Due to the many raves online and in the below reviews I decided to buy the smallest 1 fl oz bottle unsniffed from online for a reasonable price. It appeared that many different fragrance lovers with wildly divergent tastes and budgets seemed to really love this particular fragrance. I expected a Flowerbomb or Juicy Couture fruitchouli. But I was surprised,intrigued, and somewhat repelled by my first impression as it smell nothing like I expected. The juicy pear was the first note that was recognizable then the mandarin comes in and makes the pear almost too sharp but the toffee notes hold back the sharpness and then the crazy, super earthy, slightly minty, grassy, patchouli comes in and it's intimidating and challenging. The way the perfumer just boldly displays this patchouli is really what sets it apart from the other fruitchoulis which generally strive to be smoother, sweeter and less variant in expression as people who generally prefer fruitchoulis tend not to love earthy and greenish notes. Though I was somewhat jarred by this it at first, I was compelled to keep using it to figure this scent out, until I just started to flat out love it and crave it after four or five times. Another special thing is the toffee notes blend in so well with the fruit that it manages to give off a toffee-like warmth but not the actual candylike fragrance. This may actually be the reason why I crave it. Very well done and unique.

Wow! Awhile ago I sniffed an ad/sample in a magazine for this perfume. My husband must have recalled that. This past week has been AWFUL. My sister attempted suicide. I have horrible allergies and a gum infection (gross, I know...just trying to keep it real) and just about everything that could go wrong has. Those sort of weeks...On Thursday, it was HIS birthday. I dropped his cake, and dinner was a disaster. I was in tears. He handed me a card with a sweet note saying he had wanted to cheer me up and then he printed a photo of this perfume out on the computer and it said it was being mailed out and on delivery. I received it today. Of course I was ecstatic, but more than that I was reminded that even when things go terribly wrong, I am so blessed with a wonderful man in my life. This scent is amazing! It is warm and one of the most sensual scents I own. I think it stays quite close to the skin, but definitely would not be classified in my book as a "skin scent". It is much more powerful than that. Like his shoes, Choo knows how to rev up the sexy. This scent is full of heat. If you can't afford this, I think a similar and lovely stand in would be Elizabeth Taylor's Black Pearls. I wore that for years and I find them to be very similar. Cheers to all the good husbands out there. You’re amazing. xx

For some reason I can’t smell the patchouli at all thank god, this is the purest cutest sweetest cotton candy smell ever, even more so than pink sugar and body fantasies cotton candy. I know lots of people think of this as a super sexy clubbing/nighttime fragrance but this reminds me so so much of being a little girl, it makes my heart so happy. I didn’t really have a very good childhood but one memory I have is when I went on vacation to Gettysburg and my mother let me go into the store by myself and I bought a blue raspberry hello kitty candy lipstick and it smelled just like this. I was about 4 years old and I kept it in my vanity with my play makeup and lipsmackers and this smells just like opening that drawer. This is almost intoxicating and headache inducing if you huff your wrist like I am lmao, nothing about this is natural at all, it’s like synthetic pixelated sugar that seems almost otherworldly. I don’t really know how the notes make it smell like this I guess it’s the toffee. It’s like a cotton candy hologram. It’s weird, it feels surreal and digital and like how you picture femininity and growing up from a little girls point of view. It’s everything girly, magic, and young it’s like a gigantic cloud of blue sugar, that’s the only way I can describe it.

Amazing stuff. Pure combo of toffee + patchouli, and as a big patchouli fan and Heath bar lover, this was a dream come true. If we're comparing the 3 big patchouli fragrances that went mainstream, LVEB, Flowerbomb, and this, I think Jimmy Choo has the most patchouli. LVEB is more about the combo of iris and praline with that burnt sugar smell, Flowerbomb has that unnamed sweet note that also steals the show from the patchouli, but this is patchouli and toffee duet in the truest sense. Also, I don't think Jimmy Choo smells anything like the aforementioned fragrances, I think it's better than the both of them. You get a clean, but still fairly earthy patchouli along with the delicious toffee. I can see some of the fruits in the background, just barely present. Don't be mistaken, though, the fruits are only supporting roles here. I don't get people saying this smells like an old lady...this is 2015 in a bottle. I think of early instagram models when I smell this, the ones with bold pomade eyebrows and matte liquid lipsticks. Definitely a piece of it's time considering this is when fruitchoulis were all the rage. Girly, fashionable, scrumptious, and bold. A hot girl fragrance.

I liked this before I was as into perfumery as I am now, but I still appreciate this one - in the old days, I recall saving for quite a while so I could buy a bottle at last when my kids were little. I’d spray myself with a tester every place I ever saw one and told myself, Someday. Now she sits in literally a group of hundred/s of bottles & my tastes have changed after studying perfumes for years now and educating my nose. Going back to an old favorite like this? It’s like seeing your old artwork when you’ve studied and improved your technique — you like what you made early on, it’s cute & nostalgic, but it doesn’t overwhelm me w I-love-it like it used to. If I smelled this now for the first time, I’d say it’s a fruitchouli that’s well blended, not overly sweet like the modern trend in perfumery and probably best in spring. This winter morning she’s a bit pale on me, but I don’t mind. Still a Love but probably bc of nostalgia.

Pear has never been this sexy! Here pear is in charge, and if you want more pear power try layering it with Pera Granita by Guerlain (pear lovers will go crazy!). I thinks such a fragrance should cost more for the quality and elegance it gives to every outfit, especially for dinners and night occasions. It's so elegant. I think it does not have a specific season. Personally I am a gourmand lover (extremist!) and I blind bought it for the toffee because the other notes like green notes or mandarin are not my cup of tea. However, discovering this perfume, I understood that toffee is not the point. Pear is in charge and orchid is helping. Patchouli and toffee I think are only there to push longevity. In my own personal world it is a ever-green and it will never fall out of style. I think that this treasure could beat all Victoria Secret's creations with a single spray. Worth it. Damn worthy!

I keep this in my collection since 2016, and I have a lot of perfumes, and I don’t keep most of them. I rotate perfumes like a crazy person. But this one is a must have. I like the pear and toffee and the green note, it’s sparkly and super sweet and juicy. I can see how it could be too sweet for someone, but for me it was a perfect blind buy. I don’t think this is generic at all, I don’t think I have ever had anything similar to this. If it was more expensive I might not keep buying it, but for the price it’s a steal! I can buy a full bottle for 40$. perfect feel good scent and I don’t feel the need to save it since it’s not that expensive

Pear, caramel and TONS of patchouli 🥰 I love patchouli and this is the dirtier kind, it's a bit skanky as I like my patchouli but the syrupy pear and the sweet caramel balance it out🍐On my skin it dries fairly masculine, and the air lingers with a gorgeous gourmand scent that doesn't pull too feminine. I love how green and fresh it feels without losing the denseness on the background, you can wear this on a warmer day (not too hot) and also on cold weather, it shines differently in both. Absolutely try this out if you're a guy, I think this is quite unisex and adapts to different occasions 😎

I adore this perfume. . . it's a sweet and warm fragrance which is my favourite kind, I love Viva La Juicy, Dior Hypnotic Poison EDT, etc, and this is like a weaker version of those. I got a 40mil bottle of this at Chemist Warehouse for around $50AUD which is very good, aftering having wanted a bottle of this for ages, from Soki London's recommended -- I trust her so much with perfumes. I find even with 4-6 sprays of this it still doesn't last longer than 2 hours on me. It's so beautiful, light, sweet, and very warm --- I just wish they would make a stronger version of this.

This is a bold, characteristic fragrance that smells like s*x 😅 It's very attractive, a bit dark and mysterious. I feel like it's more suitable for evenings and special occasions as it can be too much for daytime. I used to love this perfume, it worked amazing on my skin. Sillage and longevity is also great, lasts for 8-10 hours, days on clothes. Sadly, it reminds me too much of my completely dysfunctional and toxic ex-marriage. I mostly made peace with what happened, but it still bugs me that he ruined this beautiful fragrance for me.

I’m very late to the party with this one (about 15 years late), but I can finally understand the hype around Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum. It’s a beautiful fruity gourmand with a soft, feminine sweetness. The prominent pear note reminds me of a more toned-down version of Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle or Kayali's Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, which I love, but they can feel a bit much for daily wear. This one is their more demure sister - she's very wearable, very pretty, and surprisingly well-priced. Longevity is solid too. Definitely a keeper.

loooove it! i bought my first bottle of jimmy choo in 2018 summer and i instantly loved it. wore it all that summer and finished the 60ml bottle.than i forgot about this scent as i was busy with trying other scents. 6 years after, this summer i bought it again and love using everytime i wear same as before. this is perfect fruitchouli scent for spring and summer... very long lasting. mouth watering sour pear and patchouili. i don't get toffee, and i'm greatfull with it because i do not like sweet toffee note in my perfume.

My mom owns delina, sacred wood, Victoria secret original from the 90s, LV la sables roses, LV attrape reves, mugler alien, and jimmy choo original. Out of all her perfumes she gets the most compliments wearing this one. I really like how it smells but would also like to note that Penhaligon's Halfeti smells very similar to this! When I first sprayed it my mom said "This smells like my jimmy choo" then grabbed her bottle and sprayed that on her arm and halfeti on the other and they are very very similar.

I received this as a gift. When I first sprayed it, I felt it was more suited to a more mature person. However the more I've used it, the more I like it. First spray the woody and warm spices come through, as the scent starts to settle the sweetness comes through, its not a childish sweetness either. The floral and caramel notes really shine after a few hours. A few sprits of this lasts the whole day on my skin and clothes, no need for reapplication. I smell it all day long. A beautiful perfume

This was my signature scent for some years until I decided to give other fragrances a try. I love how bold and sexy this is. I pick up on the pear, toffee, woodiness, and patchouli (done right). I would also say this is a mature scent, but in a good way. This scent has amazing longevity, I can spray my coat and leave in my wardrobe/closet, come back weeks later and will still smell it. It is a heavy hitter so you may wanna spray light handed. I will always always repurchase this one.

This has really grown into one of my staple scents. I’ve gotten compliments multiple times—especially in the elevator, where random people ask what perfume I was wearing. Some also say they can sense me being in the lift because of the scent trail. It carries this bold yet feminine aura: sweet, warm, and a little seductive without being too musky. I have been using this for a decade now I think. Definitely the kind of perfume that becomes part of your identity.

Gothic iridescent pear, caramel and musky woods. This smells like a Scorpio fragrance. The patchouli in Jimmy Choo edp is very rounded and not gross like in some fragrances. It's completely unisex. Every time I smell this on a lady I think it would be great on a guy as well. It's just right, as Goldilocks would say.. Not too sweet, too strong, too woody, floral or fruity. I think it's really nicely blended. It's also one of my favorite bottles ever!🖤

Either they reformulated this once amazing perfume, or l bought a slightly too old bottle. It doesn't smell completely fermented yet, but it's definitely lost it's magic. When a perfume starts to age, it loses some of its notes. When this happened to my edp version of hypnotic poison, l went from hate to love and finished it up before it got that rotten smell. Well this edp version of jimmy is in between scentless w no character and dank in age.

This is my guilty pleasure. I had more bottles of it than any other fragrance. It is very gourmand and delicious and I have compliments virtually every time I wear it. By no means I think it is a very sophisticated or unique or great perfume but it is unbelievably tasty and mood uplifting perfume for me personally. Recently I stopped hearing it on myself but the compliments from others suggest that others can hear it. It is a day time perfume.

This is my favorite perfume I love perfumes with Caramel and patchouli, I love how elegant and classy it smells! You will definitely be the best smelling person in the room wearing this. This is the best choice. I love the femininity of it. It’s beautiful and the bottle is amazing. Sadly i am almost out of it and it’s expensive so im deciding if im gonna get another bottle. Most likely not right now. By Christmas I will have another bottle.

Deliciously dark, creamy and sweet scent. Fabulous longevity (lasts for a minimum of 8 hours on my skin). Projection is amazing also. Very reasonably priced for 100ml bottle depending on where you shop. I also have the edt version which is a lot lighter, more sweet floral, and doesn't last as long (about 5 hours on my skin), but equally delicious in its own right. I will always have this in my collection (plus a backup bottle 😉).

O meu perfume predileto. Simplesmente amo. Pêra fresca meio frisante nas primeiras borrifadas. No drydown fica quente e aconchegante com aroma de caramelo . Dura bastante tempo na minha pele e roupas . Elegante sem ser demasiado sério. Prefiro usar no Inverno ou dias/ noites mais frios porque é um perfume quente que parece que te abraça forte e não larga, e num dia muito quente pode ser demasiado quando só queremos refrescar.

Every once in a while I rediscover this amazing perfume and fall in love again and again. But for some reason I always forget it after some time... I suspect that the reason is that I become noseblind to this scent after 2-3 days, and I use perfume for my own nose, so I put it away every time. It was one of my very first perfumes, bought on recommendation from Kathleenlights, and I love it, I just wish I smelled it longer.

I do love this. It’s so easy to wear and I always get compliments. So many that when I wear something else I wonder if anything smells as good on me. It’s bright and layered. I love patchouli- so I adore that being dominant without it overshadowing all the other notes. I can wear this any day- anytime and get compliments. It’s a staple in my fragrance collection and you can get it very reasonably priced!

I've been wearing this one a bit. It's exotic yet easy to wear. I also smell sandalwood in addition to the patchouli. When I smell it I think of an ornate Chinese sandalwood box or fan. There's some sweetness from the pear and toffee but it's restrained. The woody notes are the strongest. Some people might not like this but I love it. It makes me feel calm. The bottle is one of my all time favorites too.

Absolutely LOVE this perfume! I truly think anybody could pull this off because it’s a very versatile scent for all ages and events. Could definitely be someone’s signature scent as an everyday fragrance:) Smells fresh and slightly sweet in the beginning and dries down very warm and ambery with the note of toffee. Loved it while I was a teen and still love it now that I’m 20.

Oh my GOD this never happens to me but absolutely love this on first sniff! I can’t believe I never thought to try this till now! I had a voucher and thought I’d try some new cheapies, got a little rollerball of this. I’m sure I’ve smelled this on someone before! I must now immediately go and try all flankers. Reminds me a little of coco Mademoiselle?

I love this perfume! This is a sweet, floral, patchouli scent. It's eternal lasting with enormous sillage. I would only wear this in the winter because of how strong it is. It's very similar to Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf if you want a more affordable option that's sweeter and less floral. The bottle even looks like Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb.

A lady sitting by me at a concert was wearing this. I was enjoying it so much, I had to ask her what it was. How much did I love it? I bought it online while sitting there... AT THE CONCERT... the biggest bottle... in the Christmas set... with the rollerball included. Today it came and I have found my happy place!! Happy smelling! :)

I enjoy this frangrance since I was 15 (I’m 27 now). And I’m really surprise people don’t talk more about it. It’s sweet, hot, a little bit powdery and spicy just in the right way. More of a night perfume for my taste. The Toffee note really stands out. I recommend this a lot!

I consider this my main"French perfume" as it was created by Jacques Polges and it feels like a Parisian perfume to me. It's sexy yet artistic, unique and extremely beautiful. It's also more affordable and so I can spray it profusely and really make it my signature scent.

I love this perfume it was my signature years ago, I’ve recently got a bottle and i forgot how gorgeous it is, strong sexy fruity with the toffee, great night time perfume winter or summer doesn’t matter, could be head ache inducing if you’re not used to strong

My signature scent. So underrated!! You can usually find it cheap at TJ maxx. It makes me happy to smell it and I think you can wear it all year day and night. It lasts about 5 hours on me I wish it lasted a little longer. Kind of a spicy floral I would say

Spray on paper: it smelled like a heavenly balanced patchouli scent. But on my skin, it was giving men’s after shave a little. With that being said, it’s a perfectly good scent for butch lesbians, I only wear it when I feel more masculine.

The pear, the toffee and the green notes are what I mostly get. This is an excellent summer fragrance. I believe this is unisex. If a man wore this I think it would be so sexy. Very long lasting. A unique and good choice for a signature.

I'm on my third bottle of JC; been wearing this for years. This perfume was my intro to patchouli and I've been in love every since. 😍 A little goes a long way, so go easy on the trigger if your nose is sensitive to strong scents. 10/10

I love love love this fragrance. This is literally my the best fragrance, my signature one. So pleasant, so warm and relaxing, so powdery to me, so good. It is very stable and has a plume. It smells gorgeous. Is smells amazing.

Flowerbombish but gentler. Very feminine and subtly sensual. Pear-orchid-patchouli but seems more complex than the notes suggest. Sweet and enveloping. A perfect party scent. I feel it on my skin next morning.

Still one of my favorites. Sometimes I wish it last longer. That is really my only complaint I have about her. The scent is perfect for any time of year in my opinion day or night. She's a safe buy.

I don’t smell the toffee, it is a fruity scent and I also catch the patchouli when first sprayed, turns to something sweet on the skin after 1-2 hours. The sillage is good.

I absolutley love this perfume. It's warm, floral and spicy. It reminds me to V&R Flowerbomb and a little bit to coco chanel. Perfect for the cold season or night outs!
