24K Gold

I got the EDT version and I'm so happy with it! If you like soapy clean scents, you'll love it. Smells SO clean like an expensive bar of soap in a classy way with a hint of sweetness from the amber. I'm in LOVE!!

Well, as a guy...; I love this smell! I can pick out when a woman is wearing this. I believe; it must smell good on 'every' woman that wears it. to me..., it's a classy, floral fragrance. the best!

This is a unique perfume. Although it could be unisex, I still love it. It has a strange and classy scent.

To me smells the same as the original 24k which is a good thing since I love the original.

I'm kind of confused by the listing for Jivago on this site--I have this scent and got it as gratis from the company when I worked for Neiman Marcus in White Plains, back in the 90's. My bottle is a 1.7 spray, with the pointed bottle fused to the base and a green and gold top--there was a more expensive 3.4 oz that featured the base as separate and the pointed bottle slid into it and I also have the body lotion in a pointed plastic bottle. It actually does have flecks of real gold floating in the juice, as does the mini-bottle I also have. This is a lovely, dressy white floral with dominant jasmin but I don't remember it having a tuberose note.I guess I am confused because my Jivago was created by ILANA Jivago, not Joseph and came out sometime after 1996 or 7, not in 2011---but I can't seem to find my exact packaging or fragrance in Fragrantica's listings I think of mine as the ORIGINAL Jivago scent and now I wonder if it still exists!! BTW--while the packaging is beautiful and scent is very nice, it is STILL insanely over priced!!

I worked retail when this came out and Quelques Fleurs was all the rage. We had training and we were all given a sample. Everyone thought Jivago smelled exactly like Quelques Fleurs and the trainer got pissed. I remember him saying how rude it was to compare a fragrance creation to something else before you had it develop on the skin. He may have a point, but they are both tuberose and jasmine bombs mixed with orris root, rose and lily of the valley. It is hard to tell them apart.

This fragrance is very much a white floral bomb, like everyone else in the reviews has said. I feel like this would work for a woman who was very mature and dignified, but it feels so old-fashioned to me that I'd have to recommend this to much older women who can afford it. I would have to agree with yalda swan; this fragrance is very out of date, but I'll disagree with her and say that it's not entirely unpleasant. However, I would almost never wear it myself.

i could test it once, all i remember was kind of tuberose which reminds me of an old woman perfume, out of date and not pleasant for my age. i felt i need to wash it off as soon as i get home, but before getting home,i got complement from a total stranger who noticed the scent in the street!
