The delicacy of the magnolia is almost ethereal, and remains on the skin like a fine, floral, airy cream.🍯 In the middle notes I meet that perfect orange blossom, golden and honeyed alongside the creamy, velvety and sweet orchid. The base of the perfume is powdery, light and creamy, slightly sweet and ambery. Honey and Bee is the second perfume from Jillian Switzerland that moved me with beauty, grace and femininity. Honey and Bee is my European summer in a bottle. From the first spray, I get a honeyed sweetness, orange blossom and tonka over a whole field of flowers, sweet, citrusy and juicy, with a romantic, uplifting white floral running through it. It is feminine and simple in the best way, present but never loud, the kind of scent that asks you to come a little closer to really get it. The bottle is gorgeous too; you can see a little Tuscan cottage and a sunlit field through the glass, and the whole thing feels like joy. My one honest note is performance. On my skin, it stays soft and close, more of a skin scent, and it lasts noticeably longer on clothes than on skin. When it finally dries down, there is a lovely creamy, slightly woody warmth sitting under the flowers. For the price, I do wish it lasted longer, but the composition itself is beautiful. A pretty, joyful white floral for warm days.
