Amber Kiss

I don't have the actual fragrance, but one of my suppliers (SunAroma) sent me a sample of their version/interpretation body oil of this scent, and it's amazing! Unfortunately this is a rare fragrance and I don't own it, so I can't really compare the oil to the real thing, however I can say that SunAroma's body oil interpretation of this scent is amazing. It lasts forever. As soon as I smelled the sample, I ordered an 8oz bottle of it and I use it in my ultrasonic diffuser and tea light diffusers around my house! I do wear it on skin as well, but I don't buy many body oils, so that's saying a lot! I'm not advertising for the company or anything like that - I just thought it was worth mentioning, since there aren't many reviews for this fragrance and it's hardly available in the USA. As for getting the original scent itself, the only place I see it being sold in the USA is Jomashop. They have a pretty good price on it ($85) compared to the regular retail price of $220! I may look into getting a bottle of this when I have the extra cash, because the oil is AMAZING!

Love this fragrance, you definitely smell an ambergris predominantly, like as someone said below the salty animalic kind but it’s accompanied by a benzoin vanilla, which sweetens it up and I smell the pink pepper to give it a bit of a spicy kick. I feel it’s quite unique and took me a couple of wears to appreciate the development of the fragrance. My favourite part is the Sillage of the sweet vanilla after about 30 mins, the wafts I got from that is amazing and that’s what got my to buy it, as from the first impression and first 30 mins I was a bit taken aback by the pepper ambergris smell.

Musc ravaguer with some oud hints and citrus and less vibrant. It’s a really good amber. It’s less sweet than MV. There’s more patchouli in this one also. This is Grandsoir’s sexy sister who doesn’t like sweets and drinks dry martinis with dark eyeliner on. This is sexy and makes me want the vanilla one also

Sensual, ambery and solar. I get balsamic, almost licorous notes combined with hits of ylang resting on a woody background. Very seductive and sophisticated. Genderless for sure.

TOP NOTES: Bergamot, Pink pepper, Peony HEART NOTES: Benzoin, Cinnamon, Suede BASE NOTES: Patchouli, Ambergris, Cedarwood This one at first reminded me of Dior's Ambre Nuit, but quickly diverged to a lovely candied amber with a slight cinnamon breath. It smells like it does have ambergris bc there is that slight tinge of salty animalic to it. But it's not that overwhelming kind that smells like whales snot, lol. My Kohl de Bahrain from Stephane Humbert Lucas 777 (sp? sorry posting on my phone so I can't look up) has real ambergris in it and it smells like that, too. It's not powdery like a typical amber accord, which makes me think the ambergris is accurate. I've only had it for about a month and I usually like to wait a few more months to post a review, when the scent has finished evolving for me. But the candied amber is gorgeous and I hope that the cinnamon keeps getting stronger. Not sure this is worth the $220 Jimmy Choo website is asking for it, but I bought mine from Jomashop for $85 and it's more than worth that.

I've had it for a while and it's pretty much the same linear fragrance it started as. Balsamic for sure, slightly sweet with enough cinnamon to notice, I just don't get the suede at all and I like that note. It leans 100% unisex to my taste, but I like very feminine perfumes for the most part. It's a lovely choice for cool nights or days and you don't smell like everyone else when you wear it. Definitely not a very sweet amber and doesn't seem like it has a ton of cheap aroma chemicals to make it project or last into the next century. I know I seem like I'm damning it with faint praise, but I have 4 or 5 of this collection, only 2 stand out for me: Vanilla Love and Iris Crush. And none of them were ever worth the $220 from 5 years ago. They smell like quality fragrances but zero imagination to them, kinda ho hum.

Pink pepper, amber and sandalwood, three notes that do so very well together. It is spicy, slightly powdery, a tad balsamic, and very warm. This fragrance reminds me of a Cartier fragrance I tested in the airport some years ago. I will definitely retest in the winter time as this one is on my maybe buy list.

A decent powdery benzoin-forward scent; it does feel like a lesser Ambre Nuit without the rose.

When I saw that there was amber I got excited because it is one of my favorite notes. It has a sweet and slightly fresh top note at the begging, it should be called Benzoin Kiss because it is the resin that I perceive most in it (where is the amber??), as the minutes go by it becomes woody but unfortunately, the scent gets softer, it is not as weak in duration/projection like others from the Seduction Collection, however, I would have liked it to be stronger because the smell is delicious and pleasant to feel in the nose. This is the closest fragrance to unisex of the six. You might like it if you like: Must de Cartier, Dune Dior, Gaultier 2 Jean Paul Gaultier, Whispers in the Library MMM & Ambar Jesus Del Pozo

I just got it today and I can say that this perfume is a beautiful spicy worm scent that stays pretty much linear all the time. The longevity it is very good 7+ hours and the sillage it's moderate. To my nose Amber Kiss It's very similar to Nishane Ani, especially the opening, I tested them both at the same time and they are so close to each other, and I think this one it's leaning more feminine than Ani. A night out scent for sure, smells very expensive. I give it a 9 /10.

This opened up quite balsamic when my bottle was new, but now that it seems to have macerated, I no longer get that. The opening is peppery, but this ends up being a crystallized sugar, cinnamon & benzoin. It’s not very sweet, but it does have sweetness that’s nicely balanced I assume by the patchouli. I find this to be a sophisticated fragrance that is unisex but slightly femme leaning, thus being said, I still think males can easily pull this off.

Had to give it away , it turned a bit too balsamic for my liking after it macerated for while , like mixing amber with vick's vaporab .. so instead of being unisex it got more suited for grown old men .. i gave it away to my older brother .. unfortunate it was a dear scent to me but not anymore

A huge kiss for this underrated fragrance! A beautiful, pleasant, and captivating amber scent unlike any other. Those who haven't tried it are missing out; this fragrance is like a hidden gem, unknown to most. Flawless. 9/10

Hi anybody has a sample vial like 3 ml to swap with me. I was able to try it and I lie it a lot.

New in 2020 and exclusively at Harrod's London. Bummer.
