The Gift Le Cadeau

Love this perfume. Feminine, elegant. Musky floral, not overly sweet, kind of clean sweet. I know there is Peony in it as well and 4 kinds of musk. I have the perfume oil, feels like niche perfume to me .LOVE People ask me all the time what is this wonderful smell, even people who hate perfumes. I feel so lucky to that this perume found me :)

This isn't just for women, this has no gender!! On my wife its different and ladylike but on me, this is a manly smell!!!! I want this in a packaging for men!! I smell so clean, and the basil is aromatic and I would wear this all day long!! I want to rub this all over. You know when you walk through a forest as a child and you feel all the mystery of those tall trees? This makes me feel all that wonder, but in a clean, and fresh and cool way, but cosy and safe, kinda white sensations but also bright green, like a car racing through a snowy forest. It smells totally different on my wife. On her she smells like she's relaxing in a gleaming bubble bath overflowing with foam, like a 50s pinup or movie star. We’re serious about fragrance and I'm telling you, this is a real charming fragrance for a guy or for a girl. Super clean and elegant on us both, and amazing longevity, it lasts all day smelling fresh and awesome.

I have the full presentation for this one. It's a gift for my sister. Presentation is elegant and chic. Smells very similar to old school Jovan Musk from the 1970's. My mother had multiple bottles of Jovan Musk. Smells more like old school Jovan Musk than the modern formulation. I'm not saying it's good or anything. It's more of a scent memory. Anyway, the way I remember my mom smelling. R.I.P.

This smells like how you know some people have found a perfume that becomes them, and it doesn’t smell like a perfume but just a casual confident way that their presence engages a room. Sublime.
