sharp and stingy and could only detect the orange blossom scent. I could see myself giving it away to my mum but luckily, in few minutes it developed into a very complex and sophisticated perfume, reminding me of Chanel. It is very rich and smells luxurious, like an elegant rich woman perfume :)) I was also impressed by its longevity and silage. For a Jil Sander perfume, this one it definitely a keeper. Perfect for spring and summer days.

Very beautiful, smells like expensive suncream. The orange blossom is a touch tangy and fizzy, the heliotrope is very powdery (a touch fluffy), and the vanilla lends a light yet noticeable sweetness. Great for warmer weather, good sillage and decent longevity. Solid Jil Sander offering.

As others have mentioned on initial spray the orange note is very sour, sharp and stingy. I could swear it had lemon, bergamot or even ginger in the top notes. Surprised it doesn’t. Unfortunately, for me, the stingy sharpness never went away. I waited for about an hour or so, but I had to wash it off. Usually I’m a sucker for all the notes in this perfume but I guess it just wasn’t working with my skin chemistry. Sadly.

Powdery and a bit fruity sweet. All notes are detectable. It has that Jil Sander DNA in it and is indeed more intense than the others from this line. One tiny spray and it projects very well.It is more serious too. i think it is the most expensive smelling Jil Sander until now. It is a good fragrance but i wished a fresher take on the orange blossom. I imagine a mature,composed woman wearing it. Final note: 8/10
